2 Samuel 7
1 It happened that after the king had settled in his house, and after Yahweh had given him rest from all his surrounding enemies,
১পাছত ৰজাই যেতিয়া নিজৰ গৃহত বাস কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে আৰু যিহোৱাই চাৰিওফালে থকা সকলো শত্ৰুৰ পৰা ৰজাক বিশ্ৰাম দিলে,
2 the king said to Nathan the prophet, “Look, I am living in a house of cedar, but the ark of God is staying in the middle of a tent.”
২তেতিয়া ৰজাই নাথন ভাববাদীক ক’লে, “এতিয়া চাওঁক, মই এৰচ কাঠেৰে সজা গৃহত বাস কৰি আছোঁ; কিন্তু ঈশ্বৰৰ নিয়ম-চন্দুকটি তম্বুৰ মাজ-মজিয়াতেই আছে।”
3 Then Nathan said to the king, “Go, do what is in your heart, for Yahweh is with you.”
৩তেতিয়া নাথনে ৰজাক ক’লে, “ভাল, আপোনাৰ মনত যি আছে তাকে কৰক; কিয়নো যিহোৱা আপোনাৰ লগত আছে।”
4 But that same night the word of Yahweh came to Nathan, saying,
৪পাছত নাথনলৈ সেই ৰাতিয়েই যিহোৱাৰ বাক্য আহিল,
5 “Go and tell David my servant, 'This is what Yahweh says: Will you build me a house in which to live?
৫বোলে, “যোৱা আৰু তুমি গৈ মোৰ দাস দায়ূদক কোৱা, ‘যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছে: বোলে, তুমিয়েই জানো মোৰ বসতি গৃহ নিৰ্ম্মাণ নকৰিবা?
6 For I have not lived in a house from the day that I brought up the people of Israel out of Egypt until this present day; instead, I have been moving about in a tent, a tabernacle.
৬কিয়নো মই ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তান সকলক মিচৰ দেশৰ পৰা উলিয়াই অনা দিনৰে পৰা আজিলৈকে কোনো গৃহত বাস কৰা নাই; কেৱল মোৰ আবাস যি তম্বু, তাত থাকিহে ভ্ৰমণ কৰি আছোঁ।
7 In all places where I have moved among all the people of Israel, did I ever say anything to any of Israel's leaders whom I appointed to shepherd my people Israel, saying, “Why have you not built me a house of cedar?”'”
৭গোটেই ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তান সকলৰ মাজত মই অহা-যোৱা কৰা কোনো এক ঠাইত, মই যিজনক মোৰ প্ৰজা ইস্ৰায়েল লোকসকলক প্ৰতি পালন কৰিবলৈ ভাৰ দিছিলোঁ, ইস্ৰায়েলৰ এনে কোনো ফৈদক জানো কেতিয়াবা এই কথা কৈছিলোঁ যে, “তোমালোকে কিয় মোৰ কাৰণে এৰচ কাঠৰ গৃহ নিৰ্ম্মাণ নকৰা’?”
8 Now then, tell my servant David, “This is what Yahweh of hosts says: 'I took you from the pasture, from following the sheep, so that you would be ruler over my people Israel.
৮এই হেতুকে এতিয়া, তুমি মোৰ দাস দায়ূদক কোৱা, “বাহিনীসকলৰ যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছে: ‘মোৰ প্ৰজা ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তান সকলৰ ওপৰত অধিপতি হ’বলৈ মই তোমাক মেৰৰ চৰণী ঠাইৰ পৰা আৰু জাকৰ পাছে পাছে যোৱাৰ পৰা গ্ৰহণ কৰিলোঁ;
9 I have been with you wherever you went. I have cut off all your enemies from before you. Now I will make your name great, like the names of the great ones of the earth.
৯আৰু তুমি যি যি ঠাইলৈ গৈছিলা, সেই সকলোতে মই তোমাৰ সঙ্গী হৈ তোমাৰ সন্মুখৰ পৰা তোমাৰ আটাই শত্ৰুসকলক উচ্ছন্ন কৰিলোঁ৷ পৃথিৱীত থকা মহৎ লোকৰ নামৰ দৰে তোমাৰো নাম মহৎ কৰিম।
10 I will appoint a place for my people Israel and will plant them there, so that they may live in their own place and be troubled no more. No longer will wicked people oppress them, as they did before,
১০আৰু মই নিজ প্ৰজা ইস্ৰায়েলৰ কাৰণে এটা ঠাই নিশ্চয় কৰি তেওঁলোকক ৰোপণ কৰিম; তাতে তেওঁলোকে নিজ নিজ ঠাইতে বাস কৰিব; তেওঁলোকক আৰু লৰোৱা নহ’ব৷ সেইদৰে আগৰ কালৰ নিচিনাকৈ দুৰ্জ্জনৰ সন্তান সকলে তেওঁলোকক আৰু দুখ নিদিব,
11 as they were doing from the days that I commanded judges to be over my people Israel. Now I will give you rest from all your enemies. Moreover, I, Yahweh declare to you that I will make you a house.
১১যেতিয়াৰে পৰা মই নিজ প্ৰজা ইস্ৰায়েল লোকসকলৰ ওপৰত বিচাৰকৰ্ত্তাসকলক নিযুক্ত কৰিছিলোঁ; তেতিয়াৰে পৰা যেনে হৈছিল, মই সকলো শত্ৰুবোৰৰ পৰা তোমাক বিশ্ৰাম দিম। তাৰোপৰি মই, যিহোৱাই ঘোষণা কৰিছোঁ যে, তোমাৰ কাৰণে এক বংশ উৎপন্ন কৰিম।
12 When your days are fulfilled and you lie down with your fathers, I will raise up a descendant after you, one who will come out from your body, and I will establish his kingdom.
১২তোমাৰ আয়ুস সম্পূৰ্ণ হ’লে, যেতিয়া তুমি নিজ ওপৰ-পিতৃসকলৰ লগত নিদ্ৰিত হ’বা, তেতিয়া তোমাৰ ঔৰসত উৎপন্ন হোৱা তোমাৰ পাছৰ বংশৰ লোকক মই স্থাপন কৰিম আৰু তেওঁৰ ৰাজ্য স্থিৰ কৰিম।
13 He will build a house for my name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever.
১৩মোৰ নামৰ কাৰণে তেওঁহে এটা গৃহ নিৰ্ম্মাণ কৰিব আৰু মই তেওঁৰ ৰাজসিংহাসন চিৰস্থায়ী কৰিম।
14 I will be a father to him, and he will be my son. When he sins, I will discipline him with the rod of men and with the whipping of the sons of men.
১৪মই তেওঁৰ পিতৃ হম আৰু তেওঁ মোৰ পুত্ৰ হ’ব। তেওঁ অপৰাধী হ’লে মই মনুষ্যসকলৰ দণ্ডেৰে আৰু মনুষ্য সন্তান সকলৰ প্ৰহাৰৰ দ্বাৰাই তেওঁক শাস্তি দিম৷
15 But my covenant faithfulness will not leave him, as I took it from Saul, whom I removed from before you.
১৫কিন্তু মই যি জনক তোমাৰ আগৰ পৰা দূৰ কৰিলোঁ, সেই চৌলৰ পৰা মই যেনেকৈ মোৰ দয়া গুচালোঁ, তেনেকৈ তেওঁৰ পৰা মোৰ দয়া নুগুচিব।
16 Your house and kingdom will be confirmed forever before you. Your throne will be established forever.'”
১৬আৰু তোমাৰ বংশ ও ৰাজত্ব সদাকাললৈকে তোমাৰ আগত থিৰে থাকিব৷ তোমাৰ সিংহাসন চিৰস্থায়ী হ’ব’।”
17 Nathan spoke to David and reported to him all these words, and he told him about the entire vision.
১৭এই সকলো বাক্য আৰু এই গোটেই দৰ্শন অনুসাৰে নাথনে দায়ূদক ক’লে।
18 Then David the king went in and sat before Yahweh and said, “Who am I, Yahweh God, and what is my family that you have brought me to this point?
১৮যেতিয়া দায়ুদ ৰজাই ভিতৰলৈ গৈ যিহোৱাৰ আগত বহি তেওঁ ক’লে, “হে প্ৰভু যিহোৱা, মইনো কোন, মোৰ বংশই বা কি, যে, তুমি মোক ইমান ওখ খাপলৈ আনিছা?
19 Now this was a small thing in your sight, Lord Yahweh. You have even spoken about your servant's family for a great while to come, and have shown me future generations, Lord Yahweh!
১৯তথাপি হে প্ৰভু যিহোৱা, তোমাৰ দৃষ্টিত ই অতি সৰু বিষয় আছিল৷ তুমি নিজ দাসৰ বংশৰ বিষয়েও সুদীৰ্ঘ কালৰ কথা ক’লা, হে প্ৰভু যিহোৱা, ইয়াক তুমি মানুহৰ বিধিৰ দৰে কৰিলা।
20 What more can I, David, say to you? You have known your servant, Lord Yahweh.
২০ইয়াৰ পাছত মই, দায়ূদে তোমাক আৰু কি ক’ম? কাৰণ হে প্ৰভু যিহোৱা, তুমি নিজ দাসক জানি আছা।
21 For your word's sake, and to fulfill your own purpose, you have done this great thing and revealed it to your servant.
২১কিয়নো তুমি নিজ বাক্যৰ কাৰণে আৰু তোমাৰ নিজ উদ্দেশ্য সিদ্ধ কৰিবলৈ, এই সমস্ত মহৎ কৰ্ম সাধন কৰি, তোমাৰ দাসক জনালা।
22 Therefore you are great, Lord Yahweh, for there is no one like you, and there is no God besides you, as we have heard with our own ears.
২২এই হেতুকে হে ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱা, তুমি মহান৷ কিয়নো আমি নিজ কাণে যি যি শুনিলোঁ, সেই সকলোৰ দৰে তোমাৰ তুল্য কোনো নাই। আৰু তোমাত বাজে আৰু কোনো ঈশ্বৰ নাই।
23 What nation is like your people Israel, the one nation on earth whom you, God, went and rescued for yourself? You did this so that they would become a people for yourself, to make a name for yourself, and to do great and fearful deeds for your land. You drove out nations and their gods from before your people, whom you rescued from Egypt.
২৩আৰু তোমাৰ প্ৰজা ইস্ৰায়েললোকৰ তুল্য, যিসকলক ঈশ্বৰে নিজৰ কাৰণে মুক্ত কৰি নিজ প্ৰজা কৰিবলৈ আৰু নিজৰ নাম কীৰ্ত্তিমন্ত কৰিবলৈ আৰু মিচৰৰ পৰা অৰ্থাৎ অনা-ইস্ৰায়েলী আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ দেৱতাবোৰৰ মাজৰ পৰা তুমি মুক্ত কৰা তোমাৰ প্ৰজাৰ আগত আমাৰ পক্ষে মহৎ কৰ্ম আৰু তোমাৰ দেশৰ পক্ষে নানা ভয়ঙ্কৰ কৰ্ম সিদ্ধ কৰিবলৈ তুমি আগমণ কৰিলা, পৃথিৱীৰ মাজত এনে আন কোন জাতি আছে?
24 You established Israel as your own people forever, and you, Yahweh, became their God.
২৪আৰু সদাকাল তোমাৰ প্ৰজা হবৰ অৰ্থে তোমাৰ বাবে তোমাৰ প্ৰজা ইস্ৰায়েল লোকক তুমি স্থাপন কৰিলা৷ আৰু হে যিহোৱা, তুমি তেওঁলোকৰ ঈশ্বৰ থ’লো।
25 So now, Yahweh God, may the promise that you made concerning your servant and his family be established forever. Do as you have spoken.
২৫এই হেতুকে এতিয়া হে ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱা, তুমি নিজ দাসৰ আৰু তাৰ বংশৰ বিষয়ে যি বাক্য ক’লা, তাক সদাকাললৈ থিৰ কৰা; আৰু যেনেকৈ ক’লা, তেনেকৈয়ে কৰা।
26 May your name be forever great, so the people will say, 'Yahweh of hosts is the God of Israel,' while the house of me, David, your servant is established before you.
২৬‘বাহিনীসকলৰ যিহোৱা ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ওপৰত থাকোঁতা ঈশ্বৰ আৰু তোমাৰ দাস দায়ূদৰ বংশ তোমাৰ সাক্ষাতে থিৰে থাকিব’, এইবুলি লোকে ক’ব৷ তোমাৰ নাম সদাকাল মহিমান্বিত হওঁক।
27 For you, Yahweh of hosts, the God of Israel, have revealed to your servant that you will build him a house. That is why I, your servant, have found courage to pray to you.
২৭কিয়নো হে ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ঈশ্বৰ বাহিনীসকলৰ যিহোৱা, ‘মই তোমাৰ কাৰণে এক বংশ স্থাপন কৰিম’ বুলি তুমিয়েই তোমাৰ দাসৰ আগত প্ৰকাশ কৰিলা৷ এই কাৰণে তোমাৰ আগত এই প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰিবলৈ তোমাৰ দাসৰ মনত সাহস জন্মিল।
28 Now, Lord Yahweh, you are God, and your words are trustworthy, and you have made this good promise to your servant.
২৮আৰু এতিয়া হে প্ৰভু যিহোৱা, তুমিয়েই ঈশ্বৰ, তোমাৰ বাক্য বিশ্ৱস্ত আৰু তুমিয়েই তোমাৰ দাসলৈ এই মঙ্গল প্ৰতিজ্ঞা কৰিলা।
29 Now then, let it please you to bless the house of your servant, so that it may continue forever before you. For you, Lord Yahweh, have said these things, and with your blessing your servant's house will be blessed forever.”
২৯এই হেতুকে তোমাৰ দাসৰ বংশ যেন তোমাৰ আগত সদাকাল থাকে, এই কাৰণে অনুগ্ৰহ কৰি তাক আশীৰ্ব্বাদ কৰা৷ কিয়নো হে প্ৰভু যিহোৱা, তুমি নিজে প্ৰতিজ্ঞা কৰিলা আৰু তোমাৰ আশীৰ্ব্বাদৰ গুণে তোমাৰ এই দাসৰ বংশ সদাকাল আশীৰ্ব্বাদপ্ৰাপ্ত হওঁক।”
