2 Corinthians 13

1 Third this [time] I am coming to you. In [the] mouth of two witnesses or three will be established every declaration.

Lej, tretjič, grem k vam. Na to, kar povesta dve priči ali tri, stala bo vsaka beseda.

2 I have warned and I warn, as being present the second time and being absent now (I am writing *K) to those having sinned before and to the rest all, that if I may come to the [same] again not I will spare [anyone].

Naprej sem povedal in naprej pravim kakor nazoči drugič, in nenazoči sedaj pišem tem, kteri so prej grešili in drugim vsem, da, kedar pridem zopet, ne bom prizanašal,

3 since a proof you seek in me myself speaking of Christ who toward you not is weak but He is powerful among you.

Ko izkušnje iščete po meni govorečega Kristusa, kteri med vami ni slab, nego je močen med vami.

4 And for (if *K) He was crucified in weakness yet He lives by power God’s; Also for we ourselves are weak in Him but (we will live *N+kO) with Him by power God’s toward you.

Kajti če je bil tudi na križ razpet po slabosti, vendar živi po moči Božjej. In tako smo tudi mi slabi v njem, ali živeli bomo ž njim po moči Božjej med vami.

5 Yourselves do examine whether you are in the faith, yourselves do test; Or surely you do recognize yourselves that Jesus Christ [is] in you (is? *k) except surely even failing you are!

Sami sebe izkušajte, če ste v veri, sami sebe ogledujte; ali ne poznate li sami sebe, da je Kristus v vas? razen če ste v čem neizkušeni.

6 I hope now that you will know that we ourselves not are unapproved.

A upam, da boste spoznali, da mi nismo neizkušeni.

7 (We pray *N+KO) now to God not to do you wrong nothing, not that we ourselves approved may appear, but that you yourselves what [is] right may do, we ourselves though as unapproved may appear.

Molim pa Boga, da ne storite nič hudega, da se mi izkušeni pokažemo, nego da vi dobro delate, a mi da bomo kakor neizkušeni.

8 Nothing for have we power any against the truth but for the truth.

Kajti ne morem kaj proti resnici, nego za resnico.

9 We rejoice for when we ourselves may be weak, you yourselves however strong may be; But this (now *k) also We pray for the of you perfection.

Ker se veselimo, kedar smo mi slabi a vi ste močni. Pa za to tudi molimo za vašo popolnost.

10 Because of therefore these things being absent I write, so that being present not with severity I may treat [you] according to the authority that the Lord has given me for building up and not for tearing down.

Za to pišem to nenazoči, da mi nazoči ne bo treba ostremu biti po oblasti, ktero mi je dal Gospod na zidanje in ne na razdevanje.

11 Finally, brothers, do rejoice do be perfected, do be encouraged, the same do think, do be at peace, And the God of love and peace will be with you.

Sicer se pa, bratje, radujte, popolni bodite, tolažite se, ene misle bodite, mir imejte in Bog ljubezni in mira bo z vami.

12 do greet one another with a holy kiss.

Pozdravite eden drugega v svetem poljubku.

13 Greet you the saints all.

Pozdravljajo vas sveti vsi.

14 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit [be] with all of you (Amen *KO) (to Corinthians second it was written from Philippi of Macedonia through of Titus and Luke. *K)
