Від Луки 24
1 А дня першого в тижні прийшли вони рано вранці до гро́бу, несучи́ нагото́вані па́хощі,
On the morowe after the saboth erly in the morninge they came vnto the toumbe and brought the odoures which they had prepared and other wemen with them
2 та й застали, що камінь від гро́бу відва́лений був.
And they founde the stone rouled awaye fro the sepulcre
3 А ввійшовши, вони не знайшли тіла Господа Ісуса.
and went in: but founde not the body of the Lorde Iesu.
4 І сталось, як безрадні були вони в цім, ось два мужі́ в одежах блискучих з'явились при них.
And it happened as they were amased therat: Beholde two men stode by them in shynynge vestures.
5 А коли налякались вони й посхиляли обличчя додолу, ті сказали до них: „Чого ви шукаєте Живого між мертвими?
And as they were a frayde and bowed doune their faces to the erth: they sayd to them: why seke ye the lyvinge amonge the deed?
6 Нема Його тут, бо воскрес! Пригадайте собі, як Він вам говорив, коли ще перебува́в в Галілеї.
He is not here: but is rysen. Remember how he spake vnto you when he was yet with you in Galile
7 Він казав: „Сину Лю́дському треба бути ви́даному до рук грішних людей, і розп'я́тому бути, і воскре́снути третього дня“.
sayinge: that the sonne of man must be delyvered into the hondes of synfull men and be crucified and the thyrde daye ryse agayne.
8 І згадали вони ті слова́ Його!
And they remembred his wordes
9 А вернувшись від гро́бу, про все те сповістили Одинадцятьох та всіх інших.
and returned from the sepulcre and tolde all these thinges vnto the eleven and to all the remanaunt.
10 То були́: Марія Магдали́на, і Іванна, і Марія, мати Яковова, і інші з ними, — і вони розповіли апо́столам це.
It was Mary Magdalen and Ioanna and Mary Iacobi and other that were with the which tolde these thinges vnto the Apostles
11 Та слова́ їхні здалися їм вигадкою, — і не повірено їм.
and their wordes semed vnto them fayned thinges nether beleved they them.
12 Петро ж устав та до гро́бу побіг, і, нахилившися, бачить — лежать самі тільки покривала. І вернувсь він до себе, і дивувався, що́ сталось.
Then aroose Peter and ran vnto the sepulcre and stouped in and sawe the lynnen cloothes layde by them selfe and departed wondrynge in him selfe at that which had happened.
13 І ото, двоє з них того ж дня йшли в село, на ім'я́ Еммау́с, що від Єрусалиму лежало на стадій із шістдеся́т.
And beholde two of them went that same daye to a toune which was fro Ierusalem about thre scoore for longes called Emaus:
14 І розмовляли вони між собою про все те, що́ сталося.
and they talked togeder of all these thinges that had happened.
15 І ото, як вони розмовляли, і розпитували один о́дного, підійшов Сам Ісус, — і пішов разом із ними.
And it chaunsed as they comened togeder and reasoned that Iesus him selfe drue neare and went with them.
16 Очі ж їхні були стри́мані, щоб Його не пізнали.
But their eyes were holden that they coulde not knowe him.
17 І спитався Він їх: „Що́ за речі такі, що про них між собою в дорозі міркуєте, і чого ви сумні́?“
And he sayde vnto them: What maner of comunicacions are these that ye have one to another as ye walke and are sadde.
18 І озвався один, йому йме́ння Клео́па, та й промовив до Нього: „Ти хіба тут у Єрусалимі єдиний захожий, що не знає, що́ сталося в нім цими днями?“
And the one of them named Cleophas answered and sayd vnto him: arte thou only a straunger in Ierusalem and haste not knowen the thinges which have chaunsed therin in these dayes?
19 І спитався Він їх: „Що таке?“А вони розпові́ли Йому: „Про Ісуса Назаряни́на, що Пророк був, могутній у ділі й у слові перед Богом і всім наро́дом.
To whom he sayd: what thinges? And they sayd vnto him: of Iesus of Nazareth which was a Prophet myghtie in dede and worde before god and all the people.
20 Як первосвященики й наша старши́на Його віддали́ на суд смертний, — і Його розп'яли́.
And how the hye prestes and oure rulers delyvered him to be condempned to deeth: and have crucified him.
21 А ми сподівались були́, що Це Той, що має Ізраїля ви́зволити. І до того, оце третій день вже сьогодні, як усе оте сталося.
But we trusted that it shuld have bene he that shuld have delyvered Israel. And as touchynge all these thinges to daye is even the thyrd daye that they were done.
22 А дехто з наших жінок, що рано були́ коло гро́бу, нас здивували:
Ye and certayne wemen also of oure company made vs astonyed which came erly vnto the sepulcre
23 вони тіла Його не знайшли, та й вернулися й оповідали, що бачили й з'я́влення анголі́в, які кажуть, що живий Він.
and founde not his boddy: and came sayinge that they had sene a vision of angels which sayde that he was alyve.
24 І пішли дехто з наших до гро́бу, і знайшли так, як казали й жінки́; та Його не побачили“.
And certayne of them which were with vs went their waye to the sepulcre and founde it even so as the wemen had sayde: but him they sawe not.
25 Тоді Він сказав їм: „О, безумні й запеклого серця, щоб повірити всьому, про що́ сповіщали Пророки!
And he sayde vnto the: O foles and slowe of herte to beleve all yt the prophetes have spoken.
26 Чи ж Христові не це перете́рпіти треба було, і ввійти в Свою славу?“
Ought not Christ to have suffred these thinges and to enter into his glory?
27 І Він почав від Мойсея, і від Пророків усіх, і виясня́в їм зо всього Писа́ння, що́ про Нього було́.
And he began at Moses and at all the prophetes and interpreted vnto them in all scriptures which were wrytten of him.
28 І набли́зились вони до села, куди йшли. А Він удавав, ніби хоче йти далі.
And they drue neye vnto the toune wich they went to. And he made as though he wolde have gone further.
29 А вони не пускали Його й намовляли: „Зостанься з нами, бо вже вечорі́є, і кінча́ється день“. І Він увійшов, щоб із ними побути.
But they constrayned him sayinge: abyde with vs for it draweth towardes nyght and the daye is farre passed. And he went in to tary with the.
30 І ото, коли сів Він із ними до столу, то взяв хліб, поблагословив, і, ламаючи, їм подавав.
And it came to passe as he sate at meate wt them he toke breed blessed it brake and gave to them.
31 Тоді очі відкрилися їм, — і пізнали Його́. Але Він став для них невиди́мий...
And their eyes were openned and they knewe him: and he vnnisshed out of their syght.
32 І говорили вони один о́дному: „Чи не пала́ло нам серце обом, коли промовляв Він до нас по дорозі, і коли виясняв нам Писа́ння?“
And they sayde betwene them selves: dyd not oure hertes burne with in vs whyll he talked with vs by the waye and as he opened to vs the scriptures?
33 І зараз устали вони, і повернулись до Єрусалиму, і знайшли там у зборі Одинадцятьо́х, і і тих, що з ними були́,
And they roose vp the same houre and returned agayne to Ierusalem and founde the eleven gadered to geder and them that were with them which
34 які розповідали, що Госпо́дь дійсно воскрес, і з'явився був Си́монові.
sayde: the Lorde is rysen in dede and hath apered to Simon.
35 А вони розпо́віли, що́ сталось було на дорозі, і як пізнали Його в лама́нні хліба.
And they tolde what thinges was done in the waye and how they knewe him in breakynge of breed.
36 І, як вони говорили оце, Сам Ісус став між ними, і промовив до них: „Мир вам!“
As they thus spake Iesus him selfe stode in ye myddes of them and sayde vnto them: peace be with you.
37 А вони налякалися та перестра́шились, і ду́мали, що бачать духа.
And they were abasshed and afrayde supposinge yt they had sene a sprete
38 Він же промовив до них: „Чого́ ви стриво́жились? І пощо́ ті думки до серде́ць ваших входять?
And he sayde vnto the: Why are ye troubled and why do thoughtes aryse in youre hertes?
39 Погляньте на руки Мої та на ноги Мої, — це ж Я Сам! Доторкніться до Мене й дізнайтесь, — бо не має дух тіла й косте́й, а Я, бачите, маю“.
Beholde my hondes and my fete that it is even my selfe. Handle me and se: for spretes have not flesshe and bones as ye se me have.
40 І, промовивши це, показав Він їм руки та но́ги.
And when he had thus spoken he shewed them his hondes and his fete.
41 І, як ще не йняли вони віри з радощів та дивувались, Він сказав їм: „Чи не маєте тут чогось їсти?“
And whyll they yet beleved not for ioye and wondred he sayde vnto the: Have ye here eny meate?
42 Вони ж подали́ Йому ку́сника риби печеної та стільника́ медово́го.
And they gave him a pece of a broyled fisshe and of an hony combe.
43 І, взявши, Він їв перед ними.
And he toke it and ate it before them.
44 І промовив до них: „Це слова́, що казав Я до вас, коли був іще з вами: Потрібно, щоб ви́коналось усе, що про Мене в Зако́ні Мойсеєвім, та в Пророків, і в Пса́лмах написане“.
And he sayde vnto the. These are the wordes which I spake vnto you whyll I was yet with you: that all must be fulfilled which were written of me in the lawe of Moses and in the Prophetes and in the Psalmes.
45 Тоді розум розкрив їм, щоб вони розуміли Писа́ння.
Then openned he their wyttes that they myght vnderstond the scriptures
46 І сказав Він до них: „Так написано є, і так потрібно було́ постраждати Христові, і воскре́снути з мертвих дня третього,
and sayde vnto them. Thus is it written and thus it behoved Christ to suffre and to ryse agayne from deeth the thyrde daye
47 і щоб у Йме́ння Його проповідувалось покая́ння, і про́щення гріхів між наро́дів усіх, від Єрусалиму почавши.
and that repentaunce and remission of synnes shuld be preached in his name amonge all nacions and must beginne at Ierusalem.
48 А ви свідки того́.
And ye are witnesses of these thinges.
49 І ось Я посилаю на вас обі́тницю Мого Отця; а ви позоста́ньтеся в місті, аж поки зодя́гнетесь силою з висоти“.
And beholde I will sende the promes of my father apon you. But tary ye in ye cite of Ierusalem vntyll ye be endewed with power from an hye.
50 І Він вивів за місто їх аж до Віфа́нії; і, знявши руки Свої, поблагословив їх.
And he ledde the out into Bethany and lyfte vp his hondes and blest them.
51 І сталось, як Він благословляв їх, то зачав відступа́ти від них, і на небо возно́ситись.
And it cam to passe as he blessed the he departed from the and was caryed vp in to heven.
52 А вони поклонились Йому, і повернулись до Єрусалиму з великою радістю.
And they worshipped him and returned to Ierusalem with greate ioye
53 І постійно вони перебува́ли в храмі, переславля́ючи й хва́лячи Бога. Амінь.
and were continually in the temple praysinge and laudinge God. Amen.
