Ecclesiastes 8:17
then I saw all the work of God, that man cannot find out the work that is done under the sun, because however much a man labors to seek it out, yet he will not find it. Yes even though a wise man thinks he can comprehend it, he will not be able to find it.
atëherë pashë gjithë veprën e Perëndisë, që njeriu nuk mund të arrijë të zbulojë të gjitha ato që bëhen nën diell sepse, edhe sikur njeriu të mundohet duke kërkuar, nuk arrin t’i zbulojë; edhe sikur i urti të thotë që e di, nuk është në gjendje t’i zbulojë.
| رَأَيْتُ كُلَّ عَمَلِ ٱللهِ أَنَّ ٱلْإِنْسَانَ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ يَجِدَ ٱلْعَمَلَ ٱلَّذِي عُمِلَ تَحْتَ ٱلشَّمْسِ. مَهْمَا تَعِبَ ٱلْإِنْسَانُ فِي ٱلطَّلَبِ فَلَا يَجِدُهُ، وَٱلْحَكِيمُ أَيْضًا، وَإِنْ قَالَ بِمَعْرِفَتِهِ، لَا يَقْدِرُ أَنْ يَجِدَهُ. |
| رَأَيْتُ أَعْمَالَ اللهِ كُلَّهَا، وَعَجْزَ الإِنْسَانِ عَنْ إِدْرَاكِ الأَعْمَالِ الَّتِي تَمَّ إِنْجَازُهَا تَحْتَ الشَّمْسِ. وَمَهْمَا جَدَّ فِي سَعْيِهِ لِمَعْرِفَتِهَا فَلَنْ يُدْرِكَهَا. وَحَتَّى إِنِ ادَّعَى الْحَكِيمُ مَعْرِفَتَهَا فَإِنَّهُ حَقّاً لَنْ يَسْتَطِيعَ أَنْ يَجِدَهَا. |
তেতিয়া মই ঈশ্বৰৰ সকলো কাৰ্য বিবেচনা কৰি বুজিলো যে, সূৰ্যৰ তলত যি কাৰ্য কৰা হয়, মানুহে তাক সম্পূর্ণকৈ বুজিব নোৱাৰে। সেয়ে মানুহে তাৰ উত্তৰ বিচাৰি পাবলৈ সকলো ধৰণৰ পৰিশ্রম কৰিলেও তাক বিচাৰি পাব নোৱাৰে। এনেকি, জ্ঞানৱান লোকেও যদি তাক জানো বুলি বিশ্বাস কৰে, তেওঁ প্রকৃততে সম্পূর্ণকৈ নাজানে।
Onda Allahın bütün işlərini gördüm. Bildim ki, kimsə səma altında edilən işləri anlaya bilməz, nə qədər səy göstərsə də, yenə də bunu anlaya bilməz. Bir hikmətli adam bunu bildiyini iddia etsə də, yenə dərk edə bilməz.

তারপর আমি ঈশ্বরের সমস্ত কাজকে বিবেচনা করি এবং সূর্য্যের নিচে যে কাজ হয়েছে মানুষ তা বুঝতে পারে না। কোন ব্যপার নয় মানুষ কত পরিশ্রম করে এর উত্তর খোঁজার জন্য, সে তা খুঁজে পাবে না। এমনকি যদিও একটি জ্ঞানী লোক বিশ্বাস করে যে সে জানে, কিন্তু সে সত্যি জানে না।
তখন আমি ঈশ্বরের সমস্ত কাজ দেখলাম। সূর্যের নিচে যে কাজ হয় তা কেউ বুঝতে পারে না। যদিও তা খুঁজে পাবার জন্য তাদের প্রচেষ্টা থাকে তবুও কেউ তার অর্থ খুঁজে পায় না। এমনকি জ্ঞানবানেরা দাবি করে যে তারা জানে, কিন্তু তারা সত্যিই সম্পূর্ণ বুঝতে পারে না।

Nan natan-aw ko ang tanan nga buhat sa Dios, nga sa tawo dili matukib ang buhat nga nahimo ilalum sa adlaw: tungod kay bisan unsaon sa tawo ang pagsusi niini, apan dili siya makatugkad niini; oo, labut pa, bisan ang tawo nga manggialamon magahunahuna sa pagtugkad niini, apan dili gayud siya makahimo sa pagtugkad niini.

Cathut ni kanî rahim a sak e hno pueng tami ni panuek thai hoeh tie ka hmu. Hothloilah banghloi e a lungkaang ni koung ka panue han ka tet nakunghai coung thai hoeh.
我就看明 神一切的作为，知道人查不出日光之下所做的事；任凭他费多少力寻查，都查不出来，就是智慧人虽想知道，也是查不出来。

我面對天主的一切作為，發覺人決不能知道在太陽下所發生的一切事。人雖然努力研究，終歸無法得知；縱然有智者以為知道了，仍是一無所知。

A však viděl jsem při každém skutku Božím, že nemůže člověk vystihnouti skutku dějícího se pod sluncem. O čež pracuje člověk, vyhledati chtěje, ale nenalézá; nýbrž byť i myslil moudrý, že se doví, nebude moci nic najíti.

Da saa jeg al Guds Gerning, at et Menneske ikke kan udfinde den Gerning, som sker under Solen, idet Mennesket arbejder paa at udgranske den uden at kunne finde den; og selv om den vise vilde sige sig at forstaa den, kan han dog ikke finde den.

Toen zag ik al het werk Gods, dat de mens niet kan uitvinden, het werk, dat onder de zon geschiedt, om hetwelk een mens arbeidt om te zoeken, maar hij zal het niet uitvinden; ja, indien ook een wijze zeide, dat hij het zou weten, zo zal hij het toch niet kunnen uitvinden.
Toen begreep ik, dat het enkel Gods werk is, En dat de mens geen verklaring kan vinden Van wat er plaats grijpt onder de zon. Daarom tobt de mens zich af met zoeken, Maar hij zal het niet vinden; En al meent de wijze het ook te verstaan, Hij kan het niet vatten.
Toen zag ik alle werk Gods, dat de mens niet kan uitvinden, het werk, dat onder de zon geschiedt, om hetwelk een mens arbeidt om te zoeken, maar hij zal het niet uitvinden; ja, indien ook een wijze zeide, dat hij het zou weten, zo zal hij het toch niet kunnen uitvinden.

And I understood that man can find no reason of all those works of God that are done under the sun: and the more he shall labour to seek, so much the less shall he find: yea, though the wise man shall say, that he knoweth it, he shall not be able to find it.
Then I studied everything God does, and I realized that no one can fully understand what happens here. However, hard they try, however wise they claim to be, they can't really comprehend it.
Then I behelde the whole worke of God, that man cannot finde out ye worke that is wrought vnder the sunne: for the which man laboureth to seeke it, and cannot finde it: yea, and though the wise man thinke to knowe it, he cannot finde it.

Then I thought about everything [HYP] that God has done, and I realized that no one can understand everything that happens here on this earth. Truly, people are not able to fully understand everything [that God understands], even if they try hard to do that. Even if wise people claim that they understand it all, they cannot.
then I considered all of God's deeds, and that man cannot understand the work that is done under the sun. No matter how much a man labors to find the answers, he will not find them. Even though a wise man might believe he knows, he really does not.

niin minä tulin näkemään kaikista Jumalan teoista, että ihminen ei voi käsittää sitä, mitä tapahtuu auringon alla; sillä ihminen saa kyllä nähdä vaivaa etsiessään, mutta ei hän käsitä. Ja jos viisas luuleekin tietävänsä, ei hän kuitenkaan voi käsittää.

j'ai vu toute l'œuvre de Dieu; j'ai vu que l'homme ne saurait trouver l'œuvre qui se fait sous le soleil; l'homme se fatigue à chercher, et ne trouve pas; même si le sage veut connaître, il ne peut trouver.
alors j'ai vu toute l'œuvre de Dieu, que l'homme ne peut pas découvrir l'œuvre qui se fait sous le soleil, parce que même si un homme s'efforce de la chercher, il ne la trouvera pas. Oui, même si un homme sage pense pouvoir la comprendre, il ne pourra pas la trouver.
alors j’ai vu que tout [est] l’œuvre de Dieu, [et] que l’homme ne peut pas trouver l’œuvre qui se fait sous le soleil: bien que l’homme se travaille pour la chercher, il ne la trouve point; et même si le sage se propose de la connaître, il ne peut la trouver.
Après avoir, [dis-je], vu toute l'œuvre de Dieu, [et] que l'homme ne peut trouver l'œuvre qui se fait sous le soleil, pour laquelle l'homme se travaille en la cherchant, et il ne la trouve point, et même si le sage se propose de la savoir, il ne la peut trouver.
Et j’ai compris que l’homme ne peut trouver aucune raison de toutes les œuvres de Dieu, qui se font sous le soleil, et que plus il travaille pour chercher, moins il trouve. Quand même le sage dirait qu’il sait, il ne pourra rien trouver.
j’ai vu toute l’œuvre de Dieu, j’ai vu que l’homme ne peut pas trouver ce qui se fait sous le soleil; il a beau se fatiguer à chercher, il ne trouve pas; et même si le sage veut connaître, il ne peut pas trouver.

alors je vis toute l'œuvre de Dieu, l'impuissance où est l'homme de saisir l'œuvre qui s'accomplit sous le soleil; quelque peine que l'homme prenne pour chercher, il ne trouve cependant pas, et quand même le sage voudrait connaître, il ne parviendrait pourtant pas à saisir.
Et j'ai vu toutes les œuvres de Dieu, et j'ai vu que l'homme ne pourra jamais s'expliquer l'œuvre qui se fait sous le soleil. Quelque fatigue qu'il se donne pour chercher, il ne la trouvera pas et, quelque science même que le sage croie avoir, il ne pourra la trouver.
J’Ai observé toute l’œuvre de Dieu et constaté que l’homme ne saurait atteindre tous les faits qui se passent sous le soleil; que même si l’homme s’évertuait à s’en rendre compte, il n’y réussirait point. Le sage même, s’il prétendait arriver à la connaissance, n’y parviendrait pas.
da sah ich ein: Der Gottheit Walten ganz und gar kann nie ein Mensch ergründen, das Walten nämlich, das unter dieser Sonne vor sich geht. Wie sehr der Mensch sich müht, es aufzusuchen, er kann es nicht ergründen. Selbst wenn der Weise meint, es zu erkennen, er kann es nicht ergründen.
da habe ich bezüglich des ganzen Werkes Gottes gesehen, daß der Mensch das Werk nicht zu erfassen [Eig. zu erreichen, zu dem Werke hinzugelangen; so auch nachher] vermag, welches unter der Sonne geschieht, indem der Mensch sich abmüht es zu suchen, aber es nicht erfaßt. Und selbst wenn der Weise es zu erkennen meint [sich vornimmt, ] vermag er es doch nicht zu erfassen.

ત્યારે મેં ઈશ્વરનું સઘળું કામ જોયું કે પૃથ્વી પર જે કંઈ કામ થાય છે, તેની માહિતી માણસ મેળવી શકે નહિ. કેમ કે તેની માહિતી મેળવવાને માણસ ગમે તેટલી મહેનત કરે તોપણ તેને તે મળશે નહિ. કદાચ કોઈ બુદ્ધિમાન માણસ હોય તો પણ તે તેની પૂરી શોધ કરી શકશે નહિ.

ദൈവം ചെയ്ത സകലപ്രവൃത്തികളും ഞാൻ കണ്ടു. സൂര്യനുകീഴേ നടക്കുന്നതു പൂർണമായി ഗ്രഹിക്കാൻ ആർക്കും കഴിയുകയില്ല. എല്ലാം കണ്ടെത്താൻ മനുഷ്യർ യത്നിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിലും അവർക്ക് അതിന്റെ അർഥം കണ്ടെത്താൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ല. ജ്ഞാനി തനിക്കെല്ലാമറിയാം എന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെട്ടാലും, അവർക്കത് യഥാർഥത്തിൽ ഗ്രഹിക്കാൻ കഴിയുകയില്ല.

ਤਦ ਮੈਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੰਮ ਵੇਖੇ ਭਈ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਉਹ ਕੰਮ ਬੁੱਝਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਜੋ ਸੂਰਜ ਦੇ ਹੇਠ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਲਾ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਕਰੇ ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਕੁਝ ਨਾ ਲੱਭੇਗਾ। ਹਾਂ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਨ ਵੀ ਆਖੇ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਜਾਣ ਲਵਾਂਗਾ, ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਬੁੱਝ ਸਕੇਗਾ।

A wszakże widziałem przy każdym uczynku Bożym, że nie może człowiek doścignąć sprawy, która się dzieje pod słońcem. Starać się człowiek chcąc tego dojść, ale nie dochodzi; owszem choćby rzekł mądry, że się chce dowiedzieć, nie będzie mógł znaleść.
Wówczas zobaczyłem całe dzieło Boga – [to], że człowiek nie potrafi zgłębić sprawy, która się dzieje pod słońcem. Choćby człowiek starał się do tego dojść, nie zgłębi tego; choćby nawet mądry [zamierzył to] poznać, nie zdoła tego zgłębić.

Y he visto acerca de todas las obras de Dios, que el hombre no puede alcanzar a entender la obra que se hace debajo del sol; por mucho que trabaje el hombre buscándola, no la hallará; aunque diga el sabio que sabe, no la podrá alcanzar.

Entonces vi toda la obra de Dios, y ese hombre no puede conocer la obra que se realiza bajo el sol; porque, si un hombre trabaja arduamente para la búsqueda, no obtendrá conocimiento, e incluso si el hombre sabio parece estar llegando al final de su búsqueda, seguirá sin saberlo.
Y vi toda la obra de Dios (y comprendí) que el hombre no puede entender cuanto se hace debajo del sol. Por mucho que se afane el hombre en buscar, nada descubrirá; y aun cuando el sabio afirmare saberlo, nada podrá hallar.

தேவன் செய்யும் எல்லா செயல்களையும் நான் கவனித்துப்பார்த்து, சூரியனுக்குக்கீழே செய்யப்படும் செய்கையை மனிதன் கண்டுபிடிக்கமுடியாதென்று கண்டேன். அதை அறியும்படி மனிதன் முயற்சித்தாலும் அறியமாட்டான்; அதை அறியலாம் என்று ஞானி எண்ணினாலும் அவனும் அதை அறிந்துகொள்ளமாட்டான்.
இறைவன் செய்த எல்லாவற்றையும் நான் கண்டேன். சூரியனுக்குக் கீழே நடப்பதை ஒருவனாலும் விளங்கிக்கொள்ள முடியாது. அதை அறிய முயற்சித்தாலும், அவனால் அதின் அர்த்தத்தைக் கண்டுபிடிக்க முடியாது. ஞானமுள்ள ஒருவன் தனக்குத் தெரியும் என்று சொன்னாலும் உண்மையாகவே அவனால் அதை விளங்கிக்கொள்ள முடியாது.

і коли я побачив усякий чин Бога, тоді я пізнав, що не може люди́на збагнути чину, під сонцем учи́неного! Тому скільки люди́на не тру́диться, щоб дошукатись цього, то не зна́йде, і коли й мудрий скаже, що знає, — не зможе знайти!
तब मैंने ख़ुदा के सारे काम पर निगाह की और जाना कि इंसान उस काम को, जो दुनिया में किया जाता है, दरियाफ़्त नहीं कर सकता। अगरचे इंसान कितनी ही मेहनत से उसकी तलाश करे, लेकिन कुछ दरियाफ़्त न करेगा; बल्कि हर तरह 'अक़्लमन्द को गुमान हो कि उसको मा'लूम कर लेगा, लेकिन वह कभी उसको दरियाफ़्त नहीं कर सकेगा।

Tôi lại nhận ra rằng không ai có thể hiểu được mọi việc Đức Chúa Trời làm dưới mặt trời. Dù là người khôn ngoan tuyệt mức, tưởng mình biết cả, cũng không thể hiểu nổi.
