Now on the first [day] of the week Mary Magdalene comes early when dark still it being to the tomb and she sees the stone removed from the tomb.
2 Te dongah yong tih Simon Peter neh Jesuh loh a lungnah a tloe hnukbang taengah te cet. Te phoeiah amih taengah, “Boeipa te hlan lamkah vik a loh uh tih mela a khueh uh khaw ka ming uh pawh,” a ti nah.
She runs therefore and she comes to Simon Peter and to the other disciple whom was loving Jesus and she says to them; They have taken away the Lord out of the tomb, and not we know where they have laid Him.
3 Te dongah Peter neh a tloe hnukbang te cet rhoi tih phuel la pawk uh.
Went forth therefore Peter and the other disciple and were coming to the tomb;

Were running now the two together; and the other disciple ran ahead quicker than Peter and came first to the tomb,

And having stooped down he sees lying [there] the linen cloths, not however he entered.

and the soudarion which was upon the head of Him not with the linen cloths lying but by itself folded up in a place.
8 Te phoeiah hlan ah lamhma aka pha a tloe hnukbang te khaw kun tih a hmuh daengah a tangnah.
Then therefore entered also the other disciple having come first to the tomb and he saw and believed;
9 Amah te duek lamkah a thoh ham a kuek ni tila cacim aka om te ming uh hlan.
not yet for they knew the Scripture that it is necessary for Him out from [the] dead to rise.
10 Te phoeiah hnukbang rhoek te amamih im la koep mael uh.
Went away therefore again to (their [homes] *N+kO) the disciples.
11 Tedae Mary tah hlan kaeng ah pai tih rhap. Te tlam te a rhah doela hlan te a sawt thuk.
Mary however had stood at (the tomb *N+kO) outside weeping. As therefore she was weeping, she stooped down into the tomb,
12 Te vaengah puencawn rhoi tah phaeng a bok la Jesuh rhok a yalh nah a lu ah pakhat, a kho ah pakhat a ngol rhoi te a hmuh.
and she sees two angels in white sitting one at the head and one at the feet, where was laying the body of Jesus.
13 Amih rhoi loh Mary te, “Huta balae na rhah,” a ti nah. Amih rhoi taengah, “Ka Boeipa te vik a khuen uh tih anih te mela a khueh uh khaw ka ming pawt,” a ti nah.
And say to her they; Woman, why weep you? She says to them; Because they have taken away the Lord of mine, and not I know where they have laid Him.
14 Hekah he a thui tih a hnuk la a mael vaengah Jesuh a pai te a hmuh dae Jesuh ni tila ming pawh.
(and *k) These things having said she turned to the back and she sees Jesus already standing [there] and not knew that Jesus it is.
Says to her Jesus; Woman, why do you weep? Whom do you seek? She thinking that the gardener He is she says to Him; Sir, if you yourself carried off him, do tell me where you have laid Him, and I myself and I myself him will take away.
16 Jesuh loh, “Mary,” a ti nah daengah amah te mael tih Hebrew ol la, “Rhabboni,” a ti nah. Te tah saya ni a thuingaih.
Says to her Jesus; (Mary. *N+kO) Having turned around she says to Him (in Hebrew; *NO) Rabboni, that is to say, Teacher.
17 Jesuh loh, “Kai n'taek boeh, Pa taengla ka caeh hlan dongah. Ka manuca rhoek taengah cet lamtah amih te, ' A pa neh na pa la aka om tih Kai kah Pathen neh nangmih kah Pathen taengah ka cet ni, ' tila thui pa dae,” a ti nah.
Says to her Jesus: Not Me do yourself touch; not yet for have I ascended to the Father (of mine. *ko) do go however to the brothers of Mine and do say to them; I am ascending to the Father of Mine and Father of you and [to] God of Mine and God of you.
18 Magadala nu Mary tah cet tih hnukbang rhoek taengah, “Boeipa te ka hmuh coeng, “tila puen. Anih taengkah a thui te khaw a thui.
Comes Mary Magdalene (reporting *N+kO) to the disciples that (I have seen *N+KO) the Lord, and [that] these things He had said to her.
19 Te dongah Sabbath poeng kah lamhmacuek khohnin hlaem a pha. Te vaengah hnukbang rhoek tah Judah rhoek a rhihnah kongah a om nah thohka te a khaih uh. Jesuh tah ha pawk tih amih lakli ah pai pah. Te phoeiah amih te, “Nangmih taengah ngaimongnah om saeh,” a ti nah.
When is being therefore evening of the day same the first of [the] week and the doors shut where were the disciples (assembled *K) through the fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst and He says to them; Peace to you.
20 Hekah he a thui phoeiah a kut neh a vae te amih a tueng. Hnukbang rhoek loh boeipa te a hmuh uh dongah omngaih uh.
And this having said He showed (also *O) the hands and the side (of him *k) to them. Rejoiced then the disciples having seen the Lord.
21 Te dongah Jesuh loh, “Ngaimongnah nangmih taengah om saeh, a pa loh kai n'tueih bangla kai loh nangmih kan tueih,” koep a ti nah.
Said therefore to them Jesus again; Peace to you; even as has has sent forth me the Father I myself also I myself also send you.
22 Te a thui phoeiah a hmuh tih amih te, “Mueihla Cim te doe uh.
And this having said He breathed on [them] and He says to them; do receive [the] Spirit Holy.
23 Khat khat kah tholhnah te na hlah uh atah amih te a hlah coeng. Khat khat kah te na pin uh atah a pin uh coeng,” a ti nah.
If of any you may forgive the sins, (they have been forgiven *N+kO) to them; If any you may retain, they have been retained.
24 Tedae hlainit khuikah pakhat Didymus la a khue Thomas tah Jesuh ha pawk vaengah amih taengah om pawh.
Thomas however one of the Twelve who is being named Didymus not was with them when came Jesus.
25 Te dongah hnukbang a tloe rhoek loh amah taengah, “Boeipa ka hmuh uh coeng,” a ti nauh. Tedae amih taengah, “A kut kah thicung ngo te ka hmuh tih thicung ngo ah ka kutdawn ka puei phoeiah a vae te ka kut neh yam pawt atah ka tangnah mahpawh,” a ti.
Were saying therefore to him the other disciples; We have seen the Lord. But he said to them; Only unless I shall see in the hands of Him the mark of the nails and shall put the finger of mine into the mark of the nails and shall put my hand into the side of Him, certainly not shall I believe.
26 Hnin rhet phoeiah a hnukbang rhoek tah a khuiah koep om uh tih Thomas khaw amih taengah om. Thohka te a khaih uh dae ta Jesuh te ha pawk tih amih lakliah pai. Te phoeiah, “Ngaimongnah nangmih taengah om saeh,” a ti nah.
And after days eight again were inside the disciples of Him and Thomas with them. Comes Jesus when the doors shut And He stood in the midst and said; Peace to you.
27 Te phoeiah Thomas te, “Na kutdawn te hela hang khuen lamtah ka kut so lah. Na kut te khaw yueng lamtah ka vae te puei lah. Tedae aka tangnahmueh boel lamtah uepom la om lah,” a ti nah.
Then He says to Thomas; do bring the finger of you here and do see the hands of Me, and do bring the hand of you and do put [it] into the side of Me, and not do be unbelieving but believing.
28 Thomas loh amah te a doo tih, “Ka Boeipa neh ka Pathen,” a ti nah.
(and *k) Answered Thomas and said to Him; O Lord of Mine and O God of mine!
29 Anih te Jesuh loh, “Kai nan hmuh dongah nan tangnah. Hmuh mueh la aka tangnah rhoek tah a yoethen uh,” a ti nah.
Says to him Jesus; Because you have seen Me (Thomas *k) you have believed; blessed [are] those not having seen yet having believed.
30 Te dongah a hnukbang rhoek hmaiah Jesuh loh miknoek a tloe muep a saii. Te tah hekah cabu ah daek la a om moenih.
Many indeed therefore also other signs did Jesus in the presence of the disciples of Him which not are written in book this.
31 Tedae Jesuh te Pathen capa Khrih ni tila na tangnah uh ham neh aka tangnah rhoek loh amah ming neh hingnah na dang uh ham ni hekah he a daek.
these however have been written that (you may believe *NK+o) that Jesus is the Christ the Son of God and that believing life you may have in the name of Him.
