Salamo 54

1

Save me, O God, by your name, and judge me by your strength.

2 Ry Andrianañahare, janjiño ty halaliko, toloro ravembia o entam-bavakoo.

Hear my prayer, O God; give ear to the words of my mouth.

3 Miongake hiatreatre ahy ty ambahiny, paia’ o mitrotrofiakeo ty fiaiko, tsy nampiaoloe’ iareo t’i Andrianañahare. Selà

For strangers are risen up against me, and oppressors seek after my soul: they have not set God before them. (Selah)

4 Inao! Mpañimb’ahy t’i Andrianañahare, Fiatoam-piaiko t’i Talè.

Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.

5 Hafote’e amo mivoñoñe ahiko ty haratia’ iareo; Rotsaho iereo ami’ty figahiña’o.

He shall reward evil unto mine enemies: cut them off in your truth.

6 Mañenga ama’o an-tsatrin-tro raho, andriañeko i tahina’oy ry Iehovà, amy te ie ty soa;

I will freely sacrifice unto you: I will praise your name, O LORD; for it is good.

7 Fa nafaha’e amako ze hene haemberañe, vaho nisambae’ o masokoo o rafelahikoo.

For he has delivered me out of all trouble: and mine eye has seen his desire upon mine enemies.
