| שיר מזמור לבני קרח למנצח על מחלת לענות משכיל להימן האזרחי יהוה אלהי ישועתי יום צעקתי בלילה נגדך׃ | 1 |

| תבוא לפניך תפלתי הטה אזנך לרנתי׃ | 2 |
May it come before you prayer my incline ear your to cry of entreaty my.
| כי שבעה ברעות נפשי וחיי לשאול הגיעו׃ (Sheol h7585) | 3 |

| נחשבתי עם יורדי בור הייתי כגבר אין איל׃ | 4 |
I am reckoned with [those who] go down of [the] pit I am like a man [whom] there not [is] strength.
| במתים חפשי כמו חללים שכבי קבר אשר לא זכרתם עוד והמה מידך נגזרו׃ | 5 |
Among the dead a [person] set free like [those] slain - [who] lie of [the] grave whom not you remember them again and they from hand your they are cut off.
| שתני בבור תחתיות במחשכים במצלות׃ | 6 |
You have put me in a pit of lowest parts in [the] dark places in [the] depths.
| עלי סמכה חמתך וכל משבריך ענית סלה׃ | 7 |
On me it has lain anger your and all breakers your you have afflicted [me] (Selah)
| הרחקת מידעי ממני שתני תועבות למו כלא ולא אצא׃ | 8 |
You have removed far away acquaintances my from me you have made me abominations to them [I am] shut up and not I will go out.
| עיני דאבה מני עני קראתיך יהוה בכל יום שטחתי אליך כפי׃ | 9 |
Eye my it is faint from affliction I have called out to you O Yahweh on every day I have spread out to you hands my.
| הלמתים תעשה פלא אם רפאים יקומו יודוך סלה׃ | 10 |
¿ For the dead will you do wonder[s] or? [the] shades will they arise - will they give thanks to? you (Selah)
| היספר בקבר חסדך אמונתך באבדון׃ | 11 |
¿ Will it be recounted in the grave covenant loyalty your faithfulness your in Abaddon.
| היודע בחשך פלאך וצדקתך בארץ נשיה׃ | 12 |
¿ Will it be known in the darkness wonder[s] your and righteousness your in [the] land of forgetting.
| ואני אליך יהוה שועתי ובבקר תפלתי תקדמך׃ | 13 |

| למה יהוה תזנח נפשי תסתיר פניך ממני׃ | 14 |

| עני אני וגוע מנער נשאתי אמיך אפונה׃ | 15 |

| עלי עברו חרוניך בעותיך צמתותני׃ | 16 |
Over me they have passed anger your terrors your they have destroyed me.
| סבוני כמים כל היום הקיפו עלי יחד׃ | 17 |
They have surrounded me like water all the day they have surrounded me altogether.
| הרחקת ממני אהב ורע מידעי מחשך׃ | 18 |
You have removed far away from me [one who] loves and a friend acquaintances my darkness.
