< Hebrews 12 >

1 Therefore let’s also, seeing we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, lay aside every weight and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let’s run with perseverance the race that is set before us,
Ku lulo, ku nsoko kupilimikiigwe ni ilunde ikulu nila ahuiili, ni kugume kila ikintu ni kikuhumiiye palung'wi ni milandu nai iza ikugilinkiiye ku upepeele. Kukue i ntambo ku usumbiilyo mu wikilyi nai uikilwe ntongeela itu.
2 looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Kumatunje i miho itu kung'wa Yesu, ni mandiilyi hangi munya kukondeelya u uhuiili nuitu, na iza ku nsoko a ulowa nu uikilwe ntongeela akwe ai uugimiiye ikonta nila mpaga, waze umeile i minyala akwe, hangi wakikie pihi a mukono nua kigoha nua ituntu ni likulyo nilang'wa Itunda.
3 For consider him who has endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, that you don’t grow weary, fainting in your souls.
Ndogoelyo musigiili nuanso nai ugimilye i makani i ikuo kupuma ku anya milandu, kungwaakwe mukola iti kina muleke kukatala ang'wi kusha kisha mukanka inkolo nianyu.
4 You have not yet resisted to blood, striving against sin.
Mukili kunyomeka ang'wi kagisha muzikilya nu mulandu ngele a kuuilwa i sakami.
5 You have forgotten the exhortation which reasons with you as with children, “My son, don’t take lightly the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when you are reproved by him;
Hangi miilwe uko kukinyilwa i nkolo naiza imutungilye anga ana a kigoha; “Ng'waane, leka kumahola ku upepeele i masukiilo a Mukulu, ang'wi muleke kuhung'wa ukata ni mukuhuguligwa nu ng'wenso.”
6 for whom the Lord loves, he disciplines, and chastises every son whom he receives.”
Ku nsoko uMukulu wimusushaa wihi nai iza umuloilwe, nu kumupisiilya kila u ng'wana nai iza wimusingiilya.
7 It is for discipline that you endure. God deals with you as with children, for what son is there whom his father doesn’t discipline?
Gigimiilya i mageng'wa anga kusukilwa. Itunda witumilwa nu nyenye anga nuitumilwaa ni ana, ndogoelyo ingi ng'wana nu uli nai iza u tata nuakwe shanga uhumile kumususha?
8 But if you are without discipline, of which all have been made partakers, then you are illegitimate, and not children.
Kuiti anga ize kutili kusukigwa, kai iza usese kihi kuhanguie, iti gwa unyenye ingi mia kibudu hangi shanga ana akwe.
9 Furthermore, we had the fathers of our flesh to chasten us, and we paid them respect. Shall we not much rather be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live?
Ikilo nila yihi, ai kukete i a tata itu nia kinyihi nai aku ususha, hangi ai kuakuiye. Itii shanga ikutakile ga ni ikilo kumukulya uTata nua kinkolo nu kikie?
10 For they indeed for a few days disciplined us as seemed good to them, but he for our profit, that we may be partakers of his holiness.
Ku kulu kuulu atata itu ai akupisiiye ku myaka misheenyu anga nai yigeelekile iziza kitalao, kuiti Itunda shanga wikupisiilya ku nsailo itu iti kihanguile u welu nuakwe.
11 All chastening seems for the present to be not joyous but grievous; yet afterward it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.
Kutili upisiiligwa nu uloeeye ku itungo nilanso. Witulaa nu uwai. Ga ni iti, panyambele witugaa nkali nia ulyuuku nua elu a nkolo ku awo nai amanyisigwe ni menso.
12 Therefore lift up the hands that hang down and the feeble knees,
Ku lulo nyansuli i mikono anyu ni itoile nu kutenda i malu anyu ni imbyoto kutula akete ingulu hangi;
13 and make straight paths for your feet, so what is lame may not be dislocated, but rather be healed.
gooli u ukiilo nua upambatilyo nuanyu, iti kina wihi nuaile mulema shanga ukutongwa mu ulimili kuiti walije kugunika.
14 Follow after peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no man will see the Lord,
Dumiili u ulyuuku ni antu ihi, ga nu welu nai anga ize shanga wuwo kutili nuikamihenga uMukulu.
15 looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God, lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you and many be defiled by it,
Mutule miakendegeeli iti kina waleke kutula ukoli nuikabagulwa kuli nu ukende nuang'wa Itunda, ni kina lileke kupembya itina ila uwai nilikategeta nu kusasha u lwago nu kupiula idu.
16 lest there be any sexually immoral person or profane person, like Esau, who sold his birthright for one meal.
Ihengi kina kutili u ugoolya ang'wi muntu nishanga ng'welu anga u Esau, nai iza ku nsoko a ulyi ung'wi ai uguiye itai akwe na utuugwa.
17 For you know that even when he afterward desired to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no place for a change of mind though he sought it diligently with tears.
Ku nsoko mulingile kina panyambele, nai uhumilwe i nsula a kusala u ukende, ai uhitilwe, ku nsoko shanga ai uligilye i lyoma nila kila itunu palung'wi nu tata nuakwe, ga ni iti ai udumila nangaluu ku liholi.
18 For you have not come to a mountain that might be touched and that burned with fire, and to blackness, darkness, storm,
Ku nsoko shanga ai muzile mu lugulu naza uhumile ku kumpigwa, Lugulu nu wakie u moto, kiti, kihumya ukata nu kimpupu.
19 the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which those who heard it begged that not one more word should be spoken to them,
Shanga ai mupembilye ku nduli nia akinembu, ang'wi ku makani napembeeye mu nduli nai iza isakilye kila niigulye aleke kulompa kihi kuligitigwa ni enso kitalao.
20 for they could not stand that which was commanded, “If even an animal touches the mountain, it shall be stoned”.
Ku nsoko shanga ai ahumile kugimya iko nai kilamuwe; “Anga itule ga ni kikali ni kikumpya u lugulu kikuwe ku magwe.'
21 So fearful was the appearance that Moses said, “I am terrified and trembling.”
Nika kitumba ikilo nai wihengile uMusa ai uligitilye, “Nitumbaa nangaluu ngele a kukagata.”
22 But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to innumerable multitudes of angels,
Badala akwe, muzile mulugulu nula Sayuni nu mu kisali ni kang'wi Itunda ni mupanga, Yerusalemu na kilunde, nu ku a malaika magana a nzogu ikumi nia kuina.
23 to the festal gathering and assembly of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect,
Muzile mu milundo nua atugwaa ang'wandyo ihi nai asagiie kilunde, kung'wa Itunda ni mulamuli nua ihi, nu ku nkolo nia elu naza akondaniiligwa.
24 to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better than that of Abel.
Muzile kung'wa Yesu ni muhungi nu ilago niziila, nu kusakami nai iminzilwe nai iza iganulwa iziza ikilo kukila i sakami ang'wa Habili.
25 See that you don’t refuse him who speaks. For if they didn’t escape when they refused him who warned on the earth, how much more will we not escape who turn away from him who warns from heaven,
Goza kina uleke kumuhita ung'wi nai iza wiligitya. Ku nsoko anga ize shanga ahugile nai amuhugile ung'wi nai uahugue mi ihi, ku kulu kuulu shanga ku uhuga anga itule kupiluka kuli kupuma kung'wa uyo nui kuhugula kupuma kilunde.
26 whose voice shook the earth then, but now he has promised, saying, “Yet once more I will shake not only the earth, but also the heavens.”
Ku itungo nilanso u luli nulakwe ai ligigwe mihi. Kuiti itungili ulagile nu kutambula, “Ikili nkua ingiiza hangi shanga kuhingisa ihi ing'wene duu, ila ni ilunde ga.”
27 This phrase, “Yet once more” signifies the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that have been made, that those things which are not shaken may remain.
Makani aya, “Nkua ing'wi hangi,” ikulagiila kulimiligwa ku intu izo ni ikagatigwa, izi ingi, intu izo nai iza iumbilwe, iti kina intu izo nishanga i kagatigwa isagiile.
28 Therefore, receiving a Kingdom that can’t be shaken, let’s have grace, through which we serve God acceptably, with reverence and awe,
Ku lulo, kusingiilye u utemi naiza shanga wikagatigwa, kiloeelye mu hali a kumukulya Itunda ku kumugomba palung'wi nu kutuna pihi mu ikulyo.
29 for our God is a consuming fire.
Ku ndogoelyo Itunda nuitu ingi moto nuiliza.
