< Titus 3 >

1 Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work,
Ngam uk te le thunei te thu nit tu le, nasep pha peuma seam tu kinging sa in om a,
2 To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, showing all meekness to all men.
Ngual sonsia ngawl, ngual taw thu ki nial in buai ngawl tu, thinsau le ngual theampo tung ah nunneam na kilangsak tu in phawksak kik in.
3 For we ourselves also were once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.
Banghangziam cile eite tatak zong nidang lai in a mawmaw, thu ni ngawl, theamna thuak, cilesa deina le lungkimna a tatuam te a seam te, ngualdang tung ah deisakna pha ngawl le hazatna nei te, a ngaimawk huai le khat le khat a ki ensan te i hihi.
4 But when the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,
Ahihang tua zawkciang in eite hong ngum Pathian i phatna le itna sia mihing tung ah kilang a,
5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Spirit;
I sep na sa thutang suana nasep te hang hi ngawl in, Ama hesuakna bang in hong suathaksak na taw sil thiangtho na le Tha Thiangtho i thaksua na taw hong tan hi;
6 Whom he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;
Eite hong tan Jesus Christ tungtawn in tua Tha Thiangtho sia i tung ah a dimlet in hong buaksuk hi;
7 That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
I lamet tawntung nuntakna bangma in, ngamhlua te i hi thei natu in, Ama thuthiamna tungtawn in thutang hong suaksak hi. (aiōnios g166)
8 This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they who have believed in God may be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable to men.
Hi thu sia a thuman kammal a hihi, Pathian a um te in nasep pha te a seam tawntung tu in kidawm tahen, ci thu te sia a tawntung thupitak in na hil tu ka dei hi. Hi thu te sia mihing te atu in pha a, phatuam hi.
9 But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.
Ahihang a mawmawt huai thudokna te le pu le pa khang thu te, ki hau na te, thukham hang in ki nial nate pial in; banghangziam cile hi te sia phattuamna nei ngawl a luithathong a hihi.
10 A man that is an heretic after the first and second admonition reject;
Pawl a khen mihing khat sia a khatvei na le a ni vei na thu na hil zawkciang in sang nawn heak in;
11 Knowing that he who is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned by himself.
Tua pa sia ama le ama mawsiat thuak tu in mawna vawt a, paikhial hi, ci na he hi.
12 When I shall send Artemas to thee, or Tychicus, be diligent to come to me to Nicopolis: for I have determined there to winter.
Artemas a hibale Tychicus, na kung ah kong paisak ciang in, keima kung Nicopolis ah pai tu in hong hanciam tan; banghangziam cile tua mun ah phalbi sung om tu in ka khensat hi.
13 Bring Zenas the lawyer and Apollos on their journey diligently, that nothing may be wanting to them.
Sitnipa Zenas le Apollos te sia amate khualhaw na mun ah hanciam in hawpui in a, amate tung ah bangma kisapna omsak heak in.
14 And let ours also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they may not be unfruitful.
Taciang i mihing te zong nga nei ngawl te a hi ngawl natu le a kisam na mun ah zak tu in nasep pha te tatsat ngawl in sin ta hen.
15 All that are with me greet thee. Greet them that love us in the faith. Grace be with you all. Amen. It was written to Titus, ordained the first bishop of the church of the Cretians, from Nicopolis of Macedonia.
Ka kung a om te theampo in hong paupui hi. Upna sung ah hong itte paupui in. Note theampo tung ah thuthiamna hong om tahen. Amen.
