< Ephesians 5 >

1 So then, imitate God since you're his much-loved children.
Nafo nono nayi Kutellẹ.
2 Live in love, just as Christ loved you. He gave himself for us, a gift and sacrificial offering to God like a sweet-smelling perfume.
Cinan nafo ame, cinan nanya nsu nafo na Kristi nati a napka litime imon nkusu na dadu ananzang, imong kugya kuman, udu kiti Kutellẹ.
3 Sexual immorality or any kind of indecency or greed should never be mentioned concerning you, as God's people should not be doing such things.
Unozu nan nawani nan nalilime, nin dinon a kuna niyizi na iwa se nanya mine ba, nanere cha kiti nanit alau Kutellẹ.
4 Obscene talk, stupid chatter, and coarse jokes are totally inappropriate—instead you should be thanking God.
Sa imon inanzan, uliru tilala, timap liyakiti to nati chaun ba. Nworo minu sun uliru nin liburi libo.
5 You know it's absolutely sure that no-one who is sexually immoral, or commits indecency, or who is greedy, or is an idol-worshiper will inherit anything in the kingdom of Christ and God.
Yinnon na umon unan nozu na nawani sa nalilime indinon, kunaniyizi, nin nan su nimon vat, aso ule na adin dortun ncil, na aba se kiti lisosin nanya kilari tigoh in Kristi nin Kutellẹ ba.
6 Don't let anyone fool you with lying words, for it's because of such things that God's judgment is passed on the children of disobedience.
Na umon wa rusuzu minu nin tigulang hem ba. Bara ille imonere tinanayyi Kutellẹ ma tolu kitenen nonon salin lanzun liru.
7 So don't partner with them in this.
Na iwa suzu ile imon na inung din suze ba.
8 At one time you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. You are to live as children of light
Bara anung wang na di nanya nsirti, nene anung bdin kanaghari nanya in Cikilari. Cinan nafo nonon kanan.
9 (and the fruit of light is everything that's good and right and true),
Bara kumat nkanang ncineari nin lau a kidegen.
10 demonstrating what the Lord really appreciates.
Ussu nimon icine nbun Kutellẹ.
11 Don't have anything to do with the pointless things that darkness produces—instead expose them.
Na iwa munu achara nan ghinu kitin su katah nsirti ba. Nworu nani, puzunon nani kanang.
12 It's shameful even to speak about the things such people do secretly,
Nnanzang nimon illenge na idin su nanya sirti na ichaun ubellu ba.
13 but when anything is exposed by the light then it's revealed as it is. Light makes everything visible.
Nkanang din puzunu imon vat.
14 That's why it's said, “Wake up, those of you who are sleeping, rise up from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.”
Bara nani ina woro, “unan moro fita, fita nanya nanan kul, Kristi ba punu nkanag me kiti me.”
15 So be careful how you live your life, not foolishly, but wisely,
Ndin bellu minu, cinan seng, na nafo alala ba, nafo ajijijn.
16 making the best use of opportunities because the days are evil.
Sung katah nin kube, bara na allenge ayire ananzanghari.
17 So don't be ignorant—find out what the Lord's will is.
Na iwa so alalan ba. Yinon ille imon na Kutellẹ nin suwẹ.
18 Don't get drunk on wine which will wreck your life, but be filled with the Spirit.
Na iwa son toro ba, bara asa mita unit deu, nworo nani na nfip Kutellẹ so nanya mine.
19 Share together with one another, using psalms and hymns and sacred songs, singing and making music to the Lord to express what you feel.
Iliru nin nati nanya nsen nin nalali nfip milau, isuzu avu nin liru nin nibinayi mine udu kitin Cikilari.
20 Always thank God the Father for everything in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Isuzu ugodiya ko kome kubi nanya nimon vat, nin lisan Cikilari Yisa Kristi udu uchife Kutellẹ.
21 Each of you should be willing to accept what others tell you to do out of reverence for Christ.
Inonkuzo atimine nanyan lanzu fiu in Kristi.
22 Wives, do what your own husbands tell you to do, as you would if the Lord told you.
Awani toltinon atimine kiti nales mine, nafo kitin Cikilari.
23 The husband is head of the wife in the same way as Christ is head of the church—his body and its savior.
Bara ules amere liti in wani, nafo Kristi amere liti kutin lira, amrere unan tuchu kidowo.
24 In the same way that the church does what Christ says, wives should do what their husbands tell them in all things.
Nafo na Kristiarin udya nanan bi, nanere nalilime ma yitu adidya nawani mine.
25 Husbands, you should love your wives in the same way as Christ loved the church and gave himself for it.
Anung Ales, tan usu nawani nafo na Kristi na ti usu nanan dortu me, ana litime bara inung.
26 He made it holy, he made it clean by washing in the water of the word,
Bara anan ta nani iso lau. Ana kusu nani nin sulsunu ulau nanya nmyen ligulang.
27 so that he could make the church his own, with no flaw or blemish or any kind of fault, but holy and blameless.
Anan nakpa anan dortu me kitime imon igongong, sa in dinong, sa ikpenu, sa imonimon nafon inin, na ina yita sa ndinon.
28 Husbands should love their wives just like this, as they love their own bodies. A man who loves his wife loves himself—
Nafo na in belle, na ales ti usuu nawani mine nafo atimine. Ullenge na adin suu nwani me litimere adin suwẹ.
29 for no one ever hated his own body, but feeds it and looks after it, just as Christ does for the church,
Na umon sa nari kidowo me ba. Asa agyiza kinin imoli a kye kinin gegeme, nafo na Kristi din su nin nanan dortu me.
30 for we are parts of his body.
Bara arik tigap kidowo mere.
31 “This is why a man leaves his father and mother, and is joined to his wife, and the two are united in one.”
Bara nani unit ba chinu uchiff me nin nameh amunu ninj wane, “inughe nabẹ ma so kidowo kirum.”
32 This is a deep hidden truth—but I'm talking about Christ and the church.
Nkang kidegen liyenshin kidyawa kane, ndi bellu ubelle in Kristi ari nan nanan dortu me.
33 However, each husband should love his own wife as he does himself, and the wife should respect her husband.
Vat nin nani, kogha mine na ati usuu in wani me nafo litime, uwani tutung tolting litime nbun less me.
