< Deuteronomy 15 >

1 At the terme of seuen yeeres thou shalt make a freedome.
A ƙarshen kowace shekara ta bakwai, dole ku yafe basusuwan da kuke bi.
2 And this is the maner of the freedome: euery creditour shall quite ye lone of his hand which he hath lent to his neighbour: he shall not aske it againe of his neighbour, nor of his brother: for the yeere of the Lords freedome is proclaimed.
Ga yadda za ku yafe basusuwan, kowane mai bin bashi, yă yafe bashin da yake bin ɗan’uwansa mutumin Isra’ila. Ba zai bukaci mutumin Isra’ila wanda yake ɗan’uwa yă biya shi bashi ba, gama an yi shelar lokacin da Ubangiji ya ajiye na yafe bashi.
3 Of a stranger thou mayest require it: but that which thou hast with thy brother, thine hand shall remit:
Za ku iya nemi baƙo yă biya ku bashin da kuke binsa, amma dole ku yafe duk wani bashin da kuke bin ɗan’uwa.
4 Saue when there shall be no poore with thee: for the Lord shall blesse thee in the land, which the Lord thy God giueth thee, for an inheritance to possesse it:
Amma bai kamata a sami matalauci a cikinku ba, gama Ubangiji Allahnku zai albarkace ku a ƙasar da yake ba ku, ku mallaka a matsayin gādo,
5 So that thou hearken vnto the voyce of the Lord thy God to obserue and doe all these commandements, which I commande thee this day.
in dai kun yi cikakken biyayya ga Ubangiji Allahnku, kuka kuma lura, kuna kiyaye dukan waɗannan umarnan da nake ba ku yau.
6 For the Lord thy God hath blessed thee, as he hath promised thee: and thou shalt lend vnto many nations, but thou thy selfe shalt not borow, and thou shalt reigne ouer many nations, and they shall not reigne ouer thee.
Gama Ubangiji Allahnku zai albarkace ku kamar yadda ya yi alkawari, za ku kuma ba al’ummai masu yawa bashi, amma ba za ku karɓa bashi daga wurin wani ba. Za ku yi mulkin al’ummai masu yawa, babu wata kuwa da za tă yi mulkinku.
7 If one of thy brethren with thee be poore within any of thy gates in thy land, which the Lord thy God giueth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poore brother:
In akwai matalauci a cikin’yan’uwanku, a duk wani daga cikin biranen da Ubangiji Allahnku yake ba ku, kada ku taurara zuciya, ko ku ƙi saki hannu ga ɗan’uwanku matalauci.
8 But thou shalt open thine hand vnto him, and shalt lend him sufficient for his neede which he hath.
A maimakon haka ku bayar hannu sake, ku kuma ba shi bashi gwargwadon abin da yake bukata a sauƙaƙe.
9 Beware that there be not a wicked thought in thine heart, to say, The seuenth yeere, the yeere of freedome is at hand: therefore it grieueth thee to looke on thy poore brother, and thou giuest him nought, and he crie vnto the Lord against thee, so that sinne be in thee:
Ku yi hankali kada ku riƙe wannan mugun tunani cewa, “Shekara ta bakwai, shekarar yafewar basusuwa, ta yi kusa,” har ku nuna mugun nufi ga ɗan’uwa mabukaci, ku ƙi ba shi wani abu. Zai yi kuka ga Ubangiji a kanku, abin kuwa zai zama laifi a kanku.
10 Thou shalt giue him, and let it not grieue thine heart to giue vnto him: for because of this the Lord thy God shall blesse thee in al thy works, and in all that thou puttest thine hand to.
Ku bayar hannu sake gare shi, ku kuma yi haka ba tare da gunaguni ba; saboda wannan fa Ubangiji Allahnku zai albarkace ku a cikin dukan aikinku, da kuma kome da kuka sa hannunku a kai.
11 Because there shall be euer some poore in the land, therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand vnto thy brother, to thy needie, and to thy poore in thy land.
Kullum za ku kasance da matalauta a ƙasar. Saboda haka na umarce ku ku bayar hannu sake ga’yan’uwa da kuma matalauta, da masu bukata a ƙasarku.
12 If thy brother an Ebrewe sell himselfe to thee, or an Ebrewesse, and serue thee sixe yeere, euen in the seuenth yeere thou shalt let him goe free from thee:
In ɗan’uwa mutumin Ibraniyawa, namiji ko ta mace, ya sayar da kansa gare ka, ya kuma bauta maka shekaru shida, a shekara ta bakwai dole ka’yantar da shi.
13 And when thou sendest him out free from thee, thou shalt not let him goe away emptie,
Sa’ad da kuka sake shi, kada ku bar shi yă tafi hannu wofi.
14 But shalt giue him a liberall reward of thy sheepe, and of thy corne, and of thy wine: thou shalt giue him of that wherewith the Lord thy God hath blessed thee.
Ku ba shi kyautai hannu sake daga tumakinku, daga masussukarku, da kuma daga wurin matsewar inabinku. Ku ba shi yadda Ubangiji Allahnku ya albarkace ku.
15 And remember that thou wast a seruant in the land of Egypt, and the Lord thy God deliuered thee: therefore I command thee this thing to day.
Ku tuna, dā ku bayi ne a Masar, Ubangiji Allahnku kuma ya fisshe ku. Shi ya sa nake ba ku wannan umarni a yau.
16 And if he say vnto thee, I will not go away from thee, because he loueth thee and thine house, and because he is well with thee,
Amma in bawanka ya ce maka, “Ba na so in bar ka,” saboda yana ƙaunarka da iyalinka, ya kuma fiye masa yă zauna da kai,
17 Then shalt thou take a naule, and perce his eare through against the doore, and he shall be thy seruant for euer: and vnto thy maid seruant thou shall doe likewise.
sai ka ɗauki basilla ka huda kunnensa a bakin ƙofa, zai kuwa zama bawanka dukan rayuwarsa. Ka yi haka ma wa baiwarka.
18 Let it not grieue thee, when thou lettest him goe out free from thee: for he hath serued thee sixe yeeres, which is the double worth of an hired seruant: and the Lord thy God shall blesse thee in all that thou doest.
Sa’ad da kuka’yantar da shi kada ku damu, gama shekara shida ya yi muku bauta wadda ta ninka ta ɗan ƙodago. Ubangiji Allahnku kuwa zai albarkace ku a kome da kuke yi.
19 All the first borne males that come of thy cattell, and of thy sheepe, thou shalt sanctifie vnto the Lord thy God. Thou shalt do no worke with thy first borne bullocke, nor sheare thy first borne sheepe.
Ku keɓe wa Ubangiji Allahnku kowane ɗan fari na garkenku na shanu, da na tumaki. Kada ku sa ɗan fari na shanunku aiki, kada kuma ku aske gashin ɗan fari na tumakinku.
20 Thou shalt eate it before the Lord thy God yeere by yeere, in the place which the Lord shall chose, both thou, and thine household.
Kowace shekara, kai da iyalinka za ku ci su a gaban Ubangiji Allahnku, a wurin da ya zaɓa.
21 But if there be any blemish therein, as if it be lame, or blind, or haue any euill fault, thou shalt not offer it vnto the Lord thy God,
In dabbar tana da lahani, gurguntaka ko makantaka, ko kuwa tana da wani mugun lahani, kada ku miƙa ta ga Ubangiji Allahnku.
22 But shalt eate it within thy gates: the vncleane, and the cleane shall eate it alike, as the roe bucke, and as the hart.
Sai ku ci a cikin biranenku. Mutum marar tsabta da mai tsabta zai iya ci kamar yadda ake yi da barewa ko mariri.
23 Onely thou shalt not eate the blood thereof, but powre it vpon the ground as water.
Amma kada fa ku ci jinin, ku zubar da shi a ƙasa kamar ruwa.
