1 John 3
1 Behold what love has given to us the Father, that children of God we may be called — (and we are! *NO) Because of this the world not knows (us, *NK+O) because not it knew Him.
Patrzcie, jaką miłością obdarzył nas Ojciec, że zostaliśmy nazwani dziećmi Bożymi. Dlatego świat nas nie zna, bo jego nie zna.
2 Beloved, now children of God are we, and not yet has been revealed what we will be; We know (now *k) that when He shall appear, like Him we will be, for we will behold Him even as He is.
Umiłowani, teraz jesteśmy dziećmi Bożymi, ale jeszcze się nie objawiło, czym będziemy. Wiemy jednak, że gdy [on] się objawi, będziemy podobni do niego, gdyż ujrzymy go takim, jakim jest.
3 And everyone who is having hope this in Him purifies himself even as He pure is.
A każdy, kto pokłada w nim tę nadzieję, oczyszcza się, jak i on jest czysty.
4 Everyone who is committing sin also lawlessness commits, and sin is lawlessness.
Każdy, kto popełnia grzech, przekracza też prawo, ponieważ grzech jest przekroczeniem prawa.
5 And you know that He appeared so that the sins (of us *K) He may take away, and sin in Him not there is.
A wiecie, że on się objawił, aby zgładzić nasze grzechy, a w nim nie ma grzechu.
6 Anyone in Him abiding not sins; anyone who is sinning not has seen Him nor has he known Him.
Każdy [więc], kto w nim trwa, nie grzeszy. Każdy, kto grzeszy, nie widział go ani go nie poznał.
7 (little children, *NK+o) no one should lead astray you; who are practicing righteousness righteous is even as He righteous is.
Dzieci, niech was nikt nie zwodzi. Kto czyni sprawiedliwość, jest sprawiedliwy, tak jak [i] on jest sprawiedliwy.
8 The [one] practicing sin of the devil is, because from [the] beginning the devil has been sinning. For this [reason] was revealed the Son of God so that He may destroy the works of the devil.
Kto popełnia grzech, jest z diabła, gdyż diabeł od początku grzeszy. Po to objawił się Syn Boży, aby zniszczyć dzieła diabła.
9 Anyone who born of God sin not practices, because seed of Him in him abides; and not he is able to continue sinning, because of God he has been born.
Każdy, kto się narodził z Boga, nie popełnia grzechu, bo jego nasienie w nim pozostaje i nie może grzeszyć, gdyż narodził się z Boga.
10 Through this manifest are the children of God and the children of the devil. Anyone not practicing righteousness not is of God, and also the [one] not loving the brother of him;
Po tym poznaje się dzieci Boże i dzieci diabła: Każdy, kto nie czyni sprawiedliwości, nie jest z Boga, [jak] i ten, kto nie miłuje swego brata.
11 For this is the message that you have heard from [the] beginning that we may love one another;
To jest przesłanie, które słyszeliście od początku, że mamy się wzajemnie miłować.
12 not even as Cain [who] of the evil [one] was and he slew the brother of him; And because of what he slayed him? Because the works of him evil were, those however of the brother of him righteous.
Nie jak Kain, [który] pochodził od złego i zabił swego brata. A dlaczego go zabił? Bo jego uczynki były złe, a jego brata sprawiedliwe.
13 (And *n) not do be surprised, brothers (of mine *K) if hates you the world.
Nie dziwcie się, moi bracia, jeśli świat was nienawidzi.
14 We ourselves know that we have passed from death to life, because we love [our] brothers; The [one] not loving (the brother *K) abides in death.
My wiemy, że przeszliśmy ze śmierci do życia, bo miłujemy braci. Kto nie miłuje brata, pozostaje w śmierci.
15 Everyone who is hating the brother of him a murderer is; and you know that any murderer not has life eternal in (him *NK+o) abiding. (aiōnios g166)
Każdy, kto nienawidzi swego brata, jest mordercą, a wiecie, że żaden morderca nie ma życia wiecznego zostającego w sobie. (aiōnios g166)
16 By this we have known love because He for us the life of Him laid down; and we ourselves ought for [our] brothers [our] lives (to lay down. *N+kO)
Po tym poznaliśmy miłość [Boga], że on oddał za nas swoje życie. My również powinniśmy oddawać życie za braci.
17 Who[ever] now maybe may have the goods of the world and may see the brother of him need having and he may close up the heart of him from him, how the love of God abides in him?
A kto miałby majętność tego świata i widziałby swego brata w potrzebie, a zamknąłby przed nim swoje serce, jakże może mieszkać w nim miłość Boga?
18 Little children (of mine *K) not we may love in word nor in tongue but in action and in truth.
Moje dzieci, nie miłujmy słowem ani językiem, ale uczynkiem i prawdą.
19 And by this (we will know *N+kO) that of the truth we are and before Him we will assure (heart *N+kO) of us,
Po tym poznamy, że jesteśmy z prawdy i uspokoimy przed nim nasze serca.
20 that if shall condemn [us] our heart, that greater than is the God of the heart of us and He knows all things.
Bo jeśli nasze serce nas potępia, Bóg jest większy niż nasze serce i wie wszystko.
21 Beloved, if the heart of us not shall condemn (us *ko) confidence we have toward God,
Umiłowani, jeśli nasze serce nas nie potępia, mamy ufność ku Bogu;
22 and whatever (maybe *NK+o) we shall ask we receive (from *N+kO) Him, because the commandments of Him we keep and the [things] pleasing before Him we do.
I o cokolwiek prosimy, otrzymujemy od niego, bo zachowujemy jego przykazania i robimy to, co miłe w jego oczach.
23 And this is the commandment of Him that (we may believe *NK+o) in the name of the Son of Him Jesus Christ and we may love one another even as He gave [the] commandment to us.
A to jest jego przykazanie, abyśmy wierzyli w imię jego Syna, Jezusa Chrystusa, i miłowali się wzajemnie, jak nam przykazał.
24 And the [one] keeping the commandments of Him in Him abides, and He in him. And by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom to us He has given.
Bo kto zachowuje jego przykazania, mieszka w nim, a on w nim. A wiemy, że w nas mieszka, przez Ducha, którego nam dał.
