Romanos 12

1 Así que, hermanos, os ruego por las misericordias de Dios que presentéis vuestros cuerpos en sacrificio vivo, santo, agradable a Dios, que es vuestro culto racional.

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, [which is] your reasonable service.

2 Y no os conforméis a este siglo; mas transformáos por la renovación de vuestro entendimiento, para que experimentéis cual sea la voluntad de Dios, la buena, agradable y perfecta. (aiōn g165)

And be not fashioned according to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God. (aiōn g165)

3 Digo pues, por la gracia que me es dada, a cada uno de los que están entre vosotros, que no piense de si mismo más elevadamente de lo que debe pensar; sino que piense discretamente, cada uno conforme a la medida de fe que Dios le repartió.

For I say, through the grace that was given me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but so to think as to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to each man a measure of faith.

4 Porque de la manera que en un cuerpo tenemos muchos miembros, empero todos los miembros no tienen el mismo oficio:

For even as we have many members in one body, and all the members have not the same office:

5 Así nosotros siendo muchos, somos un mismo cuerpo en Cristo, y cada uno, miembros los unos de los otros.

so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and severally members one of another.

6 De manera que teniendo diferentes dones según la gracia que nos es dada, si de profecía, sea conforme a la medida de la fe;

And having gifts differing according to the grace that was given to us, whether prophecy, [let us prophesy] according to the proportion of our faith;

7 O si de ministerio, en servir; o el que enseña, en enseñar;

or ministry, [let us give ourselves] to our ministry; or he that teacheth, to his teaching;

8 O el que exhorta, en exhortar; el que reparte, hágalo en simplicidad; el que preside, en solicitud; el que hace misericordia, en alegría.

or he that exhorteth, to his exhorting: he that giveth, [let him do it] with liberality; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.

9 El amor sea sin fingimiento: aborreciendo lo malo, llegándoos a lo bueno.

Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.

10 Amándoos los unos a los otros con amor de hermanos; en la honra prefiriéndoos los unos a los otros.

In love of the brethren be tenderly affectioned one to another; in honour preferring one another;

11 En los quehaceres no perezosos: ardientes en espíritu: sirviendo al Señor:

in diligence not slothful; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;

12 Gozosos en la esperanza: sufridos en la tribulación: constantes en la oración:

rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing stedfastly in prayer;

13 Comunicando a las necesidades de los santos: siguiendo la hospitalidad.

communicating to the necessities of the saints; given to hospitality.

14 Bendecíd a los que os persiguen: bendecíd, y no maldigáis.

Bless them that persecute you; bless, and curse not.

15 Regocijáos con los que se regocijan; y llorád con los que lloran.

Rejoice with them that rejoice; weep with them that weep.

16 Sed entre vosotros de un mismo ánimo: no altivos, mas acomodándoos a los humildes: no seáis sabios acerca de vosotros mismos.

Be of the same mind one toward another. Set not your mind on high things, but condescend to things that are lowly. Be not wise in your own conceits.

17 No paguéis a nadie mal por mal: aplicándoos a hacer lo bueno delante de todos los hombres.

Render to no man evil for evil. Take thought for things honourable in the sight of all men.

18 Si se puede hacer, en cuanto es en vosotros, tenéd paz con todos los hombres.

If it be possible, as much as in you lieth, be at peace with all men.

19 No os venguéis a vosotros mismos, amados; antes, mas bien, dad lugar a la ira; porque escrito está: Mía es la venganza: yo pagaré, dice el Señor.

Avenge not yourselves, beloved, but give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance belongeth unto me; I will recompense, saith the Lord.

20 Así que si tu enemigo tuviere hambre, dále de comer: si tuviere sed, dále de beber: que en haciendo esto, ascuas de fuego amontonarás sobre su cabeza.

But if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him to drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head.

21 No seas vencido de lo malo; antes vence con bien el mal.

Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.
