Numbers 9

1 And the LORD spoke to Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the first month of the second year after they had come out of the land of Egypt, saying,

És szólt az Örökkévaló Mózeshez Szináj pusztájában, a második évben, miután kivonultak Egyiptom országából, az első hónapban, mondván:

2 Let the children of Israel also keep the passover at its appointed season.

Készítsék el Izrael fiai a peszách áldozatot a maga idejében.

3 In the fourteenth day of this month, at evening, ye shall keep it in its appointed season: according to all its rites, and according to all its ceremonies, shall ye keep it.

A tizennegyedik napon e hónapban, estefelé készítsétek el azt a maga idejében, minden rendeletei szerint készítsétek el azt

4 And Moses spoke to the children of Israel, that they should keep the passover.

És szólt Mózes Izrael fiaihoz, hogy készítsék el a peszácháldozatot.

5 And they kept the passover on the fourteenth day of the first month at evening in the wilderness of Sinai: according to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so did the children of Israel.

És elkészítették a peszácháldozatot az első hónapban, tizennegyedik napján a hónapnak, estefelé, Szináj pusztájában; mind aszerint, amint parancsolta az Örökkévaló Mózesnek, úgy cselekedtek Izrael fiai.

6 And there were certain men, who were defiled by the dead body of a man, that they could not keep the passover on that day: and they came before Moses and before Aaron on that day:

De voltak férfiak, kik tisztátalanok voltak emberi holttest által és nem készíthették el a peszácháldozatot azon a napon; azért odaléptek Mózes elé és Áron elé azon a napon,

7 And those men said to him, We are defiled by the dead body of a man: why are we kept back, that we may not offer an offering of the LORD in its appointed season among the children of Israel?

és mondták neki azok a férfiak: Mi tisztátalanok vagyunk emberi holttest által, miért vonassék meg tőlünk, hogy bemutassuk az Örökkévaló áldozatát a maga idejében, Izrael fiai között?

8 And Moses said to them, Stand still, and I will hear what the LORD will command concerning you.

És mondta nekik Mózes: Álljatok itt, hadd halljam, mit parancsol az Örökkévaló felőletek.

9 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

És szólt az Örökkévaló Mózeshez, mondván:

10 Speak to the children of Israel, saying, If any man of you or of your posterity shall be unclean by reason of a dead body, or be in a journey afar off, yet he shall keep the passover to the LORD.

Szólj Izrael fiaihoz, mondván: Bárki, ha tisztátalan lesz holttest által, vagy messze úton lesz, nálatok vagy nemzedékeiteknél, és készítene peszácháldozatot az Örökkévalónak,

11 The fourteenth day of the second month at evening they shall keep it, and eat it with unleavened bread and bitter herbs.

a második hónapban, a tizennegyedik napon, estefelé készítsék el azt; kovásztalan kenyérrel és keserű füvekkel egyék azt meg;

12 They shall leave none of it to the morning, nor break any bone of it: according to all the ordinances of the passover they shall keep it.

ne hagyjanak belőle reggelig és csontot ne törjenek össze benne, a peszacháldozat minden törvénye szerint készítsék el azt.

13 But the man that is clean, and is not in a journey, and forbeareth to keep the passover, even the same soul shall be cut off from among his people: because he brought not the offering of the LORD in its appointed season, that man shall bear his sin.

A férfiú pedig, aki tiszta és úton nem volt és elmulasztja elkészíteni a peszácháldozatot, irtassék ki az a személy az ő népe közül; mert az Örökkévaló áldozatát nem mutatta be a maga idejében, vétkét viselje az a férfiú.

14 And if a stranger shall sojourn among you, and will keep the passover to the LORD; according to the ordinance of the passover, and according to the manner of it, so shall he do: ye shall have one ordinance, both for the stranger, and for him that was born in the land.

Ha pedig tartózkodik nálad idegen és készít peszácháldozatot az Örökkévalónak, amilyen a peszácháldozat törvénye és rendelete, aszerint készítse el; egy törvény legyen számotokra, meg az idegen és az ország szülötte számára.

15 And on the day that the tabernacle was erected the cloud covered the tabernacle, namely, the tent of the testimony: and at evening there was upon the tabernacle as it were the appearance of fire, until the morning.

Amely napon fölállították a hajlékot, befedte a felhő a bizonyság sátrának hajlékát; este pedig volt a hajlékon tűzlátvány reggelig.

16 So it was always: the cloud covered it by day, and the appearance of fire by night.

Így volt mindig, a felhő befedi és tűzlátvány éjjel.

17 And when the cloud was taken up from the tabernacle, then after that the children of Israel journeyed: and in the place where the cloud abode, there the children of Israel pitched their tents.

És aszerint, amint felszállt a felhő a sátorról, akkor azután elvonultak Izrael fiai; és azon a helyen, ahol maradt a felhő, ott táboroztak Izrael fiai.

18 At the commandment of the LORD the children of Israel journeyed, and at the commandment of the LORD they encamped: as long as the cloud abode upon the tabernacle they rested in their tents.

Az Örökkévaló parancsára vonultak Izrael fiai és az Örökkévaló parancsára táboroztak; mindaz idő alatt, amíg maradt a felhő a hajlékon, táboroztak.

19 And when the cloud tarried long upon the tabernacle many days, then the children of Israel kept the charge of the LORD, and journeyed not.

Midőn pedig időzött a felhő a hajlékon, hosszú ideig megőrizték Izrael fiai az Örökkévaló őrizetét és nem vonultak el.

20 And so it was, when the cloud was a few days upon the tabernacle; according to the commandment of the LORD they abode in their tents, and according to the commandment of the LORD they journeyed.

És megtörtént, hogy a felhő néhány napig volt a hajlékon, az Örökkévaló parancsa szerint táboroztak és az Örökkévaló parancsa szerint vonultak.

21 And so it was, when the cloud abode from evening to the morning, and that the cloud was taken up in the morning, then they journeyed: whether it was by day or by night that the cloud was taken up, they journeyed.

És megtörtént, hogy a felhő estétől reggelig volt ott, mikor reggel felszállt a felhő, akkor elvonultak; vagy egy nap és egy éjjel, mikor felszállt a felhő, akkor elvonultak;

22 Or whether it was two days, or a month, or a year, that the cloud tarried upon the tabernacle, remaining above it, the children of Israel abode in their tents, and journeyed not: but when it was taken up, they journeyed.

vagy két napig, vagy egy hónapig, vagy egy évig, mikor időzött a felhő a hajlékon, hogy maradjon felette, táboroztak Izrael fiai és nem vonultak, mikor pedig felszállt, elvonultak.

23 At the commandment of the LORD they rested in the tents, and at the commandment of the LORD they journeyed: they kept the charge of the LORD, at the commandment of the LORD by the hand of Moses.

Az Örökkévaló parancsa szerint táboroztak és az Örökkévaló parancsa szerint vonultak; az Örökkévaló őrizetét megőrizték, az Örökkévaló parancsára Mózes által.
