| برای سالار مغنیان بر سوسنها. قصیده بنی قورح. سرود حبیبات دل من به کلام نیکو می‌جوشد. انشاءخود را درباره پادشاه می‌گویم. زبان من قلم کاتب ماهر است. | ۱ 1 |
To the choirmaster on Shoshannim of [the] sons of Korah a poem a song of love. It is aroused heart my - a word good [am] speaking I work my to [the] king tongue my [is] a stylus of - a scribe skilled.
| تو جمیل تر هستی ازبنی آدم و نعمت بر لبهای تو ریخته شده است. بنابراین، خدا تو را مبارک ساخته است تا ابدالاباد. | ۲ 2 |
You are handsome more than [the] sons of humankind it has been poured grace on lips your there-fore he has blessed you God for ever.
| ای جبار شمشیر خود را بر ران خود ببند، یعنی جلال و کبریایی خویش را. | ۳ 3 |
Gird sword your on a thigh O mighty [one] splendor your and majesty your.
| و به کبریایی خودسوار شده، غالب شو به جهت راستی و حلم وعدالت و دست راستت چیزهای ترسناک را به توخواهد آموخت. | ۴ 4 |
And majesty your - prosper ride forth on a matter of truth and humility righteousness and let it teach you awesome [deeds] right [hand] your.
| به تیرهای تیز تو امت‌ها زیر تومی افتند و به دل دشمنان پادشاه فرو می‌رود. | ۵ 5 |
Arrows your [are] sharpened peoples under you they will fall in [the] heart of [the] enemies of the king.
| ای خدا، تخت تو تا ابدالاباد است؛ عصای راستی عصای سلطنت تو است. | ۶ 6 |
Throne your O God [is] forever and ever [is] a scepter of uprightness [the] scepter of kingdom your.
| عدالت را دوست وشرارت را دشمن داشتی. بنابراین خدا خدای توتو را به روغن شادمانی بیشتر از رفقایت مسح کرده است. | ۷ 7 |
You have loved righteousness and you have hated wickedness there-fore - he has anointed you God God your [the] oil of joy more than companions your.
| همه رختهای تو مر و عود و سلیخه است، از قصرهای عاج که به تارها تو را خوش ساختند. | ۸ 8 |
[are] myrrh And aloes cassia all clothes your from palaces of ivory stringed instrument they have made glad you.
| دختران پادشاهان از زنان نجیب توهستند. ملکه به‌دست راستت در طلای اوفیرایستاده است. | ۹ 9 |
Daughters of kings [are] among noble [women] your she stands a queen-consort to right [hand] your in [the] gold of Ophir.
| ای دختر بشنو و ببین و گوش خود را فرادار. و قوم خود و خانه پدرت رافراموش کن، | ۱۰ 10 |
Listen O daughter and see and incline ear your and forget people your and [the] house of father your.
| تا پادشاه مشتاق جمال تو بشود، زیرا او خداوند تو است پس او را عبادت نما. | ۱۱ 11 |
So may he desire the king beauty your for he [is] lord your and bow down to him.
| ودختر صور با ارمغانی. و دولتمندان قوم رضامندی تو را خواهند طلبید. | ۱۲ 12 |
And [the] daughter of Tyre - with a gift face your they will entreat rich [ones] of a people.
| دختر پادشاه تمام در اندرون مجید است و رختهای او با طلا مرصع است. | ۱۳ 13 |

| به لباس طرازدار نزد پادشاه حاضر می‌شود. باکره های همراهان او در عقب وی نزد تو آورده خواهند شد. | ۱۴ 14 |
To embroidered robes she is brought to the king virgins behind her [female] companions her [are] being brought to you.
| به شادمانی وخوشی آورده می‌شوند و به قصر پادشاه داخل خواهند شد. | ۱۵ 15 |
They are brought with joy and rejoicing they go in [the] palace of [the] king.
| به عوض پدرانت پسرانت خواهند بود و ایشان را بر تمامی جهان سروران خواهی ساخت. | ۱۶ 16 |
In place of ancestors your they will be children your you will make them into princes in all the land.
| نام تو را در همه دهرها ذکرخواهم کرد. پس قوم‌ها تو را حمد خواهند گفت تا ابدالاباد. | ۱۷ 17 |
I will cause to be remembered name your in every generation and a generation there-fore peoples they will give thanks to you for ever and ever.
