1 Maschil di Heman Ezrahita, [che è] un cantico di salmo, [dato] al Capo de' Musici, dei figliuoli di Core, per cantar[lo] sopra Mahalat O SIGNORE Iddio della mia salute, Io grido di giorno [e] di notte, nel tuo cospetto.
A song a psalm of [the] sons of Korah to the choirmaster on Machalath to sing a poem of Heman the Ezrachite. O Yahweh [the] God of salvation my day I have cried out in the night before you.
2 Venga la mia orazione in tua presenza; Inchina il tuo orecchio al mio grido.
May it come before you prayer my incline ear your to cry of entreaty my.
For it is surfeited with troubles being my and life my to Sheol they have reached. (Sheol h7585)
4 Io son reputato del numero di quelli che scendono nella fossa; Io son simile ad un uomo [che] non [ha più] forza alcuna.
I am reckoned with [those who] go down of [the] pit I am like a man [whom] there not [is] strength.
5 Io [sono] spacciato fra i morti, Come gli uccisi che giacciono nella sepoltura, De' quali tu non ti ricordi più; E [che] son ricisi dalla tua mano.
Among the dead a [person] set free like [those] slain - [who] lie of [the] grave whom not you remember them again and they from hand your they are cut off.
6 Tu mi hai posto in una fossa bassissima, In tenebre, in [luoghi] profondi.
You have put me in a pit of lowest parts in [the] dark places in [the] depths.
7 L'ira tua si è posata sopra me, E tu [mi] hai abbattuto con tutti i tuoi flutti. (Sela)
On me it has lain anger your and all breakers your you have afflicted [me] (Selah)
8 Tu hai allontanati da me i miei conoscenti, Tu mi hai renduto loro grandemente abbominevole; [Io son] serrato, e non posso uscire.
You have removed far away acquaintances my from me you have made me abominations to them [I am] shut up and not I will go out.
9 L'occhio mio è doglioso d'afflizione; O Signore, io grido a te tuttodì, Io spiego a te le palme delle mie mani.
Eye my it is faint from affliction I have called out to you O Yahweh on every day I have spread out to you hands my.
10 Opererai tu alcuna maraviglia inverso i morti? I trapassati risorgeranno essi, per celebrarti? (Sela)
¿ For the dead will you do wonder[s] or? [the] shades will they arise - will they give thanks to? you (Selah)
11 La tua benignità si narrerà ella nel sepolcro? [E] la tua verità nel [luogo del]la perdizione?
¿ Will it be recounted in the grave covenant loyalty your faithfulness your in Abaddon.
12 Le tue maraviglie si conosceranno esse nelle tenebre? E la tua giustizia nella terra dell'obblio?
¿ Will it be known in the darkness wonder[s] your and righteousness your in [the] land of forgetting.
13 Ora quant'è a me, o Signore, io grido a te; [E] la mia orazione ti si fa incontro la mattina.
And I - to you O Yahweh I cry for help and in the morning prayer my it comes to meet you.
14 Perchè scacci, o Signore, l'anima mia? [Perchè] nascondi il tuo volto da me?
Why? O Yahweh do you reject self my do you hide? face your from me.
15 Io [son] povero, e vengo meno fin dalla [mia] giovanezza; Io porto i tuoi spaventi, [e] ne sto in forse.
[have been] afflicted I and [have been] about to die from youth I have borne terrors your I am perplexed.
16 Le tue ire mi son passate addosso; I tuoi terrori mi hanno deserto;
Over me they have passed anger your terrors your they have destroyed me.
17 Mi han circondato come acque tuttodì; Tutti quanti mi hanno intorniato.
They have surrounded me like water all the day they have surrounded me altogether.
18 Tu hai allontanati da me amici e compagni; I miei conoscenti [son nascosti nelle] tenebre.
You have removed far away from me [one who] loves and a friend acquaintances my darkness.
