Revelation 13
1 And (he stood *N+KO) upon the sand of the sea. And I saw out of the sea a beast rising, having horns ten and heads seven and on the horns of it ten royal crowns and upon the heads of it (names *N+KO) of blasphemy.
Und ich sah aus dem Meere ein Tier aufsteigen, welches zehn Hörner und sieben Köpfe hatte, und auf seinen Hörnern zehn Diademe, und auf seinen Köpfen Namen der Lästerung.
2 And the beast that I saw was like as a leopard and the feet of it like (a bear’s *N+kO) and the mouth of it like [the] mouth of a lion. And gave to it the dragon the power of him and the throne of him and authority great.
Und das Tier, das ich sah, war gleich einem Pardel, [Eig. weiblichen Pardel] und seine Füße wie die eines Bären, und sein Maul wie eines Löwen Maul. Und der Drache gab ihm seine Macht und seinen Thron und große Gewalt.
3 And (I saw *K) one of the heads of it ([was] as *NK+o) slain to death, And the wound the of death of it was healed, and (marveled *NK+o) (in *ko) all ([on] the earth *NK+o) after the beast.
Und ich sah einen seiner Köpfe wie zum Tode geschlachtet. Und seine Todeswunde wurde geheilt, und die ganze Erde verwunderte sich über das Tier. [W. hinter dem Tiere her]
4 And they worshiped (the dragon *N+kO) (that *N+k+o) (gave *NK+o) authority to the beast and they worshiped (the beast *N+kO) saying; Who [is] like as the beast (And *no) who (is able *NK+o) to make war against it?
Und sie beteten den Drachen an, weil er dem Tiere die Gewalt gab, und sie beteten das Tier an und sagten: Wer ist dem Tiere gleich? Und wer vermag mit ihm zu kämpfen?
5 And was given to it a mouth speaking great things and (blasphemies *NK+o) and was given to it authority (war *O) to act months forty (and *no) two.
Und es wurde ihm ein Mund gegeben, der große Dinge und Lästerungen redete; und es wurde ihm Gewalt gegeben, zu wirken 42 Monate. [O. zu handeln; vergl. hierzu Dan. 8,24]
6 And it opened the mouth of it unto (blasphemies *N+kO) against God to blaspheme the name of Him and the tabernacle of Him, (and *k) those in heaven dwelling.
Und es öffnete seinen Mund zu Lästerungen wider Gott, seinen Namen zu lästern und seine Hütte [O. sein Zelt] und die, welche ihre Hütte in dem Himmel haben. [O. welche in dem Himmel wohnen, zelten]
7 And there was given to it to make war with the saints and to overcome them And was given to it authority over every tribe (and people *NO) and tongue and nation.
Und es wurde ihm gegeben, mit den Heiligen Krieg zu führen und sie zu überwinden; [Eig. Krieg geführt überwunden zu haben; die Handlung wird als bereits vollendet betrachtet] und es wurde ihm Gewalt gegeben über jeden Stamm und Volk und Sprache und Nation.
8 And will worship (it *N+kO) all those dwelling on the earth, (each of whom *N+kO) not have been written (the name *N+kO) (of him *no) in (the book *N+kO) of life of the Lamb which slain from [the] founding of [the] world.
Und alle, die auf der Erde wohnen, werden es anbeten, ein jeder, dessen Name nicht geschrieben ist in dem Buche des Lebens des geschlachteten Lammes von Grundlegung der Welt an.
9 If anyone has an ear, he should hear.
Wenn jemand ein Ohr hat, so höre er!
10 If anyone (into *n+o) captivity (gathers *K) into captivity he goes, If anyone with [the] sword (is to be killed, *N+kO) (it is necessary for *ko) him by [the] sword [is] to be killed; Here is the endurance and the faith of the saints.
Wenn jemand in Gefangenschaft führt, so geht er in Gefangenschaft; wenn jemand mit dem Schwerte töten wird, so muß er mit dem Schwerte getötet werden. Hier ist das Ausharren und der Glaube der Heiligen.
11 And I saw another beast rising out of the earth, and it had horns two like as a lamb and it was speaking like a dragon.
Und ich sah ein anderes Tier aus der Erde aufsteigen: und es hatte zwei Hörner gleich einem Lamme, und es redete wie ein Drache.
12 And the authority of the first beast all it exercises on behalf of it and (makes *NK+o) the earth and those in it dwelling that (they will worship *N+kO) the beast first, of whom was healed the wound the fatal of it.
Und die ganze Gewalt des ersten Tieres übt es vor ihm aus, und es macht, daß die Erde und die auf ihr wohnen das erste Tier anbeten, dessen Todeswunde geheilt wurde.
13 And it works signs great so that even fire it may cause out of heaven (to come down to *NK+o) the earth in the presence of men.
Und es tut große Zeichen, daß es selbst Feuer vom Himmel auf die Erde herabkommen läßt vor den Menschen;
14 And it deceives (those *k) (mine *O) who dwelling on the earth through the signs that were given to it to perform before the beast telling to those dwelling on the earth to make an image to the beast (that *N+kO) (has *NK+o) the wound (from *o) of the sword and has lived.
und es verführt, die auf der Erde wohnen wegen der Zeichen, welche vor dem Tiere zu tun ihm gegeben wurde, indem es die, welche auf der Erde wohnen, auffordert, [Eig. indem es denen sagt] ein Bild dem Tiere zu machen, das die Wunde des Schwertes hat und lebte.
15 And there was given (to it *NK+o) to give breath to the image of the beast so that also may speak the image of the beast, and may cause that as many as (might *N+kO) not shall worship (the image *N+kO) of the beast shall be killed.
Und es wurde ihm gegeben, dem Bilde des Tieres Odem [O. Geist] zu geben, auf daß das Bild des Tieres auch redete und bewirkte, daß alle getötet wurden, die das Bild des Tieres nicht anbeteten.
16 And it causes all the small and the great and the rich and the poor and the free and the servants, that (it may give *N+k+o) to them (a mark *N+kO) on the hand of them right or on (the *N+kO) (forehead *N+KO) of them,
Und es bringt alle dahin, die Kleinen [d. h. die Geringen] und die Großen, und die Reichen und die Armen, und die Freien und die Knechte, [O. Sklaven] daß sie ein Malzeichen annehmen [W. daß man ihnen gebe] an ihre rechte Hand oder an ihre Stirn;
17 and that no one (may be able *NK+o) to buy or to sell only except the [one] having the mark — (or *K) the name of the beast or the number of the name of it.
und daß niemand kaufen oder verkaufen kann, als nur der, welcher das Malzeichen hat, den Namen des Tieres oder die Zahl seines Namens.
18 Here the wisdom is. The [one] having understanding he should count the number of the beast, number for a man’s it is, and the number of it (is *o) (six hundred sixty *N+KO) (six. *N+kO)
Hier ist die Weisheit. Wer Verständnis hat, berechne die Zahl des Tieres, denn es ist eines Menschen Zahl; und seine Zahl ist 666.
