Psalmów 95

1 Pójdźcież, śpiewajmy Panu; wykrzykujmy skale zbawienia naszego.

Oh come, let’s sing to Adonai. Let’s shout aloud to the rock of our yesha' ·salvation·!

2 Uprzedźmy oblicze jego z chwałą; psalmy mu śpiewajmy.

Let’s come before his presence with thanksgiving. Let’s extol him with songs!

3 Albowiem Pan jest Bóg wielki, i król wielki nade wszystkich bogów.

For Adonai is a great God, a great King above all deities.

4 W jegoż rękach są głębokości ziemi, i wierzchy gór jego są.

In his hand are the deep places of the earth. The heights of the mountains are also his.

5 Jegoż jest morze, bo je on uczynił; i ziemia, którą ręce jego ukształtowały.

The sea is his, and he made it. His hands formed the dry land.

6 Pójdźcie, kłaniajmy się, a upadajmy przed nim; klękajmy przed Panem, stworzycielem naszym.

Oh come, let’s worship and hawa ·bow low, prostrate·. Let’s kneel before Yahweh 'Oseinu [Yahweh our Maker],

7 Onci jest zaiste Bóg nasz, a myśmy lud pastwiska jego, i owce rąk jego. Dziś, jeźli głos jego usłyszycie,

for he is our God. We are the people of his pasture, and the sheep in his care. Today, oh that you would sh'ma ·hear obey· his voice!

8 Nie zatwardzajcież serca swego, jako w Meryba, a jako czasu kuszenia na puszczy.

Don’t harden your heart, as at Meribah [Quarreling], as in the day of Massah [Testing] in the wilderness,

9 Kiedy mię kusili ojcowie wasi, doświadczylić mię, i widzieli sprawy moje.

when your fathers tempted me, tested me, and saw my work.

10 Przez czterdzieści lat miałem spór z tym narodem, i rzekłem: Lud ten błądzi sercem, a nie poznali dróg moich;

Forty long years I loathed that generation, and said, “This is a people that errors in their heart. They have not known my ways.”

11 Którymem przysiągł w popędliwości mojej, że nie wnijdą do odpocznienia mego.

Therefore I swore in my wrath, “They won’t enter into my rest.”
