Jesaja 60

1 Auf, werde hell, denn dein Licht ist erschienen, und die Herrlichkeit Jahwes ist über dir aufgestrahlt!

Arise shine for it has come light your and [the] glory of Yahweh on you it has dawned.

2 Denn fürwahr: Finsternis bedeckt die Erde und tiefes Dunkel die Völker; doch über dir wird Jahwe aufstrahlen, und seine Herrlichkeit wird über dir erscheinen.

For there! darkness it will cover [the] earth and thick darkness peoples and on you he will dawn Yahweh and glory his over you it will appear.

3 Und die Völker werden hinwallen zu deinem Licht, und Könige zu dem Glanze, der über dir aufgestrahlt.

And they will come nations to light your and kings to [the] brightness of dawn your.

4 Erhebe ringsum deine Augen und sieh: Sie alle haben sich versammelt, kommen zu dir heran! Deine Söhne werden von ferne herbeikommen, und deine Töchter werden auf der Hüfte herbeigetragen werden.

Lift up all around eyes your and see all of them they have gathered together they have come to you sons your from a distance they will come and daughters your on a hip they will be carried.

5 Alsdann wirst du's sehen und vor Freude strahlen, und das Herz wird dir beben und weit werden. Denn der Reichtum des Meeres wird sich dir zuwenden, die Güter der Völker werden an dich gelangen.

Then you will see and you will be radiant and it will be in awe and it will be enlarged heart your for it will be turned over on you [the] abundance of [the] sea [the] wealth of nations they will come to you.

6 Die Haufen der Kamele werden dich überfluten, die jungen Kamele von Midian und Epha; sie alle werden von Saba herbeikommen. Gold und Weihrauch werden sie bringen und die Ruhmesthaten Jahwes als frohe Botschaft verkünden.

A multitude of camels it will cover you [the] young camels of Midian and Ephah all of them from Sheba they will come gold and frankincense they will carry and [the] praises of Yahweh they will bear news.

7 Alle Herden Kedars werden sich zu dir versammeln, die Widder der Nabatäer werden dir zu Diensten stehn. Als wohlgefälliges Opfer werden sie auf meinen Altar kommen, und meinen herrlichen Tempel will ich verherrlichen.

Every flock of Kedar they will gather to you [the] rams of Nebaioth they will serve you they will go up on acceptance altar my and [the] house of splendor my I will beautify.

8 Wer sind diese da, die gleich einer Wolke daherfliegen, und wie Tauben nach ihren Schlägen?

Who? [are] these like cloud they fly and like doves to openings their.

9 Denn meiner harren die Inseln, und die Tarsisschiffe segeln voran, um deine Söhne von fernher heimzubringen samt dem Silber und Golde der Völker, für den Namen Jahwes, deines Gottes, und für den Heiligen Israels, denn er verherrlicht dich.

For for me - islands they will wait and [the] ships of Tarshish [will be] at the first [place] to bring children your from a distance silver their and gold their [will be] with them to [the] name of Yahweh God your and to [the] holy [one] of Israel for he has glorified you.

10 Und Fremdlinge werden deine Mauern bauen, und ihre Könige dich bedienen; denn in meinem Grimme schlug ich dich, aber in meiner Gnade erbarme ich mich deiner.

And they will rebuild sons of foreignness walls your and kings their they will serve you for in wrath my I struck you and in favor my I have had compassion on you.

11 Und deine Thore werden bei Tage beständig offen stehen und bei Nacht nicht geschlossen werden, daß man die Güter der Völker zu dir hineinbringe unter der Führung ihrer Könige.

And they will be open gates your continually by day and night not they will be shut to bring to you [the] wealth of nations and kings their [will be] led.

12 Denn das Volk und das Reich, die dir nicht unterthan sein wollen, werden untergehen, und diese Völker werden sicherlich veröden.

For the nation and the kingdom which not they will serve you they will perish and the nations certainly they will become desolate.

13 Die Pracht des Libanon wird zu dir kommen: Cypressen, Ulmen und Buchsbäume allzumal, um meine heilige Stätte zu verherrlichen und die Stätte meiner Füße zu ehren.

[the] splendor of Lebanon to you it will come cypress elm and box tree together to beautify [the] place of sanctuary my and [the] place of feet my I will glorify.

14 Und gebückt werden zu dir kommen die Söhne derer, die dich bedrückten, und zu deinen Fußsohlen werden sich niederwerfen alle, die dich verlästerten, und sie werden dich nennen “Stadt Jahwes, Zion des Heiligen Israels”.

And they will come to you by bowing down [the] children of [those who] afflicted you and they will bow down to [the] soles of feet your all [those who] despised you and they will call you [the] city of Yahweh Zion of [the] holy [one] of Israel.

15 An Stelle davon, daß du verlassen und verhaßt warst, so daß niemand an dir vorüberzog, will ich dich zum ewigen Stolze machen, zur Wonne für Geschlecht auf Geschlecht.

In place of being you forsaken and hated and there not [was one who] passed through and I will make you an exaltation of perpetuity a joy of a generation and a generation.

16 Und du wirst die Milch der Völker saugen und an der Brust von Königen saugen, und so sollst du erkennen, daß ich, Jahwe, dein Erretter bin, und dein Erlöser der Starke Jakobs.

And you will suck [the] milk of nations and [the] breast of kings you will suck and you will know that I Yahweh [am] deliverer your and redeemer your [the] mighty one of Jacob.

17 Anstatt des Erzes will ich Gold einführen lassen und anstatt des Eisens will ich Silber einführen lassen, anstatt der Bauhölzer Erz und anstatt der Steine Eisen; und ich will zu deiner Obrigkeit den Frieden machen und zu deinem Herrn die Gerechtigkeit.

In place of the bronze I will bring gold and in place of the iron I will bring silver and in place of the wood bronze and in place of the stone iron and I will make overseer[s] your peace and taskmasters your righteousness.

18 Nicht soll man ferner von Gewaltthat in deinem Lande hören, von Verheerung und Zerstörung in deinen Grenzen, und du wirst deine Mauern “Heil” nennen und deine Thore “Ruhm”.

Not it will be heard again violence in land your devastation and destruction in territories your and you will call salvation walls your and gates your praise.

19 Nicht wird dir ferner die Sonne als Licht bei Tage dienen, noch wird dir bei Nacht der Glanz des Mondes leuchten; vielmehr wird dir Jahwe als immerwährendes Licht dienen und dein Gott zu deiner Verherrlichung.

Not it will be to you again the sun for light by day and for brightness the moon not it will shine for you and he will become to you Yahweh a light of perpetuity and God your splendor your.

20 Deine Sonne wird nicht mehr untergehen und dein Mond nicht abnehmen, denn Jahwe wird dir als immerwährendes Licht dienen, und die Tage deiner Trauer werden zu Ende sein.

Not it will go again sun your and moon your not it will be removed for Yahweh he will become of you a light of perpetuity and they will be complete [the] days of mourning your.

21 Und dein Volk wird aus lauter Gerechten bestehen; für immer werden sie das Land in Besitz nehmen: sie, der Sproß meiner Pflanzung, das Werk meiner Hände, durch das ich mich verherrliche.

And people your all of them [will be] righteous for ever they will possess [the] land [the] shoot of (planting my *QK) [the] work of hands my to glorify myself.

22 Der Kleinste wird zu einem Tausend werden und der Geringste zu einem starken Volk: Ich, Jahwe, will es zu seiner Zeit beschleunigen!

The small he will become [the] thousand and the little a nation mighty I [am] Yahweh at appropriate time its I will hasten it.
