وَلاَ حَقَّ الْكَهَنَةِ الْمَتَوَجِّبَ عَلَى الشَّعْبِ. فَكَانَ كُلَّمَا قَدَّمَ رَجُلٌ ذَبِيحَةً يَأْتِي غُلامُ الْكَاهِنِ عِنْدَ طَبْخِ اللَّحْمِ حَامِلاً بِيَدِهِ خُطَّافاً ذَا ثلاَثِ شُعَبٍ.
এইদৰে পুৰোহিতসকলে লোকসকলৰ লগত ব্যৱহাৰ কৰিছিল, কোনো মানুহে যেতিয়া বলিদান কৰে, তেতিয়া মঙহ সিজাওঁতে, পুৰোহিতৰ দাসে এডাল ত্ৰিশূল হাতত লৈ আহে;

Or, tel était le droit du prêtre: quand quelqu'un du peuple venait sacrifier, le serviteur du prêtre arrivait aussitôt que les chairs étaient cuites, tenant à la main une fourchette.
Voici comme ces prêtres en usaient avec le peuple: chaque fois qu’un individu offrait un sacrifice, le serviteur du prêtre survenait pendant la cuisson de la viande, ayant en main la fourchette à trois dents,

လူများတို့တွင် ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်ပြုသော ထုံးစံဟူမူကား၊ ယဇ်ပူဇော်၍ အမဲသားကို ပြုတ်စဉ်အခါ၊ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်၏ အစေအပါတယောက်သည်လာ၍ သုံးချောင်းရှိသော အမဲချိတ်ကို ကိုင်လျက်၊-
