۱ 1 سرود درجات به سوی تو چشمان خود رابرمی افرازم، ای که بر آسمانهاجلوس فرموده‌ای!

۲ 2 اینک مثل چشمان غلامان به سوی آقایان خود، و مثل چشمان کنیزی به سوی خاتون خویش، همچنان چشمان ما به سوی یهوه خدای ماست تا بر ما کرم بفرماید.

۳ 3 ‌ای خداوند بر ما کرم فرما، بر ما کرم فرما زیراچه بسیار از اهانت پر شده‌ایم.

۴ 4 چه بسیار جان ماپر شده است، از استهزای مستریحان و اهانت متکبران.
