Salmi 146

1 ALLELUIA. Anima mia, loda il Signore.

Alleluya.

2 Io loderò il Signore, mentre viverò; Io salmeggerò al mio Dio, mentre durerò.

Mi soule, herie thou the Lord; Y schal herie the Lord in my lijf, Y schal synge to my God as longe as Y schal be. Nile ye triste in princis;

3 Non vi confidate in principi, [Nè] in alcun figliuol d'uomo, che non ha modo di salvare.

nether in the sones of men, in whiche is noon helthe.

4 Il suo fiato uscirà, ed egli se ne ritornerà nella sua terra; In quel dì periranno i suoi disegni.

The spirit of hym schal go out, and he schal turne ayen in to his erthe; in that dai alle the thouytis of hem schulen perische.

5 Beato colui che ha l'Iddio di Giacobbe in suo aiuto, La cui speranza [è] nel Signore Iddio suo

He is blessid, of whom the God of Jacob is his helpere, his hope is in his Lord God, that made heuene and erthe;

6 Il quale ha fatto il cielo e la terra, Il mare, e tutto ciò ch'[è] in essi; Che osserva la fede in eterno;

the see, and alle thingis that ben in tho.

7 Il qual fa ragione agli oppressati; [E] dà del cibo agli affamati. Il Signore scioglie i prigioni.

Which kepith treuthe in to the world, makith dom to hem that suffren wrong; yyueth mete to hem that ben hungri. The Lord vnbyndith feterid men;

8 Il Signore apre [gli occhi] a' ciechi; Il Signore rileva quelli che son chinati; Il Signore ama i giusti.

the Lord liytneth blynde men. The Lord reisith men hurtlid doun; the Lord loueth iust men.

9 Il Signore guarda i forestieri; Egli solleva l'orfano e la vedova; E sovverte la via degli empi.

The Lord kepith comelyngis, he schal take vp a modirles child, and widewe; and he schal distrie the weies of synners.

10 Il Signore regna in eterno, E il tuo Dio, o Sion, per ogni età. Alleluia.

The Lord schal regne in to the worldis; Syon, thi God schal regne in generacioun and in to generacioun.
