Salmos 82

1 Salmo de Asaf. Dios se levanta en la reunión de los dioses; en medio de ellos va a juzgarlos.

Of Asaph. God stood in the synagoge of goddis; forsothe he demeth goddis in the myddil.

2 “¿Hasta cuándo fallaréis injustamente y haréis acepción de personas con los inicuos?

Hou longe demen ye wickidnesse; and taken the faces of synneris?

3 Haced justicia al oprimido y al huérfano; amparad al afligido y al menesteroso;

Deme ye to the nedi man, and to the modirles child; iustifie ye the meke man and pore.

4 librad al desvalido y al necesitado, arrancadlo de la mano de los impíos.”

Raueische ye out a pore man; and delyuere ye the nedi man fro the hond of the synner.

5 Pero no saben, ni entienden; andan en tinieblas; por eso vacilan todos los fundamentos de la tierra.

Thei knewen not, nether vndirstoden, thei goen in derknessis; alle the foundementis of erthe schulen be moued.

6 Es cierto que Yo dije: “Dioses sois, e hijos todos del Altísimo.

I seide, Ye ben goddis; and alle ye ben the sones of hiy God.

7 Pero moriréis como hombres, y caeréis como cae cualquier príncipe.”

But ye schulen die as men; and ye schulen falle doun as oon of the princis.

8 Levántate, Dios; juzga a la tierra, porque Tú has de dominar sobre todas las naciones.

Ryse, thou God, deme thou the erthe; for thou schalt haue eritage in alle folkis.
