Apocalisse 1
1 LA Rivelazione di Gesù Cristo, la quale Iddio gli ha data, per far sapere a' suoi servitori le cose che debbono avvenire in breve tempo; ed egli [l]'ha dichiarata, avendo[la] mandata per il suo angelo, a Giovanni, suo servitore.
THE Revelation of Jeshu Meshiha, which Aloha gave unto him, to show unto his servants the things which must be done speedily; and which he made known, sending by his angel unto his servant Juhanon,
2 Il quale ha testimoniato della parola di Dio, e della testimonianza di Gesù Cristo, e di tutte le cose che egli ha vedute.
who attested the word of Aloha and the testimony of Jeshu Meshiha, and all which he beheld.
3 Beato chi legge, e [beati] coloro che ascoltano le parole di questa profezia, e serbano le cose che in essa sono scritte; perciocchè il tempo [è] vicino.
Blessed is he who readeth, and they who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those which are written therein; for the time hath approached.
4 GIOVANNI, alle sette chiese, che [son] nell'Asia: Grazia a voi, e pace, da colui che è, e che era, e che ha da venire; e da' sette spiriti, che son davanti al suo trono;
Juhanon to the seven churches which are in Asia: grace to you and peace from him who is, and who was, and who cometh; from the seven Spirits who are before his throne;
5 e da Gesù Cristo, il fedel testimonio, il primogenito dai morti, e il principe dei re della terra. Ad esso, che ci ha amati, e ci ha lavati de' nostri peccati col suo sangue;
and from Jeshu Meshiha who is the faithful Witness, the First-born of the dead, and Head of the kings of the earth, who hath loved us, and released us from our sins by his blood,
6 e ci ha fatti re, e sacerdoti, a Dio suo Padre; [sia] la gloria e l'imperio, ne' secoli de' secoli. Amen. (aiōn g165)
and hath made us a priestly kingdom unto Aloha and his Father; to whom be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
7 Ecco, egli viene con le nuvole, ed ogni occhio lo vedrà, eziandio quelli che l'hanno trafitto: e tutte le nazioni della terra faran cordoglio per lui. Sì, Amen.
Behold, he cometh with clouds, and all eyes shall see him, and they also who transfixed him; and for him shall mourn all the tribes of the earth. Yes, Amen!
8 Io son l'Alfa, e l'Omega; il principio, e la fine, dice il Signore Iddio, che è, e che era, e che ha da venire, l'Onnipotente.
I am Olaph and Thau, saith Aloha the Lord, who is, and who was, and who cometh, the Omnipotent.
9 IO Giovanni, che [son] vostro fratello, ed insieme compagno nell'afflizione, e nel regno, e nella sofferenza di Cristo Gesù, era nell'isola chiamata Patmo, per la parola di Dio, e per la testimonianza di Gesù Cristo.
I, Juhanon your brother, and your fellow-sharer in the affliction, and in the patience, which are in Jeshu Meshiha, was in the island which is called Pathamon, for the word of Aloha and for the testimony of Jeshu Meshiha.
10 Io era in ispirito nel giorno della Domenica; e udii dietro a me una gran voce, come d'una tromba, che diceva:
I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day; and I heard behind me a great voice as a trumpet, saying,
11 Io son l'Alfa, e l'Omega; il primo, e l'ultimo; e: Ciò che tu vedi scrivilo in un libro, e mandalo alle sette chiese, che [sono] in Asia: ad Efeso, ed a Smirna, ed a Pergamo, ed a Tiatiri, ed a Sardi, ed a Filadelfia, ed a Laodicea.
What thou seest, write in a book; and send to the seven churches, at Ephesos, and at Smurna, and at Pergamos, and at Thiatira, and at Sardis, and at Philidaphia, and at Laodikia.
12 Ed io in quello mi rivoltai, per veder la voce che avea parlato meco; e rivoltomi, vidi sette candellieri d'oro.
And I turned to see the voice that spake with me; and being turned, I saw seven candlesticks of gold.
13 E in mezzo di que' sette candellieri, [uno], simigliante ad un figliuol d'uomo, vestito d'una vesta lunga fino a' piedi, e cinto d'una cintura d'oro all'altezza del seno.
And in the midst of the candlesticks (one) who was like the Son of man, clothed to the foot, and girded about his paps with a circlet of gold.
14 E il suo capo, e i suoi capelli [eran] candidi come lana bianca, a guisa di neve; e i suoi occhi somigliavano una fiamma di fuoco.
But his head and hair were white as wool, white as snow; and his eyes (were) as a flame of fire,
15 E i suoi piedi [eran] simili a del calcolibano, a guisa che fossero stati infocati in una fornace; e la sua voce [era] come il suono di molte acque.
and his feet were like refined brass, which flamed as in a furnace, and his voice as the voice of many waters.
16 Ed egli avea nella sua man destra sette stelle; e della sua bocca usciva una spada a due tagli, acuta; e il suo sguardo [era] come il sole, [quando] egli risplende nella sua forza.
And he had in his right hand seven stars; and from his mouth a sharp sword of two edges went forth; and his countenance was as the sun shining in his strength.
17 E quando io l'ebbi veduto, caddi ai suoi piedi come morto. Ed egli mise la sua man destra sopra me, dicendomi: Non temere; io sono il primo, e l'ultimo;
And when I saw him I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid upon me his right hand, saying, Fear not: I am the First and the Last;
19 Scrivi adunque le cose che tu hai vedute, e quelle che sono, e quelle che saranno da ora innanzi;
Write, then, what thou hast seen; and those which are, and those which are to be after them.
20 il misterio delle sette stelle, che tu hai vedute sopra la mia destra, e [quello] de' sette candellieri d'oro. Le sette stelle son gli angeli delle sette chiese; e i sette candellieri, che tu hai veduti, sono le sette chiese.
(This is) the mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and of the seven candlesticks of gold: the seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven candlesticks are the seven churches.
