Jesaja 49

1 Hört auf mich, ihr Inseln, und merkt auf, ihr Völkerschaften in weiter Ferne: Jahwe hat mich vom Mutterleibe an berufen, von meiner Mutter Schoße an meinen Namen im Munde geführt.

Listen O islands to me and pay attention O peoples from a distance Yahweh from [the] womb he called me from [the] inward parts of mother my he has brought to remembrance name my.

2 Und er machte meinen Mund wie ein scharfes Schwert: im Schatten seiner Hand versteckte er mich -

And he made mouth my like a sword sharp in [the] shadow of hand his he hid me and he made me an arrow polished in quiver his he concealed me.

3 Und er sprach zu mir: Mein Knecht bist du, bist Israel, an dem ich mich verherrlichen will!

And he said to me [are] servant my you Israel whom by you I will get glory for myself.

4 Ich aber wähnte: Vergeblich habe ich mich abgemüht, für nichts und nutzlos meine Kraft verbraucht; jedoch mein Recht steht bei Jahwe und mein Lohn bei meinem Gott!

And I I said to emptiness I have labored to nothingness and futility strength my I have caused to fail nevertheless justice my [is] with Yahweh and recompense my [is] with God my.

5 Nun aber spricht Jahwe, der mich vom Mutterleibe an zu seinem Knechte bildete, daß ich Jakob zu ihm zurückbrächte, und Israel für ihn gesammelt würde - und ich bin geehrt in den Augen Jahwes, und mein Gott ward meine Stärke -

And now - he says Yahweh [who] formed me from [the] womb a servant of him to bring back Jacob to him and Israel (to him *QK) it will be gathered and I may be honored in [the] eyes of Yahweh and God my he has been strength my.

6 und er sprach: dafür, daß du mir als Knecht dienst, ist's zu gering, daß du nur die Stämme Jakobs aufrichten und die aus Israel Bewahrten zurückbringen solltst; und so mache ich dich denn zum Lichte der Heiden, daß mein Heil bis ans Ende der Welt reiche!

And he said it is [too] trifling for being you of me servant to raise up [the] tribes of Jacob (and [the] preserved [ones] of *QK) Israel to bring back and I will make you a light of [the] nations to be salvation my to [the] end of the earth.

7 So spricht Jahwe, der Erlöser Israels, sein Heiliger, zu dem, der von jedermann verachtet, der von den Leuten verabscheut wird, zu dem Sklaven von Tyrannen: Könige sollen es sehen und voller Ehrfurcht aufstehen -, Fürsten, und sollen niederfallen, um Jahwes willen, der da treu ist, um des Heiligen Israels willen, der dich erwählte!

Thus he says Yahweh [the] redeemer of Israel holy [one] its to despise life to [one who] abhors a nation to a servant of rulers kings they will see and they will stand up princes so they may bow down on account of Yahweh who [is] faithful [the] holy [one] of Israel and he has chosen you.

8 So spricht Jahwe: Zur Zeit des Wohlgefallens erhöre ich dich und am Tage des Heils helfe ich dir! Und ich will dich behüten und dich zum Vertreter des Volksbundes machen, um das Land aufzurichten, um die verwüsteten Erbstücke zum Besitze anzuweisen,

Thus - he says Yahweh in a time of favor I will answer you and on a day of salvation I will help you and I will watch over you and I will make you a covenant of [the] people to raise up [the] land to give as inheritance inheritances desolate.

9 um den Gefangenen zu sagen: Geht heraus! und denen in der Finsternis: Kommt ans Licht! An den Wegen werden sie weiden und selbst auf allen kahlen Höhen ihre Weide haben.

To say to [the] prisoners come out to [those] who [are] in darkness reveal yourselves on roads they will graze and [will be] on all bare heights pasture their.

10 Sie werden nicht hungern, noch dürsten, noch wird sie Kimmung und Sonnenstich treffen; denn ihr Erbarmer wird sie führen und an Wasserquellen behutsam geleiten.

Not they will be hungry and not they will be thirsty and not it will strike them burning heat and sun for [one who] has compassion on them he will guide them and to springs of water he will lead them.

11 Und ich will alle meine Berge zu Weg machen, und meine Straßen wollen wohl aufgeschüttet sein.

And I will make all mountains my into road and highways my they will be lifted up!

12 Da werden dann diese von fern her kommen, und diese von Norden und Westen, und jene vom Lande der Siniter.

Here! these from a distance they will come and here! these from [the] north and from [the] west and these from [the] land of Sinim.

13 Juble, o Himmel, und frohlocke, o Erde; und brecht aus, ihr Berge, in Jubelgeschrei! Denn Jahwe tröstet sein Volk und seiner Elenden erbarmt er sich!

Shout for joy O heaven and be glad O earth (and break forth *QK) O mountains a shout of joy for he has comforted Yahweh people his and afflicted [people] his he has compassion on.

14 Zion aber sprach: Jahwe hat mich verlassen, und der Herr hat meiner vergessen! -

And it said Zion he has forsaken me Yahweh and [the] Lord he has forgotten me.

15 Vergißt wohl ein Weib ihres Säuglings, daß sie sich nicht erbarmen sollte über den Sohn ihres Leibes? Aber mögen sie auch ihrer Kinder vergessen, so will doch ich deiner nicht vergessen!

¿ Will she forget a woman sucking child her from having compassion on [the] child of womb her also these they will forget and I not I will forget you.

16 Sieh, auf meine Hände habe ich dich gezeichnet: deine Mauern sind mir immerdar vor Augen!

Here! on palms of hands I have inscribed you walls your [are] before me continually.

17 Schon sind deine Söhne herbeigeeilt; deine Zerstörer und deine Verwüster verlassen dich.

They have made haste children your [those who] tear down you and [those who] make desolate you from you they will go out.

18 Erhebe ringsum deine Augen und schaue! Schon haben sie sich alle versammelt, sind zu dir gekommen! So wahr ich lebe! ist der Spruch Jahwes, sie alle sollst du wie einen Schmuck dir anlegen und sie dir umgürten wie eine Braut.

Lift up all around eyes your and see all of them they have gathered together they have come to you [by] [the] life of me [the] utterance of Yahweh that all of them like ornament[s] you will put on and you will tie on them like bride.

19 Denn deine Ruinen und deine Trümmerstätten und dein zerstörtes Land - ja nun wirst du zu eng sein für alle Bewohner, und fern werden sein deine Verderber.

For waste places your and desolate [places] your and [the] land of destruction your for now you will be [too] cramped for [the] inhabitant[s] and they will be far away [those who] swallowed up you.

20 Noch werden vor deinen Ohren sagen die Söhne aus der Zeit deiner Kinderlosigkeit: Der Raum ist mir zu eng, mache mir Platz, daß ich wohnen kann!

Yet they will say in ears your [the] children of bereavement your it is cramped for me the place draw near! for me so let me dwell.

21 Da wirst du dann bei dir denken: Wer hat mir diese da geboren? - ich war ja kinderlos und unfruchtbar, verbannt und verstoßen! Diese also - wer hat sie groß gezogen? - ich war ja allein übrig geblieben: was ist's mit diesen?

And you will say in heart your who? did he father for me these [children] and I [was] bereaved and barren gone into exile - and thrust away and these [children] who? did he bring up here! I I remained to alone me these [children] where? [are] they.

22 So spricht der Herr, Jahwe: Fürwahr, ich will nach den Heiden hin meine Hand erheben und nach den Völkern zu mein Panier aufstecken, daß sie deine Söhne im Busen herbeibringen, und deine Töchter auf der Schulter hergetragen werden.

Thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh here! I will lift up to [the] nations hand my and to peoples I will raise standard my and they will bring sons your in a bosom and daughters your on a shoulder they will be carried.

23 Und Könige sollen deine Wärter sein und ihre fürstlichen Gemahlinnen deine Ammen; mit dem Angesichte zur Erde niederfallend sollen sie dir huldigen und den Staub deiner Füße lecken, und du sollst erfahren, daß ich Jahwe bin, der ich nicht zu Schanden werden lasse, die auf mich harren! Denn so spricht Jahwe:

And they will be kings foster-fathers your and princesses their wet nurses your faces ground they will bow down to you and [the] dust of feet your they will lick up and you will know that I [am] Yahweh whom not they will be ashamed [those who] wait for me.

24 Kann man etwa einem Starken seine Beute abnehmen, oder können die Gefangenen eines Gewaltigen entwischen?

¿ Will it be taken from a warrior booty and or? [the] captive[s] of [the] righteous will it escape.

25 Mag man immerhin einem Starken die Gefangenen abnehmen, und mag die Beute eines Gewaltigen entwischen! Aber mit dem, der mit dir streitet, will ich streiten und deine Kinder will ich erretten!

For thus - he says Yahweh also a captive of a warrior he will be taken and [the] booty of a ruthless [person] it will be delivered and opponent your I I will oppose and children your I I will save.

26 Und ich will deinen Bedrückern ihr eigenes Fleisch zu essen geben, und wie an Most sollen sie sich an ihrem eigenen Blute berauschen; und so soll alles Fleisch erkennen, daß ich, Jahwe, dein Erretter bin, und dein Erlöser der Starke Jakobs!

And I will cause to eat [those who] maltreat you own flesh their and like sweet wine own blood their they will become drunk! and they will know all flesh that I [am] Yahweh deliverer your and redeemer your [the] mighty one of Jacob.
