1 Coríntios 5

1 Geralmente se ouve que ha entre vós fornicação, e fornicação tal, qual nem ainda entre os gentios, como é haver quem abuse da mulher de seu pae.

It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have his father's wife.

2 E estaes inchados, e nem ao menos vos entristecestes por não ter sido d'entre vós tirado quem commetteu tal feito.

And all of you are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he that has done this deed might be taken away from among you.

3 Eu na verdade, ainda que ausente, no corpo, mas presente no espirito, já determinei como se estivesse presente, que o que tal assim commetteu,

For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, (pneuma) have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that has so done this deed,

4 Em nome de nosso Senhor Jesus Christo, juntos vós e o meu espirito, em virtude de nosso Senhor Jesus Christo,

In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when all of you are gathered together, and my spirit, (pneuma) with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,

5 Seja entregue a Satanás para destruição da carne, para que o espirito seja salvo no dia do Senhor Jesus.

To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit (pneuma) may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

6 Não é boa a vossa jactancia. Não sabeis que um pouco de fermento faz levedar toda a massa?

Your glorying is not good. Know all of you not that a little leaven leavens the whole lump?

7 Limpae pois o fermento velho, para que sejaes uma nova massa, assim como sois sem fermento. Porque Christo, nossa paschoa, foi sacrificado por nós.

Purge out therefore the old leaven, that all of you may be a new lump, as all of you are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:

8 Pelo que façamos a festa, não com o fermento velho, nem com o fermento da maldade e da malicia, mas com os pães asmos da sinceridade e da verdade.

Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

9 Já por carta vos tenho escripto, que não vos associeis com os fornicadores;

I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators:

10 Mas não absolutamente com os fornicadores d'este mundo, ou com os avarentos, ou com os roubadores, ou com os idolatras; porque então vos seria necessario sair do mundo.

Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortionists, or with idolaters; for then must all of you essentially go out of the world.

11 Mas agora vos escrevi que não vos associeis, quero dizer, que, se algum, chamando-se irmão, fôr fornicador, ou avarento, ou idolatra, ou maldizente, ou beberrão, ou roubador, com o tal nem ainda comaes.

But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortionist; with such an one no not to eat.

12 Porque, que tenho eu em julgar tambem os que estão fóra? Não julgaes vós os que estão dentro?

For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not all of you judge them that are within?

13 Mas Deus julga os que estão fóra. Tirae pois d'entre vós a esse iniquo.

But them that are without God judges. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.
