Romans 10
1 Brethren my hertes desyre and prayer to God for Israel is that they might be saved.
Qérindashlar, yürek intizarim, shundaqla Xudagha yélinishim Israillarning qutquzulushi üchündur.
2 For I beare them recorde that they have a fervet mynde to God warde but not accordinge to knowledge.
Chünki shuninggha guwahliq bérimenki, ularning Xudagha heqiqetenmu qizghin intilishi bar, biraq ularning intilishi heqiqiy bilim üstige qurulghan emes.
3 For they are ignoraut of the rightewesnes which is alowed before God and goo about to stablisshe their awne rightewesnes and therfore are not obedient vnto the rightewesnes which is of valew before God.
Chünki ular Xudaning heqqaniyliqini bilmigechke, uning ornigha özlirining heqqaniyliqini tikleshke tiriship, Xudaning heqqaniyliqigha boysunmidi.
4 For Christ is the ende of the lawe to iustifie all that beleve.
Chünki Tewrat qanunining nishan-meqsiti Mesihning Özidur; shuning bilen étiqad qilghuchilarning herbiri üchün heqqaniyliq bar boldi.
5 Moses describeth the rightewesnes which cometh of ye lawe howe that the man which doth the thinges of the lawe shall lyve therin.
Chünki Tewrat qanunigha emel qilishtin kelgen heqqaniyliq heqqide Musa peyghember mundaq yazghan; «Qanunning emrlirige emel qilghanlar shu ishliridin hayatliq tapidu».
6 But ye rightewesnes which cometh of fayth speaketh on this wyse. Saye not in thyne hert who shall ascende into heven? (that is nothinge els then to fetch Christ doune)
Lékin étiqadtin bolghan heqqaniyliq mundaq deydu: — «Könglüngde: — «Kim asman’gha chiqar?» (yeni «Kim Mesihni asmandin élip chüshürer?»)
7 Other who shall descende into the depe? (that is nothinge els but to fetch vp Christ from deeth) (Abyssos g12)
we yaki «Hang tégige kim chüsher?» (yeni «Mesihni ölümdin kim qayturar?») — démigin». (Abyssos g12)
8 But what sayth the scripture? The worde is nye the even in thy mouth and in thyn herte. This worde is the worde of fayth which we preache.
Emdi shu [heqqaniyliq] néme deydu? — «Söz-kalam sanga yéqindur, tilingda we dilingdidur!» — bu söz-kalam del biz jakarlaydighan étiqadning sözidur.
9 For yf thou shalt knowledge wt thy mouth that Iesus is the lorde and shalt beleve with thyn hert that God raysed him up from deeth thou shalt be safe.
Démek, «Eysaning Reb ikenlikini aghzing bilen étirap qilsang we qelbingde Xudaning uni ölükler arisidin tirildürgenlikige ishenseng, qutquzulisen»!
10 For the belefe of the hert iustifieth: and to knowledge with the mouth maketh a man safe.
Chünki insan qelbide étiqad qilish bilen heqqaniy qilinidu, éghizida étirap qilish bilen nijatqa érishidu.
11 For the scripture sayth: whosoever beleveth on him shall not be ashamed.
Muqeddes yazmilarda déyilgendek; «Uninggha étiqad qilghuchining herbiri hergiz yerge qaritilmas».
12 Ther is no difference bitwene the Iewe and the gentyll. For one is Lorde of all which is ryche vnto all that call on him.
Chünki bu jehette Yehudiylar bilen Gréklarning perqi yoq; her ikkisining Rebbi hemmining Rebbidur we Özige nida qilghanlarning hemmisige mol bayliqlirini ayimaydu.
13 For whosoever shall call on the name of the lorde shalbe safe.
Chünki: «Kimdikim Rebning namini chaqirip nida qilsa qutquzulidu».
14 But how shall they call on him on who they beleved not? how shall they beleve on him of whom they have not herde? how shall they heare with out a preacher?
Lékin Rebge ishenmigen kishi qandaqmu Uninggha nida qilalisun? U toghruluq anglimighan kishi qandaqmu Uninggha ishensun? Xush xewer jakarlighuchi bolmisa, ular uni qandaqmu angliyalisun?
15 And how shall they preach except they be sent? As it is written: how beautifull are the fete of them which bringe glad tydynges of peace and bringe glad tydynges of good thinges.
Shu jakarlighuchilar ewetilmigen bolsa, xush xewerni qandaqmu yetküzelisun? Muqeddes yazmilarda yézilghinidek: «Aman-xatirjemlik toghruluq xush xewerni, bext-saadet toghruluq xush xewerni yetküzgenlerning ayaghliri némidégen güzel-he!».
16 But they have not all obeyed to ye gospell. For Esaias sayth: Lorde who shall beleve oure sayinges?
Biraq, xuddi Yeshaya [peyghemberning] «I Perwerdigar, bizning xewirimizge kimmu ishendi?» déginidek hemme adem xush xewerge itaet qilghan emes.
17 So then fayth cometh by hearynge and hearynge cometh by the worde of God.
Shunga étiqad xewerni anglashtin kélidu we shu xewer Mesih toghruluq sözde anglitilidu.
18 But I axe: have they not herde? No dout their sounde went out into all londes: and their wordes in to the endes of the worlde.
Lékin shuni soraymenki, ular shu xewerni anglimighanmidu? Elwette anglidi: — «Ularning sadasi pütkül dunyagha, Sözliri yer yüzining qerlirige yetti».
19 But I demaunde whether Israel dyd knowe or not? Fyrst Moses sayth: I will provoke you for to envy by the that are no people and by a folisshe nacion I will anger you.
Yene shuni soraymenki, Israillar [shu xewerdin] waqip bolmighanmidu? Aldi bilen, Musa [Israilgha] mundaq bésharet bergen: — ««Héch xelq emes» bolghan bir xelq arqiliq silerde heset qozghaymen, Nadan bir xelq arqiliq ghezipinglarni qozghaymen».
20 Esaias after that is bolde and sayth. I am founde of the that sought me not and have appered to them that axed not after me.
Kéyin, Yeshaya peyghember intayin yüreklik halda shu bésharetni bérip: — «Özümge intilmigenlerge Özümni tapquzdum, Méni sorimighanlargha Özüm köründüm» — dédi.
21 And agaynst Israel he sayth: All daye longe have I stretched forth my hondes vnto a people yt beleveth not but speaketh agaynst me.
Lékin, U Israillar heqqide: — «Men kün boyi bu itaetsiz we tersa xelqqe qollirimni uzitip intilip keldim!» — deydu.
