1 Chronik 26
1 Bei den Torhüterabteilungen war von den Korachiten Meselemjahu, Kores Sohn von den Asaphsöhnen.
To the courses of the door-keepers, pertained, —of the Korahites, Meshelemiah son of Kore, of the sons of Asaph;
2 Und Meselemjahus Söhne sind Zakarja, der Erstgeborene, Iediael, der zweite, Zabadjahu, der dritte, Jatmiel, der vierte,
and, Meshelemiah, had sons, —Zechariah the firstborn, Jediael the second, Zebadiah the third, Jathniel the fourth;
3 Elam, der fünfte, Jochanan, der sechste, Eljoënai, der siebte.
Elam the fifth, Jehohanan the sixth, Eliehoenai the seventh.
4 Auch Obededom hatte Söhne: Semaja, den Erstgeborenen, Jozabad, den zweiten, Joach, den dritten, Sakar, den vierten, Netanel, den fünften,
And, Obed-edom, had sons, —Shemaiah the firstborn, Jehozabad the second, Josh the third, and Sacar the fourth, and Nethanel the fifth;
5 Ammiel, den sechsten, Issakar, den siebten, und Pëulletai, den achten. Denn ihn hatte Gott gesegnet.
Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, Peullethai, the eighth, —for God had blessed him.
6 Auch seinem Sohne Semaja waren Söhne geboren worden, die in ihrer Familie Führer waren. Denn sie waren tapfere Männer.
And, to Shemaiah his son, were born sons, who bare rule to their ancestral house, —for, heroes of valour, were they.
7 Semajas Söhne waren Otnai und Rephael, Obed, Elzabad, Elihu und Semakjahu, seine Brüder, tüchtige Leute.
the sons of Shemaiah, were Othni and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad, whose brethren were sons of valour, —Elihu, and Semachiah.
8 Diese alle stammen von Obededoms Söhnen ab, sie, ihre Söhne und Brüder, tüchtige Leute, zum Dienste wohlbefähigt, zweiundsechzig von Obededom.
All these, were of the sons of Obed-edom, they and their sons and their brethren, able men in strength for the service, —sixty-two, pertaining to Obed-edom.
9 Auch Meselemja hatte achtzehn Söhne und Brüder, tüchtige Leute.
And, Meshelemiah, had sons, and brethren, sons of valour, eighteen.
10 Chosas Söhne, die zu Meraris Söhnen gehörten, waren: das Oberhaupt Simri. Denn kein Erstgeborener war mehr dagewesen, und so machte ihn sein Vater zum Oberhaupt.
And, Hosah of the sons of Merari, had sons, —Shimri the chief, for though he was not the firstborn, yet his father, made him, chief.
11 Chilkiahu war der zweite, Tebaljahu der dritte und Zakarjahu der vierte. Chosas Söhne und Brüder waren insgesamt dreizehn.
Hilkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, Zechariah the fourth, —all the sons and brethren of Hosah, were thirteen.
12 Diesen Abteilungen der Torhüter, und zwar den Sippenhäuptern, fielen ebenso wie ihren Brüdern die amtlichen Dienstleistungen am Hause des Herrn zu.
To these, belonged the courses of door-keepers, to the chiefs of the strong men, belonged charges, equally with their brethren, —to be in attendance in the house of Yahweh.
13 Man warf das Los für die einzelnen Tore nach Familien, für die Jüngeren wie für die Älteren.
Yea they cast lots, as the small so the great, by their ancestral house, for every several gate.
14 Da fiel das Los nach Osten auf Selemjahu. Auch für seinen Sohn Zakarjahu, einen klugen Ratgeber, warf man das Los, und das Los fiel für ihn nach Norden,
And the lot eastward fell to Shelemiah. And, for Zechariah his son, a discreet counsellor, they cast lots, and his lot came out, northward.
15 für Obededom nach Süden und für seine Söhne auf das Vorratshaus,
To Obed-edom, southward, —and, to his sons, the storehouse.
16 für Suppim und für Chosa nach Westen samt dem Ausgangstor an der aufsteigenden Straße, ein Wachtposten neben dem anderen.
To Shuppim and to Hosah, westward, near the refuse-gate, in the causeway that goeth up, —one ward as well as another.
17 Nach Osten zu waren es sechs Leviten, nach Norden zu täglich vier, nach Süden täglich vier, am Vorratshause je zwei,
Eastward—daily, were six, —northward—daily, four, southward—daily, four, and, for the stores, two and two.
18 am Festungsturme nach Westen vier für die Straße und zwei für den Festungsturm.
For the precinct—westward, four, at the causeway, two—by the precinct.
19 Dies sind die Abteilungen der Torhüter von den Söhnen des Korachiten und von den Merarisöhnen.
These, were the courses of the door-keepers, of the sons of the Korahites, and of the sons of Merari.
20 Ihre Brüder aber, die Leviten, beaufsichtigten die Vorräte des Gotteshauses und die heiligen Gaben.
And, the Levites, their brethren, were over the treasuries of the house of God, even to the treasuries of hallowed things.
21 Ladans Söhne, die Söhne des Gersoniten Ladan, die Familienhäupter Ladans, des Gersoniters, die Jechieliter,
The sons of Ladan—the sons of the Gershonites belonging to Ladan—the ancestral chiefs belonging to Ladan the Gershonite, were Jehieli;
22 die Söhne der Jechieliter, Zetam und sein Bruder Joel, beaufsichtigten die Vorräte im Hause des Herrn.
the sons of Jehieli, Zetham and Joel his brother who were over the treasuries of the house of Yahweh.
23 Bei den Amramiten, Ishariten, Chebroniten und Ozzieliten
Then came certain of the Amramites, of the Izharites, of the Hebronites, of the Uzzielites.
24 war Sebuel, Gersoms Sohn und Mosis Enkel, Oberaufseher über die Vorräte.
And, Shebuel, son of Gershom, son of Moses, was chief ruler over the treasuries.
25 Bei seinen Brüdern von Eliezer her war sein Sohn Rechabjahu, dessen Sohn Jesajahu, dessen Sohn Joram, dessen Sohn Zikri und dessen Sohn Selomit.
And, his brethren pertaining to Eliezer, were Rehabiah his son, and Jeshaiah his son, and Joram his son, and Zichri his son, and Shelomoth his son.
26 Dieser Selomit und seine Brüder beaufsichtigten alle Vorräte an heiligen Gaben, die König David und die Familienhäupter der Anführer von Tausend- und Hundertschaften sowie die Heerführer geweiht hatten.
The same Shelomoth and his brethren, were over all the treasuries of the hallowed things, which David the king and the ancestral chiefs, with the captains of thousands and hundreds and the captains of the army, had hallowed:
27 Sie hatten sie aus den Kriegen und aus der Beute geweiht, um des Herrn Haus sicherzustellen.
out of the battles and out of the spoil, had they hallowed [them], —to strengthen [the provision] for the house of Yahweh.
28 Auch alles, was der Seher Samuel, Saul, des Kis Sohn, Abner, Ners Sohn, und Serujas Sohn Joab geweiht hatten, alles Geweihte stand unter Selomits und seiner Brüder Aufsicht.
And, all that Samuel the seer, and Saul son of Kish, and Abner son of Ner, and Joab son of Zeruiah, had hallowed, whosoever had hallowed anything, it was under the direction of Shelomoth, and his brethren.
29 Von den Ishariten waren Kenanjahu und seine Söhne für die Geschäfte draußen in Israel als Amtsleute und Richter bestimmt.
Of the Izharites, Chenaniah and his sons, were for the outward business over Israel, —as officers, and as judges.
30 Von den Chebroniten standen Chasabjahu und seine Brüder, 1.700 tüchtige Leute, der Verwaltung Israels westlich vom Jordan vor in allen Sachen des Herrn und im Dienste des Königs.
Of the Hebronites, Hashabiah and his brethren, sons of valour, one thousand seven hundred, had the oversight of Israel, across the Jordan westward, —for all the business of Yahweh, and for the service of the king.
31 Zu den Chebroniten gehörte Jeria, das Oberhaupt der Chebroniter nach ihren Sippen und Familien. Im vierzigsten Regierungsjahre Davids waren sie aufgesucht worden, und unter ihnen waren zu Jazer in Gilead tüchtige Leute.
Of the Hebronites, Jerijah, was chief, [he was] of the Hebronites by his generations, by his fathers, —in the fortieth year of the reign of David, were they sought out, and there were found among them heroes of valour, in Jazer of Gilead;
32 Seine Brüder, tüchtige Leute, 2.700 Familienhäupter, setzte König David über die Rubeniten, Gaditen und den Halbstamm Manasse in allen Sachen Gottes und des Königs.
and, his brethren that were heroes of valour, were two thousand and seven hundred, ancestral chiefs, —so David the king gave them oversight, over the Reubenites and the Gadites and the half tribe of Manassites, in all the affairs of God, and the affairs of the king.
