Salmos 119
1 Bienaventurados los perfectos de camino: los que andan en la ley de Jehová.
[Aleph.] O the happiness of those perfect in the way, They are walking in the law of Jehovah,
2 Bienaventurados los que guardan sus testimonios; y con todo el corazón le buscan.
O the happiness of those keeping His testimonies, With the whole heart they seek Him.
3 Ítem, los que no hacen iniquidad, andan en sus caminos.
Yea, they have not done iniquity, In His ways they have walked.
4 Tú encargaste tus mandamientos, que sean muy guardados.
Thou hast commanded us Thy precepts to keep diligently,
5 ¡Ojalá fuesen ordenados mis caminos a guardar tus estatutos!
O that my ways were prepared to keep Thy statutes,
6 Entonces no sería yo avergonzado, cuando mirase en todos tus mandamientos.
Then I am not ashamed In my looking unto all Thy commands.
7 Alabarte he con rectitud de corazón, cuando aprendiere los juicios de tu justicia.
I confess Thee with uprightness of heart, In my learning the judgments of Thy righteousness.
8 Tus estatutos guardaré: no me dejes enteramente.
Thy statutes I keep, leave me not utterly!
9 ¿Con qué limpiará el mozo su camino? cuando guardare tu palabra.
[Beth.] With what doth a young man purify his path? To observe — according to Thy word.
10 Con todo mi corazón te he buscado: no me dejes errar de tus mandamientos.
With all my heart I have sought Thee, Let me not err from Thy commands.
11 En mi corazón he guardado tus dichos, para no pecar contra ti.
In my heart I have hid Thy saying, That I sin not before Thee.
12 Bendito tú, o! Jehová, enséñame tus estatutos.
Blessed [art] Thou, O Jehovah, teach me Thy statutes.
13 Con mis labios he contado todos los juicios de tu boca.
With my lips I have recounted All the judgments of Thy mouth.
14 En el camino de tus testimonios me he regocijado, como sobre toda riqueza.
In the way of Thy testimonies I have joyed, As over all wealth.
15 En tus mandamientos meditaré; y consideraré tus caminos.
In Thy precepts I meditate, And I behold attentively Thy paths.
16 En tus estatutos me recrearé: no me olvidaré de tus palabras.
In Thy statutes I delight myself, I do not forget Thy word.
17 Haz este bien a tu siervo; que viva, y guarde tu palabra.
[Gimel.] Confer benefits on Thy servant, I live, and I keep Thy word.
18 Destapa mis ojos; y miraré las maravillas de tu ley.
Uncover mine eyes, and I behold wonders out of Thy law.
19 Advenedizo soy yo en la tierra: no encubras de mi tus mandamientos.
A sojourner I [am] on earth, Hide not from me Thy commands.
20 Quebrantada está mi alma de desear tus juicios todo el tiempo.
Broken hath my soul for desire Unto Thy judgments at all times.
21 Destruiste a los soberbios malditos, que yerran de tus mandamientos.
Thou hast rebuked the cursed proud, Who are erring from Thy commands.
22 Aparta de mí oprobio y menosprecio; porque tus testimonios he guardado.
Remove from me reproach and contempt, For Thy testimonies I have kept.
23 Príncipes también se asentaron, y hablaron contra mí: meditando tu siervo en tus estatutos.
Princes also sat — against me they spoke, Thy servant doth meditate in Thy statutes,
24 También tus testimonios son mis delicias: los varones de mi consejo.
Thy testimonies also [are] my delight, The men of my counsel!
25 Apegóse con el polvo mi alma: vivifícame según tu palabra.
[Daleth.] Cleaved to the dust hath my soul, Quicken me according to Thy word.
26 Mis caminos te conté, y respondísteme: enséñame tus estatutos.
My ways I have recounted, And Thou answerest me, teach me Thy statutes,
27 El camino de tus mandamientos házme entender; y meditaré en tus maravillas.
The way of Thy precepts cause me to understand, And I meditate in Thy wonders.
28 Mi alma se destila de ansia: confírmame según tu palabra.
My soul hath dropped from affliction, Establish me according to Thy word.
29 Camino de mentira aparta de mí: y de tu ley házme misericordia.
The way of falsehood turn aside from me And with Thy law favour me.
30 El camino de la verdad escogí: tus juicios he puesto delante de mí.
The way of faithfulness I have chosen, Thy judgments I have compared,
31 Allegádome he a tus testimonios, o! Jehová, no me avergüences.
I have adhered to Thy testimonies, O Jehovah, put me not to shame.
32 Por el camino de tus mandamientos correré: cuando ensanchares mi corazón.
The way of Thy commands I run, For Thou dost enlarge my heart!
33 Enséñame, o! Jehová, el camino de tus estatutos; y guardarle he hasta el fin.
[He.] Show me, O Jehovah, the way of Thy statutes, And I keep it — [to] the end.
34 Dáme entendimiento, y guardaré tu ley; y guardarla he de todo corazón.
Cause me to understand, and I keep Thy law, And observe it with the whole heart.
35 Guíame por la senda de tus mandamientos; porque en ella tengo mi verdad.
Cause me to tread in the path of Thy commands, For in it I have delighted.
36 Inclina mi corazón a tus testimonios: y no a avaricia.
Incline my heart unto Thy testimonies, And not unto dishonest gain.
37 Aparta mis ojos, que no vean la vanidad: avívame en tu camino.
Remove mine eyes from seeing vanity, In Thy way quicken Thou me.
38 Confirma tu palabra a tu siervo, que te teme.
Establish to Thy servant Thy saying, That [is] concerning Thy fear.
39 Quita de mí el oprobio que he temido; porque buenos son tus juicios.
Remove my reproach that I have feared, For Thy judgments [are] good.
40 He aquí yo he codiciado tus mandamientos: en tu justicia avívame.
Lo, I have longed for Thy precepts, In Thy righteousness quicken Thou me,
41 Y véngame tu misericordia, o! Jehová: tu salud, conforme a tu dicho.
[Waw.] And meet me doth Thy kindness, O Jehovah, Thy salvation according to Thy saying.
42 Y daré por respuesta a mi avergonzador, que en tu palabra he confiado.
And I answer him who is reproaching me a word, For I have trusted in Thy word.
43 Y no quites de mi boca palabra de verdad en ningún tiempo; porque a tu juicio espero.
And Thou takest not utterly away From my mouth the word of truth, Because for Thy judgment I have hoped.
44 Y guardaré tu ley siempre, por siglo y siglo.
And I keep Thy law continually, To the age and for ever.
45 Y andaré en anchura, porque busqué tus mandamientos.
And I walk habitually in a broad place, For Thy precepts I have sought.
46 Y hablaré de tus testimonios delante de los reyes; y no me avergonzaré.
And I speak of Thy testimonies before kings, And I am not ashamed.
47 Y deleitarme he en tus mandamientos, que amé.
And I delight myself in Thy commands, That I have loved,
48 Y alzaré mis manos a tus mandamientos, que amé; y meditaré en tus estatutos.
And I lift up my hands unto Thy commands, That I have loved, And I do meditate on Thy statutes!
49 Acuérdate de la palabra dada a tu siervo: en la cual me has hecho esperar.
[Zain.] Remember the word to Thy servant, On which Thou hast caused me to hope.
50 Esta es mi consolación en mi aflicción; porque tu dicho me vivificó.
This [is] my comfort in mine affliction, That Thy saying hath quickened me.
51 Los soberbios se burlaron mucho de mí: de tu ley no me he apartado.
The proud have utterly scorned me, From Thy law I have not turned aside.
52 Acordéme, o! Jehová, de tus juicios antiguos, y me consolé.
I remembered Thy judgments of old, O Jehovah, And I comfort myself.
53 Temblor me tomó a causa de los impíos, que dejan tu ley.
Horror hath seized me, Because of the wicked forsaking Thy law.
54 Canciones me son tus estatutos en la casa de mis peregrinaciones.
Songs have been to me Thy statutes, In the house of my sojournings.
55 Acordéme en la noche de tu nombre, o! Jehová, y guardé tu ley.
I have remembered in the night Thy name, O Jehovah, And I do keep Thy law.
56 Esto tuve, porque guardaba tus mandamientos.
This hath been to me, That Thy precepts I have kept!
57 Mi porción, o! Jehová, dije, será guardar tus palabras.
[Cheth.] My portion [is] Jehovah; I have said — to keep Thy words,
58 En tu presencia supliqué de todo corazón: ten misericordia de mí según tu dicho.
I appeased Thy face with the whole heart, Favour me according to Thy saying.
59 Consideré mis caminos, y torné mis pies a tus testimonios.
I have reckoned my ways, And turn back my feet unto Thy testimonies.
60 Apresuréme, y no me detuve, a guardar tus mandamientos.
I have made haste, And delayed not, to keep Thy commands.
61 Compañías de impíos me han saqueado: mas no me he olvidado de tu ley.
Cords of the wicked have surrounded me, Thy law I have not forgotten.
62 A media noche me levantaré a alabarte sobre los juicios de tu justicia.
At midnight I rise to give thanks to Thee, For the judgments of Thy righteousness.
63 Compañero soy yo a todos los que te temieren; y guardaren tus mandamientos.
A companion I [am] to all who fear Thee, And to those keeping Thy precepts.
64 De tu misericordia, o! Jehová, está llena la tierra: tus estatutos enséñame.
Of Thy kindness, O Jehovah, the earth is full, Thy statutes teach Thou me!
65 Bien has hecho con tu siervo, o! Jehová, conforme a tu palabra.
[Teth.] Good Thou didst with Thy servant, O Jehovah, According to Thy word.
66 Bondad de sentido, y sabiduría enséñame, porque a tus mandamientos he creído.
The goodness of reason and knowledge teach me, For in Thy commands I have believed.
67 Antes que fuera humillado, yo erraba: mas ahora tu palabra guardo.
Before I am afflicted, I — I am erring, And now Thy saying I have kept.
68 Bueno eres tú, y bienhechor: enséñame tus estatutos.
Good Thou [art], and doing good, Teach me Thy statutes.
69 Compusieron sobre mí mentira los soberbios: mas yo de todo corazón guardaré tus mandamientos.
Forged against me falsehood have the proud, I with the whole heart keep Thy precepts.
70 Engrosóse su corazón como sebo: mas yo en tu ley me he deleitado.
Insensate as fat hath been their heart, I — in Thy law I have delighted.
71 Bueno me es haber sido humillado, para que aprenda tus estatutos.
Good for me that I have been afflicted, That I might learn Thy statutes.
72 Mejor me es la ley de tu boca, que millares de oro y de plata.
Better to me [is] the law of Thy mouth Than thousands of gold and silver!
73 Tus manos me hicieron, y me compusieron: házme entender, y aprenderé tus mandamientos.
[Yod.] Thy hands made me and establish me, Cause me to understand, and I learn Thy commands.
74 Los que te temen, me verán, y se alegrarán; porque a tu palabra he esperado.
Those fearing Thee see me and rejoice, Because for Thy word I have hoped.
75 Conozco, o! Jehová, que tus juicios son justicia, y que con verdad me afligiste.
I have known, O Jehovah, That righteous [are] Thy judgments, And [in] faithfulness Thou hast afflicted me.
76 Sea ahora tu misericordia para consolarme, conforme a lo que has dicho a tu siervo.
Let, I pray Thee, Thy kindness be to comfort me, According to Thy saying to Thy servant.
77 Vénganme tus misericordias, y viva; porque tu ley es mis delicias.
Meet me do Thy mercies, and I live, For Thy law [is] my delight.
78 Sean avergonzados los soberbios, porque sin causa me han calumniado: yo empero meditaré en tus mandamientos.
Ashamed are the proud, For [with] falsehood they dealt perversely with me. I meditate in Thy precepts.
79 Tórnense a mí los que te temen, y saben tus testimonios.
Those fearing Thee turn back to me, And those knowing Thy testimonies.
80 Sea mi corazón perfecto en tus estatutos; porque no sea avergonzado.
My heart is perfect in Thy statutes, So that I am not ashamed.
81 Desfalleció de deseo mi alma por tu salud, esperando a tu palabra.
[Kaph.] Consumed for Thy salvation hath been my soul, For Thy word I have hoped.
82 Desfallecieron mis ojos por tu dicho, diciendo: ¿Cuándo me consolarás?
Consumed have been mine eyes for Thy word, Saying, 'When doth it comfort me?'
83 Porque estoy como el odre al humo: mas no he olvidado tus estatutos.
For I have been as a bottle in smoke, Thy statutes I have not forgotten.
84 ¿Cuántos son los días de tu siervo? ¿cuándo harás juicio contra los que me persiguen?
How many [are] the days of Thy servant? When dost Thou execute Against my pursuers judgment?
85 Los soberbios me han cavado hoyos: mas no según tu ley.
The proud have digged for me pits, That [are] not according to Thy law.
86 Todos tus mandamientos son verdad, sin causa me persiguen, ayúdame.
All Thy commands [are] faithfulness, [With] falsehood they have pursued me, Help Thou me.
87 Casi me han consumido por tierra: mas yo no he dejado tus mandamientos.
Almost consumed me on earth have they, And I — I have not forsaken Thy precepts.
88 Conforme a tu misericordia vivifícame; y guardaré los testimonios de tu boca.
According to Thy kindness quicken Thou me, And I keep the testimony of Thy mouth!
89 Para siempre, o! Jehová, permanece tu palabra en los cielos.
[Lamed.] To the age, O Jehovah, Thy word is set up in the heavens.
90 Por generación y generación es tu verdad: tú afirmaste la tierra, y persevera.
To all generations Thy faithfulness, Thou didst establish earth, and it standeth.
91 Por tu ordenación perseveran hasta hoy; porque todas ellas son tus siervos.
According to Thine ordinances They have stood this day, for the whole [are] Thy servants.
92 Si tu ley no hubiese sido mis delicias, ya hubiera perecido en mi aflicción.
Unless Thy law [were] my delights, Then had I perished in mine affliction.
93 Nunca jamás me olvidaré de tus mandamientos; porque con ellos me has vivificado.
To the age I forget not Thy precepts, For by them Thou hast quickened me.
94 Tuyo soy yo, guárdame; porque tus mandamientos he buscado.
I [am] Thine, save Thou me, For Thy precepts I have sought.
95 Los impíos me han aguardado para destruirme: mas yo entenderé en tus testimonios.
Thy wicked waited for me to destroy me, Thy testimonies I understand.
96 A toda perfección he visto fin: ancho es tu mandamiento en gran manera.
Of all perfection I have seen an end, Broad [is] Thy command — exceedingly!
97 ¡Cuánto he amado tu ley! todo el día ella es mi meditación.
[Mem.] O how I have loved Thy law! All the day it [is] my (meditation)
98 Más que mis enemigos me has hecho sabio con tus mandamientos; porque me son eternos.
Than mine enemies Thy command maketh me wiser, For it [is] before me to the age.
99 Más que todos mis enseñadores he entendido; porque tus testimonios han sido mi meditación.
Above all my teachers I have acted wisely. For Thy testimonies [are] my (meditation)
100 Más que los viejos he entendido: porque he guardado tus mandamientos.
Above elders I understand more, For Thy precepts I have kept.
101 De todo mal camino detuve mis pies, para guardar tu palabra.
From every evil path I restrained my feet, So that I keep Thy word.
102 De tus juicios no me aparté; porque tú me enseñaste.
From Thy judgments I turned not aside, For Thou — Thou hast directed me.
103 ¡Cuán dulces han sido a mi paladar tus palabras! más que la miel a mi boca.
How sweet to my palate hath been Thy saying, Above honey to my mouth.
104 De tus mandamientos, he adquirido entendimiento; por tanto he aborrecido todo camino de mentira.
From Thy precepts I have understanding, Therefore I have hated every false path!
105 Lámpara es a mis pies tu palabra, y lumbre a mi camino.
[Nun.] A lamp to my foot [is] Thy word, And a light to my path.
106 Juré, y afirmé, de guardar los juicios de tu justicia.
I have sworn, and I confirm [it], To keep the judgments of Thy righteousness.
107 Afligido estoy en gran manera, o! Jehová: vivifícame conforme a tu palabra.
I have been afflicted very much, O Jehovah, quicken me, according to Thy word.
108 Los sacrificios voluntarios de mi boca, ruégote, o! Jehová, que te sean agradables; y enséñame tus juicios.
Free-will-offerings of my mouth, Accept, I pray Thee, O Jehovah, And Thy judgments teach Thou me.
109 Mi alma está en mi palma de continuo: mas de tu ley no me he olvidado.
My soul [is] in my hand continually, And Thy law I have not forgotten.
110 Los impíos me pusieron lazo: empero yo no me desvié de tus mandamientos.
The wicked have laid a snare for me, And from thy precepts I wandered not.
111 Por heredad he tomado tus testimonios para siempre; porque son el gozo de mi corazón.
I have inherited Thy testimonies to the age, For the joy of my heart [are] they.
112 Mi corazón incliné a hacer tus estatutos de continuo hasta el fin.
I have inclined my heart To do Thy statutes, to the age — [to] the end!
113 Las cautelas aborrezco, y tu ley he amado.
[Samech.] Doubting ones I have hated, And Thy law I have loved.
114 Mi escondedero y mi escudo eres tú, a tu palabra he esperado.
My hiding place and my shield [art] Thou, For Thy word I have hoped.
115 Apartáos de mí los malignos, y guardaré los mandamientos de mi Dios.
Turn aside from me, ye evil-doers, And I keep the commands of my God.
116 Susténtame conforme a tu palabra, y viviré, y no me avergüences de mi esperanza.
Sustain me according to Thy saying, And I live, and Thou puttest me not to shame Because of my hope.
117 Sosténme, y seré salvo; y deleitarme he en tus estatutos siempre.
Support Thou me, and I am saved, And I look on Thy statutes continually.
118 Tú atropellaste a todos los que yerran de tus estatutos; porque mentira es su engaño.
Thou hast trodden down All going astray from Thy statutes, For falsehood [is] their deceit.
119 Como escorias hiciste deshacer a todos los impíos de la tierra: por tanto yo he amado tus testimonios.
Dross! Thou hast caused to cease All the wicked of the earth; Therefore I have loved Thy testimonies.
120 Mi carne se ha erizado de temor de ti; y de tus juicios he tenido miedo.
Trembled from Thy fear hath my flesh, And from Thy judgments I have been afraid!
121 Juicio y justicia he hecho: no me dejes a mis opresores.
[Ain.] I have done judgment and righteousness, Leave me not to mine oppressors.
122 Responde por tu siervo para bien: no me hagan violencia los soberbios.
Make sure Thy servant for good, Let not the proud oppress me.
123 Mis ojos desfallecieron por tu salud, y por el dicho de tu justicia.
Mine eyes have been consumed for Thy salvation. And for the saying of Thy righteousness.
124 Haz con tu siervo según tu misericordia; y enséñame tus estatutos.
Do with Thy servant according to Thy kindness. And Thy statutes teach Thou me.
125 Tu siervo soy yo; dáme entendimiento, para que sepa tus testimonios.
Thy servant [am] I — cause me to understand, And I know Thy testimonies.
126 Tiempo es de hacer, o! Jehová: disipado han tu ley.
Time for Jehovah to work! they have made void Thy law.
127 Por tanto yo he amado tus mandamientos más que el oro, y más que el oro muy puro.
Therefore I have loved Thy commands Above gold — even fine gold.
128 Por tanto todos los mandamientos de todas las cosas estimé rectos: todo camino de mentira aborrecí.
Therefore all my appointments I have declared wholly right, Every path of falsehood I have hated!
129 Maravillosos son tus testimonios; por tanto los ha guardado mi alma.
[Pe.] Wonderful [are] Thy testimonies, Therefore hath my soul kept them.
130 El principio de tus palabras alumbra: hace entender a los simples.
The opening of Thy words enlighteneth, Instructing the simple.
131 Mi boca abrí y suspiré; porque deseaba tus mandamientos.
My mouth I have opened, yea, I pant, For, for Thy commands I have longed.
132 Mira a mí, y ten misericordia de mí: como acostumbras con los que aman tu nombre.
Look unto me, and favour me, As customary to those loving Thy name.
133 Ordena mis pasos con tu palabra; y ninguna iniquidad se enseñoree de mí.
My steps establish by Thy saying, And any iniquity doth not rule over me.
134 Redímeme de la violencia de los hombres; y guardaré tus mandamientos.
Ransom me from the oppression of man, And I observe Thy precepts,
135 Haz que tu rostro resplandezca sobre tu siervo; y enséñame tus estatutos.
Thy face cause to shine on Thy servant, And teach me Thy statutes.
136 Ríos de aguas descendieron de mis ojos; porque no guardaban tu ley.
Rivulets of waters have come down mine eyes, Because they have not kept Thy law!
137 Justo eres tú, o! Jehová, y rectos tus juicios.
[Tzade.] Righteous [art] Thou, O Jehovah, And upright [are] Thy judgments.
138 Encargáste la justicia, es a saber, tus testimonios, y tu verdad.
Thou hast appointed Thy testimonies, Righteous and exceeding faithful,
139 Mi zelo me ha consumido; porque mis enemigos se olvidaron de tus palabras.
Cut me off hath my zeal, For mine adversaries forgot Thy words.
140 Afinada es tu palabra en gran manera; y tu siervo la ama.
Tried [is] thy saying exceedingly, And Thy servant hath loved it.
141 Pequeño soy yo y desechado: mas no me he olvidado de tus mandamientos.
Small I [am], and despised, Thy precepts I have not forgotten.
142 Tu justicia es justicia eterna; y tu ley verdad.
Thy righteousness [is] righteousness to the age, And Thy law [is] truth.
143 Aflicción y angustia me hallaron: mas tus mandamientos fueron mis delicias.
Adversity and distress have found me, Thy commands [are] my delights.
144 Justicia eterna son tus testimonios: dáme entendimiento, y viviré.
The righteousness of Thy testimonies [is] to Cause me to understand, and I live!
145 Clamé con todo mi corazón: respóndeme Jehová, y guardaré tus estatutos.
[Koph.] I have called with the whole heart, Answer me, O Jehovah, Thy statutes I keep,
146 Clamé a ti; sálvame, y guardaré tus testimonios.
I have called Thee, save Thou me, And I do keep Thy testimonies.
147 Previne al alba y clamé, esperé tu palabra.
I have gone forward in the dawn, and I cry, For Thy word I have hoped.
148 Previnieron mis ojos las veladas, para meditar en tus palabras.
Mine eyes have gone before the watches, To meditate in Thy saying.
149 Oye mi voz conforme a tu misericordia, o! Jehová: vivifícame conforme a tu juicio.
My voice hear, according to Thy kindness, Jehovah, according to Thy judgment quicken me.
150 Acercáronse los que me persiguen a la maldad: alejáronse de tu ley.
Near have been my wicked pursuers, From Thy law they have been far off.
151 Cercano estás tú, Jehová, y todos tus mandamientos son verdad.
Near [art] Thou, O Jehovah, And all Thy commands [are] truth.
152 Ya ha mucho que he entendido de tus mandamientos, que para siempre los fundaste.
Of old I have known Thy testimonies, That to the age Thou hast founded them!
153 Mira mi aflicción, y escápame; porque de tu ley no me he olvidado,
[Resh.] See my affliction, and deliver Thou me, For Thy law I have not forgotten.
154 Pleitea mi pleito, y redímeme: vivifícame con tu palabra.
Plead my plea, and redeem me, According to Thy saying quicken me.
155 Lejos está de los impíos la salud; porque no buscan tus estatutos.
Far from the wicked [is] salvation, For Thy statutes they have not sought.
156 Muchas son tus misericordias, o! Jehová: vivifícame conforme a tus juicios.
Thy mercies [are] many, O Jehovah, According to Thy judgments quicken me.
157 Muchos son mis persiguidores y mis enemigos; mas de tus testimonios no me he apartado.
Many [are] my pursuers, and adversaries, From Thy testimonies I have not turned aside.
158 Veía a los prevaricadores, y carcomíame; porque no guardaban tus palabras.
I have seen treacherous ones, And grieve myself, Because Thy saying they have not kept.
159 Mira, o! Jehová, que amo tus mandamientos: vivifícame conforme a tu misericordia.
See, for thy precepts I have loved, Jehovah, According to Thy kindness quicken me.
160 El principio de tu palabra es verdad; y eterno todo juicio de tu justicia.
The sum of Thy word [is] truth, And to the age [is] every judgment of Thy righteousness!
161 Príncipes me han perseguido sin causa: mas de tus palabras tuvo miedo mi corazón.
[Shin.] Princes have pursued me without cause, And because of Thy words was my heart afraid.
162 Regocíjome yo sobre tu palabra, como el que halla muchos despojos.
I do rejoice concerning Thy saying, As one finding abundant spoil.
163 La mentira aborrezco, y abomino; tu ley amo.
Falsehood I have hated, yea I abominate [it], Thy law I have loved.
164 Siete veces al día te alabo sobre los juicios de tu justicia.
Seven [times] in a day I have praised Thee, Because of the judgments of Thy righteousness.
165 Mucha paz tienen los que aman tu ley; y no hay para ellos tropezón.
Abundant peace have those loving Thy law, And they have no stumbling-block.
166 Tu salud he esperado, o! Jehová; y tus mandamientos he practicado.
I have waited for Thy salvation, O Jehovah, And Thy commands I have done.
167 Mi alma ha guardado tus testimonios; y en gran manera los he amado.
Kept hath my soul Thy testimonies, And I do love them exceedingly.
168 Guardado he tus mandamientos, y tus testimonios; porque todos mis caminos están delante de ti.
I have kept Thy precepts and Thy testimonies, For all my ways are before Thee!
169 Acérquese mi clamor delante de ti, o! Jehová: dáme entendimiento conforme a tu palabra.
[Taw.] My loud cry cometh near before Thee, O Jehovah; According to Thy word cause me to understand.
170 Venga mi oración delante de ti: escápame conforme a tu dicho.
My supplication cometh in before Thee, According to Thy saying deliver Thou me.
171 Mis labios rebosarán alabanza, cuando me enseñares tus estatutos.
My lips do utter praise, For Thou dost teach me Thy statutes.
172 Hablará mi lengua tus palabras; porque todos tus mandamientos son justicia.
My tongue doth sing of Thy saying, For all Thy commands [are] righteous.
173 Sea tu mano en mi socorro; porque tus mandamientos he escogido.
Thy hand is for a help to me, For Thy commands I have chosen.
174 Deseado he tu salud, o! Jehová; y tu ley es mis delicias.
I have longed for Thy salvation, O Jehovah, And Thy law [is] my delight.
175 Viva mi alma, y alábete; y tus juicios me ayuden.
My soul liveth, and it doth praise Thee, And Thy judgments do help me.
176 Yo me perdí, como oveja que se pierde: busca a tu siervo, porque no me he olvidado de tus mandamientos.
I wandered as a lost sheep, seek Thy servant, For Thy precepts I have not forgotten!
