1-Samuel 4:1
The word of Samuel came to all Israel. Now Israel went out against the Philistines to battle, and encamped beside Ebenezer; and the Philistines encamped in Aphek.

Şamuelin sözü bütün İsrailə yayılmışdı. O dövrdə İsraillilər Filiştlilərə qarşı döyüşmək üçün çıxdılar.
শমূয়েলের বাক্য সমস্ত ইস্রায়েলীয়দের কাছে উপস্থিত হলো। পরে ইস্রায়েল যুদ্ধের জন্য পলেষ্টীয়দের বিরুদ্ধে বের হয়ে এবন্-এষরে শিবির স্থাপন করল এবং পলেষ্টীয়েরা অফেকে শিবির স্থাপন করল।
আর শমূয়েলের বাক্য সব ইস্রায়েলীর কাছে পৌঁছে গেল। ইস্রায়েলীরা তখন ফিলিস্তিনীদের বিরুদ্ধে যুদ্ধযাত্রা করল। ইস্রায়েলীরা এবন-এষরে সৈন্যদলের শিবির স্থাপন করল, এবং ফিলিস্তিনীরা অফেকে তাদের শিবির স্থাপন করল।
В това време Израил излезе на бой против филистимците и разположиха стан близо при Евен-езер; а филистимците разположиха стан в Афек.

En het woord van Samuël drong tot heel Israël door. In die dagen trokken de Filistijnen met vereende krachten tegen Israël ten strijde. De Israëlieten trokken de Filistijnen tegemoet, om tegen hen slag te leveren; zij sloegen hun kamp op bij Eben-Haézer terwijl de Filistijnen bij Afek gelegerd waren.

શમુએલનું વચન સર્વ ઇઝરાયલીઓ પાસે આવતું હતું. હવે ઇઝરાયલીઓ પલિસ્તીઓ સામે યુદ્ધ કરવા ગયા. તેઓએ એબેન-એઝેરમાં છાવણી નાખી અને પલિસ્તીઓએ અફેકમાં છાવણી નાખી.

और शमूएल का वचन सारे इस्राएल के पास पहुँचा। और इस्राएली पलिश्तियों से युद्ध करने को निकले; और उन्होंने तो एबेनेजेर के आस-पास छावनी डाली, और पलिश्तियों ने अपेक में छावनी डाली।
शमुएल का वचन सारे इस्राएल राष्ट्र में पहुंच जाता था. यह वह समय था, जब इस्राएलियों को फिलिस्तीनियों से युद्ध करने जाना पड़ा. उन्होंने एबेन-एज़र नामक स्थान पर अपनी छावनी डाली तथा फिलिस्तीनियों ने अफेक नामक स्थान पर.
