Who has cut a channel for the flood water, or the path for the thunderstorm,

অতিবৃষ্টির জন্য কে খাল কেটেছে, অথবা কে বজ্র-বিদ্যুতের জন্য পথ তৈরী করেছে,
প্রবল বৃষ্টিপাতের জন্য কে খাল খুঁড়েছে, ও বজ্রঝড়ের জন্য কে পথ তৈরি করে দিয়েছে,

Wane ne ya yanka hanyar wucewar ruwa, da kuma hanyar walƙiyar tsawa
Owai la i mahele i ka auwai no ka huai ana o ka wai, A i ke ala no ka uwila o ka hekili;

“महावृष्टि के लिये किसने नाला काटा, और कड़कनेवाली बिजली के लिये मार्ग बनाया है,
क्या तुम्हें मालूम है कि बड़ी बरसात के लिए धारा की नहर किसने काटी है, अथवा बिजली की दिशा किसने निर्धारित की है,
