| و مریم و هارون درباره زن حبشی که موسی گرفته بود، بر او شکایت آوردند، زیرا زن حبشی گرفته بود. | ۱ 1 |
Then Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses because of the Cushite woman whom he had married.
| و گفتند: «آیا خداوندبا موسی به تنهایی تکلم نموده است، مگر به ما نیزتکلم ننموده؟» و خداوند این را شنید. | ۲ 2 |
They said, “Has Yahweh spoken only with Moses? Has he not spoken also with us?” Now Yahweh heard what they said.
| و موسی مرد بسیار حلیم بود، بیشتر از جمیع مردمانی که در روی زمینند. | ۳ 3 |
Now the man Moses was very humble, humbler than anyone else on earth.
| در ساعت خداوند به موسی و هارون و مریم گفت: «شما هر سه نزد خیمه اجتماع بیرون آیید.» و هر سه بیرون آمدند. | ۴ 4 |
Right away Yahweh spoke to Moses, Aaron, and Miriam: “Come out, you three, to the tent of meeting.” So the three of them went out.
| و خداوند در ستون ابرنازل شده، به در خیمه ایستاد، و هارون و مریم راخوانده، ایشان هر دو بیرون آمدند. | ۵ 5 |
Then Yahweh came down in a pillar of cloud. He stood at the entrance to the tent and called Aaron and Miriam. They both came forward.
| و او گفت: «الان سخنان مرا بشنوید: اگر در میان شما نبی‌ای باشد، من که یهوه هستم، خود را در رویا بر اوظاهر می‌کنم و در خواب به او سخن می‌گویم. | ۶ 6 |
Yahweh said, “Now listen to my words. When a prophet of mine is with you, I will reveal myself to him in visions and speak to him in dreams.
| اما بنده من موسی چنین نیست. او در تمامی خانه من امین است. | ۷ 7 |
My servant Moses is not like that. He is faithful in all my house.
| با وی روبرو و آشکارا و نه در رمزها سخن می‌گویم، و شبیه خداوند رامعاینه می‌بیند، پس چرا نترسیدید که بر بنده من موسی شکایت آوردید؟» | ۸ 8 |
I speak to Moses directly, not with visions or riddles. He sees my form. So why are you unafraid to speak against my servant, against Moses?”
| و غضب خداوند برایشان افروخته شده، برفت. | ۹ 9 |
Yahweh's anger burned against them, and then he left them.
| و چون ابر از روی خیمه برخاست، اینک مریم مثل برف مبروص بود، و هارون بر مریم نگاه کرد و اینک مبروص بود. | ۱۰ 10 |
The cloud rose from over the tent, and Miriam was suddenly leprous—she was as white as snow. When Aaron turned toward Miriam, he saw that she had leprosy.
| و هارون به موسی گفت: «وای‌ای آقایم بار این گناه را بر ما مگذار زیرا که حماقت کرده، گناه ورزیده‌ایم. | ۱۱ 11 |
Aaron said to Moses, “Oh, my master, please do not hold this sin against us. We have spoken foolishly, and we have sinned.
| و او مثل میته‌ای نباشد که چون از رحم مادرش بیرون آید، نصف بدنش پوسیده باشد.» | ۱۲ 12 |
Please do not let her be like a dead newborn whose flesh is half consumed when it emerges from its mother's womb.”
| پس موسی نزد خداوند استغاثه کرده، گفت: «ای خدا او را شفا بده!» | ۱۳ 13 |
So Moses called out to Yahweh. He said, “Please heal her, God, please.”
| خداوند به موسی گفت: «اگر پدرش به روی وی فقط آب دهان می‌انداخت، آیا هفت روز خجل نمی شد؟ پس هفت روز بیرون لشکرگاه محبوس بشود، وبعد از آن داخل شود.» | ۱۴ 14 |
Yahweh said to Moses, “If her father had spit in her face, she would be disgraced for seven days. Shut her outside the camp for seven days. After that bring her in again.”
| پس مریم هفت روزبیرون لشکرگاه محبوس ماند، و تا داخل شدن مریم، قوم کوچ نکردند. | ۱۵ 15 |
So Miriam was shut outside the camp for seven days. The people did not journey until she had returned to the camp.
| و بعد از آن، قوم از حضیروت کوچ کرده، در صحرای فاران اردو زدند. | ۱۶ 16 |
After that, the people journeyed from Hazeroth and camped in the wilderness of Paran.
