1 ベニヤミンの生る者は長子はベラ その次はアシベル その三はアハラ
Now Benjamin conceived Bela as his firstborn, Ashbel the second, Aharah the third,
2 その四はアハ その五はラパ
Nohah the fourth, and Rapha the fifth.
3 ベラの子等はアダル、ゲラ、アビウデ
And the sons of Bela were: Addar, and Gera, and Abihud,
4 アビシユア、ナアマン、アホア
as well as Abishua, and Naaman, and Ahoah,
5 ゲラ、シフパム、ヒラム
then also Gera, and Shephuphan, and Huram.
6 エホデの子等は左のごとし是等はゲバの民の宗家の長なり是はマナハテに移されたり
These are the sons of Ehud, leaders of the kindred living in Geba, who were moved away to Manahath.
7 すなはちナアマンおよびアヒヤとともにゲラこれを移せるなりエホデの子等はすなはちウザとアヒウデ是なり
And Naaman, and Ahijah, and Gera, he also moved them away; and he conceived Uzza and Ahihud.
8 シヤハライムはその妻ホシムとバアラを去し後モアブの國においてまた子等を擧けたり
Then Shaharaim conceived, in the region of Moab, after he sent away Hushim and Baara, his wives;
9 彼がその妻ホデシによりて擧けたる子等はヨバブ、ヂビア、メシヤ、マルカム
and so, of his wife Hodesh, he conceived Jobab, and Zibia, and Mesha, and Malcam,
10 ヱウツ、シヤキヤおよびミルマ是その子等にして宗家の長なり
and also Jeuz and Sachia, and Mirmah. These were his sons, the leaders of their families.
11 彼またホシムによりてアビトブとエルパアルを擧けたり
Truly, of Hushim he conceived Abitub and Elpaal.
12 エルパアルの子等はエベル、ミシヤムおよびシヤメル彼はオノとロドとその郷里を建たる者なり
And the sons of Elpaal were Eber, and Misham, and Shemed, who built Ono and Lod and its daughters.
13 またベリア、シマあり是等はアヤロンの民の宗家の長たる者にしてガテの民を逐はらへり
Now Beriah and Shema were leaders of their families living in Aijalon; these put to flight the inhabitants of Gath.
14 またアヒオ、シヤシヤク、エレモテ
And Ahio, and Shashak, and Jeremoth,
15 ゼバデヤ、アラデ、アデル
and Zebadiah, and Arad, and Eder,
16 ミカエル、イシパ、ヨハ是等はベリアの子等なり
as well as Michael, and Ishpah, and Joha, were the sons of Beriah.
17 ゼバデヤ、メシユラム、ヘゼキ、ヘベル
Then Zebadiah, and Meshullam, and Hizki, and Heber,
18 イシメライ、ヱズリア、ヨバブ是等はエルパアルの子等なり
and Ishmerai, and Izliah, and Jobab were the sons of Elpaal.
19 ヤキン、ジクリ、ザベデ
Then Jakim, and Zichri, and Zabdi,
20 エリエナイ、チルタイ、エリエル
and Elienai, and Zillethai, and Eliel,
21 アダヤ、ベラヤ、シムラテ是等はシマの子等なり
and Adaiah, and Beraiah, and Shimrath were the sons of Shimei.
22 イシパン、へベル、エリエル
Then Ishpan, and Eber, and Eliel,
23 アブドン、ジクリ、ハナン
and Abdon, and Zichri, and Hanan,
24 ハナニヤ、エラム、アントテヤ
and Hananiah, and Elam, and Anthothijah,
25 イペデヤ、ペヌエル是等はシヤシヤタの子等なり
and Iphdeiah, and Penuel were the sons of Shashak.
26 シヤムセライ、シハリア、アタリヤ
Then Shamsherai, and Shehariah and Athaliah,
27 ヤレシヤ、エリヤ、ジクリ是等はヱロハムの子等なり
and Jaareshiah, and Elijah, and Zichri were the sons of Jeroham.
28 是等は歴代の宗家の長にして首たるものなり是らはエルサレムに住たり
These were the patriarchs and leaders of the families who were living in Jerusalem.
29 ギベオンの祖はギベオンに住りその妻の名はマアカといふ
Now in Gibeon, there lived Jeiel, the father of Gibeon; and the name of his wife was Maacah,
30 その長子はアブドン、次はツル、キシ、バアル、ナダブ
and his firstborn son was Abdon, and then Zur, and Kish, and Baal, and Nadab,
31 ゲドル、アヒオ、ザケル
and Gedor, and Ahio, and Zecher, and Mikloth.
32 ミクロテはシメアを生り是等も又その兄弟等とともにヱルサレムに住てこれに對ひ居り
And Mikloth conceived Shimeah. And they lived opposite their brothers in Jerusalem, with their brothers.
33 ネル、キシを生み キシ、サウルを生みサウルはヨナタン、マルキシユア、アビナダプ、エシバアルを生り
Now Ner conceived Kish, and Kish conceived Saul. Then Saul conceived Jonathan, and Malchishua, and Abinadab, and Eshbaal.
34 ヨナタンの子はメリバアル、メリバアル、ミカを生り
And the son of Jonathan was Meribbaal; and Meribbaal conceived Micah.
35 ミカの子等はピトン、メレク、ダレア、アハズ
The sons of Micah were Pithon, and Melech, and Tarea, and Ahaz.
36 アハズはヱホアダを生み ヱホアダはアレメテ、アズマウテおよびジムリを生み ジムリはモザを生み
And Ahaz conceived Jehoaddah. And Jehoaddah conceived Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri. And Zimri conceived Moza.
37 モザはビネアを生り その子はラパ その子はニレアサ その子はアゼル
And Moza conceived Binea, whose son was Raphah, of whom was born Eleasah, who conceived Azel.
38 アゼルには六人の子あり其名は左のごとしアズリカム、ボケル、イシマエル、シヤリヤ、オバデヤ、ハナン是みなアゼルの子なり
Now there were six sons for Azel, whose names were Azrikam, Bocheru, Ishmael, Sheariah, Obadiah, and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel.
39 その兄弟エセクの子等の長子はウラムその次はヱウンその三はエリペレテ
Then the sons of Eshek, his brother, were Ulam the firstborn, and Jeush the second, and Eliphelet the third.
40 ウラムの子等は大勇士にして善く弓を射る者なりき彼は孫子多くして百五十人もありき是みなベニヤミンの子孫なり
And the sons of Ulam were very robust men, drawing the bow with great strength. And they had many sons and grandsons, even to one hundred fifty. All these were sons of Benjamin.
