۱ 1 اما‌ای برادران، اگر کسی به خطایی گرفتارشود، شما که روحانی هستید چنین شخص را به روح تواضع اصلاح کنید. و خود راملاحظه کن که مبادا تو نیز در تجربه افتی.

My friends, even if someone should be caught committing a sin, you who are spiritually minded should, in a gentle spirit, help them to recover themselves, taking care that you yourselves are not tempted.

۲ 2 بارهای سنگین یکدیگر را متحمل شوید و بدین نوع شریعت مسیح را به‌جا آرید.

Bear one another’s burdens, and so carry out the Law of the Christ.

۳ 3 زیرا اگر کسی خود را شخص گمان برد و حال آنکه چیزی نباشد، خود را می‌فریبد.

If a person imagines themselves to be somebody, when they are really nobody, they deceive themselves.

۴ 4 اما هرکس عمل خودرا امتحان بکند، آنگاه فخر در خود به تنهایی خواهد داشت نه در دیگری،

Let everyone test their own work, and then their cause for satisfaction will be in themselves and not in a comparison with their neighbour;

۵ 5 زیرا هرکس حامل بار خود خواهد شد.

for everyone must bear their own load.

۶ 6 اما هرکه در کلام تعلیم یافته باشد، معلم خود را در همه‌چیزهای خوب مشارک بسازد.

The person, however, who is being instructed in the message ought always to share their blessings with their teacher.

۷ 7 خود را فریب مدهید، خدا رااستهزاء نمی توان کرد. زیرا که آنچه آدمی بکارد، همان را درو خواهد کرد.

Do not be deceived. God cannot be mocked. What a person sows that they will reap.

۸ 8 زیرا هر‌که برای جسم خود کارد، از جسم فساد را درو کند و هرکه برای روح کارد از روح حیات جاودانی خواهد دروید. (aiōnios g166)

For the person who sows the field of their earthly nature will from that earthly nature reap corruption; while the one who sows the field of the spirit will from that spirit reap eternal life. (aiōnios g166)

۹ 9 لیکن از نیکوکاری خسته نشویم زیرا که درموسم آن درو خواهیم کرد اگر ملول نشویم.

Let us never tire of doing right, for at the proper season we will reap our harvest, if we do not grow weary.

۱۰ 10 خلاصه بقدری که فرصت داریم با جمیع مردم احسان بنماییم، علی الخصوص با اهل بیت ایمان.

Therefore, I say, as the opportunity occurs, let us treat everyone with kindness, and especially members of the household of the faith.

۱۱ 11 ملاحظه کنید چه حروف جلی بدست خود به شما نوشتم.

See in what large letters I am writing with my own hand.

۱۲ 12 آنانی که می‌خواهند صورتی نیکو در جسم نمایان سازند، ایشان شمارا مجبور می‌سازند که مختون شوید، محض اینکه برای صلیب مسیح جفا نبینند.

The people who are trying to compel you to be circumcised are the people who wish to appear to advantage in regard to outward observances. They do it only to avoid being persecuted for the cross of Jesus, the Christ

۱۳ 13 زیراایشان نیز که مختون می‌شوند، خود شریعت رانگاه نمی دارند بلکه می‌خواهند شما مختون شوید تا در جسم شما فخر کنند.

Even these men who are circumcised do not themselves keep the Law; yet they want you to be circumcised, so that they may boast of your observance of the rite.

۱۴ 14 لیکن حاشا ازمن که فخر کنم جز از صلیب خداوند ما عیسی مسیح که بوسیله او دنیا برای من مصلوب شد و من برای دنیا.

But, for my part, may I never boast of anything except the cross of Jesus Christ, our Master, through whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.

۱۵ 15 زیرا که در مسیح عیسی نه ختنه چیزی است و نه نامختونی بلکه خلقت تازه.

For neither is circumcision nor the omission of it anything; but a new nature is everything.

۱۶ 16 وآنانی که بدین قانون رفتار می‌کنند، سلامتی ورحمت بر ایشان باد و بر اسرائیل خدا.

May all who rule their conduct by this principle find peace and mercy – they who are the Israel of God.

۱۷ 17 بعد ازاین هیچ‌کس مرا زحمت نرساند زیرا که من در بدن خود داغهای خداوند عیسی را دارم.

For the future let no one trouble me; for I bear the marks of Jesus branded on my body.

۱۸ 18 فیض خداوند ما عیسی مسیح با روح شما باد‌ای برادران. آمین.
