< Joshua 19 >

1 And the second lot came out, for Simeon, for the tribe of the sons of Simeon, by their families, —and their inheritance was in the midst of the inheritance of the sons of Judah.
Pea naʻe tō mai hono ua ʻoe tofiʻa kia Simione, ʻio, ki he faʻahinga ʻoe fānau ʻa Simione ʻo fakatatau ki honau ngaahi faʻahinga: pea ko honau tofiʻa naʻe tuʻu loto ʻi he tofiʻa ʻoe fānau ʻa Siuta.
2 And they had for their inheritance, —Beer-sheba or Sheba, and Moladah,
Pea naʻa nau maʻu ʻi honau tofiʻa ʻa Peasipa, mo Sipa, mo Molata,
3 and Hazar-shual, and Balah, and Ezem,
Mo Hesa-Suali, mo Pala, mo Esemi,
4 and Eltolad and Bethul, and Hormah,
Mo Elitolati, mo Petueli, mo Hoama,
5 and Ziklag and Beth-marcaboth, and Hazar-susah,
Mo Sikilaki, mo Pete-maka-poti, mo Hesa-Susa,
6 and Beth-lebaoth, and Sharuhen, —thirteen cities, with their villages:
Mo Pete-Lepaoti, mo Saliueni; ko e kolo ʻe hongofulu ma tolu, mo honau ngaahi potu kakai:
7 Ain, Rimmon, and Ether and Ashan, —four cities, with their villages,
Ko ʻAine, mo Limoni, mo Eteli, mo ʻAsani; ko e kolo ʻe fā, mo honau ngaahi potu kakai:
8 and all the villages that were round about these cities, as far as Baalath-beer, Ramah of the South. This, is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Simeon, by their families:
Pea mo e ngaahi potu kakai naʻe tuʻu takatakai ʻi he ngaahi kolo ki Peali pea, mo Lamata, ʻi he potu tonga. Ko eni ʻae tofiʻa ʻoe faʻahinga ʻoe fānau ʻa Simione, ʻo fakatatau ki honau ngaahi faʻahinga.
9 Out of the portion of the sons of Judah, is the inheritance of the sons of Simeon, —for it came to pass that what was allotted to the sons of Judah, was too much for them, therefore did the sons of Simeon receive an inheritance in the midst of their inheritance.
Pea naʻe toʻo mei he tofiʻa ʻoe fānau ʻa Siuta ʻae tofiʻa ʻoe fānau ʻa Simione: he ko e potu ʻoe fānau ʻa Siuta naʻe lahi ʻaupito kiate kinautolu: ko ia naʻe maʻu ʻe he fānau ʻa Simione honau tofiʻa ke tuʻu loto ʻi he tofiʻa ʻonautolu.
10 Then came up the third lot, for the sons of Zebulun, by their families, —and the boundary of their inheritance was as far as Sarid.
11 And their boundary goeth up westward, even towards Maralah, and toucheth Dabbesheth, —and reacheth unto the ravine that faceth Jokneam;
Pea naʻe ʻalu hake honau ngataʻanga ʻo hanga ki tahi, mo Malela, pea hoko atu ki Tapiseti, pea aʻu atu ki he vaitafe ʻaia ʻoku feʻunga mo Sokiniami;
12 and turneth back from Sarid, eastward, toward the rising of the sun, upon the boundary of Chisloth-tabor, —and goeth out unto Daberath, and ascendeth Japhia;
Pea naʻe afe ia mei Saliti ʻi hahake ʻo hanga ki he hopoʻangalaʻā ʻo aʻu ki he potu ʻo Kisiloti-Tepoa, pea toki ʻalu kituʻa ki Tapilati, pea ʻalu hake mei ai ki Safia,
13 and, from thence, it passed along in front on the east, towards Gath-hepher, towards Eth-kazin, —and goeth out at Rimmon which turneth about towards Neah;
Pea ʻoku ʻalu mei ai ʻo ofi ki he potu hahake ki Kita-Hefeli, ʻo aʻu ki Itakasini, pea ʻalu ʻo mole atu ʻi Limoni-Metoa ʻo ʻalu ki Nea;
14 and the boundary goeth round it, on the north to Hannathon, —and so the extensions thereof are the valley of Iphtah-el;
Pea ʻoku ʻalu hono ngataʻanga ʻo aʻu ki he potu tokelau ki ʻAnatoni: pea ko e ngataʻanga ʻo hono matafonua naʻe ʻi he teleʻa ʻo Sifita eli:
15 and Kattath and Nahalal, and Shimron, and Idalah and Beth-lehem, —twelve cities, with their villages.
Mo Kotati, mo Nehala, mo Similoni, mo Itala, mo Petelihema; ko e kolo ʻe hongofulu ma ua mo honau ngaahi potu kakai.
16 This, is the inheritance of the sons of Zebulun, by their families, —these cities, with their villages.
Ko eni ʻae tofiʻa ʻoe fānau ʻa Sepuloni ʻo fakatatau ki honau ngaahi faʻahinga, ko e ngaahi kolo ni mo honau ngaahi potu kakai.
17 For Issachar, came out the fourth lot, —for the sons of Issachar, by their families.
Pea naʻe hoko hono fā ʻoe tofiʻa kia ʻIsaka, ki he fānau ʻa ʻIsaka ʻo fakatatau ki honau ngaahi faʻahinga.
18 And their boundary was, —Jezreel and Chesulloth, and Shunem,
Pea ko honau ngataʻanga naʻe hanga ki Sesilili, mo Kesuloti, mo Sunemi,
19 and Hapharaim and Shion, and Anaharath,
Mo ʻEfaleimi, mo Sihoni, mo ʻAnahelati,
20 and Rabbith and Kishion, and Ebez,
Mo Lapiti, mo Kisione, mo ʻApesi,
21 and Remeth, and En-gannim, and Enhaddah, and Beth-pazzez;
Mo Limiti, mo Eni-Kanimi, mo Eni-Hata, mo Pete-Pasesi;
22 and the boundary toucheth Tabor and Shahazumah, and Beth-shemesh, and so the extensions of their boundary are to the Jordan, —sixteen cities, with their villages.
Pea naʻe hoko atu ki Tepoa hono ngataʻanga, mo Sehasima, mo Pete-Semesi; pea ko e ngataʻanga ʻo honau mata fonua ko e Sioatani: ko e kolo ʻe hongofulu ma ono mo honau ngaahi potu kakai.
23 This, is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Issachar, by their families, —the cities, with their villages.
Ko eni ʻae tofiʻa ʻoe faʻahinga ʻoe fānau ʻa ʻIsaka ʻo fakatatau ki honau ngaahi faʻahinga, ko e ngaahi kolo mo e ngaahi potu kakai.
24 Then came out the fifth lot, for the tribe of the sons of Asher, by their families.
Pea naʻe hoko hono nima ʻoe tofiʻa ki he faʻahinga ʻoe fānau ʻa ʻAseli ʻo fakatatau ki honau ngaahi faʻahinga.
25 And their boundary was, —Helkath and Hali, and Beten and Achshaph,
Pea ko honau ngataʻanga ko Elikati, mo ʻAli, mo Pateni, mo ʻAkisafi.
26 and Allam-melech and Amad, and Mishal, —and it toucheth Carmel to the west, and Shihor-libnath;
Mo ʻAlameleki, mo ʻAmati, mo Miseali; pea naʻe aʻu atu ia ki Kameli ki lulunga, pea ki Sihoa-Lipinati;
27 and it turneth toward sun-rise—to Beth-dagon, and toucheth Zebulun and the valley of Iphtah-el northward, and Beth-emek, and Neiel; and goeth out unto Cabul, on the left,
Pea ʻoku afe ʻo hanga ki he hopoʻangalaʻā ki Pete-Lakoni, pea aʻu atu ki Sepuloni, pea ki he teleʻa ko Sifita eli ki hono potu tokelau ʻo Pete-ʻEmeki, mo Nieli, pea mole atu ki Kapuli ki he nima toʻomataʻu,
28 and Ebron and Rehob, and Hammon and Kanah, —as far as Zidon the populous;
Mo Hepeloni, mo Lehopi, mo ʻAmoni, mo Kana, ʻio, ʻo aʻu ki Saitoni lahi;
29 and the boundary turneth to Ramah, and as far as the city of the fortress of Tyre, —then the boundary turneth to Hosah, and so the extensions thereof are, on the west, from Hebel to Achzib;
Pea ʻoku [toki ]afe ʻae ngataʻanga ki Lama, pea ki he kolo mālohi ko Tala; pea ʻoku afe ʻae ngataʻanga ki Hosa: pea ko hono ngaahi ngataʻanga naʻe mei he tahi ʻo aʻu atu ki ʻAkisipi:
30 Ummah also and Aphek, and Rehob, —twenty-two cities, with their villages,
Mo Uma foki, mo ʻAfeki, mo Lehopi: ko e kolo ʻe uofulu ma ua, mo honau ngaahi potu kakai.
31 This, is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Asher, by their families, —these cities, with their villages.
Ko eni ʻae tofiʻa ʻoe faʻahinga ʻoe fānau ʻa ʻAseli ʻo fakatatau ki honau ngaahi faʻahinga, ko e ngaahi kolo ni mo honau ngaahi potu kakai.
32 For the sons of Naphtali, came out the sixth lot, —for the sons of Naphtali, by their families.
Pea naʻe hoko hono ono ʻoe tofiʻa ki he fānau ʻa Nafitalai, ʻio, ki he fānau ʻa Nafitali ʻo fakatatau ki honau ngaahi faʻahinga.
33 And their boundary was from Heleph, from the terebinth of Bezaannim, and Adami-nekeb, and Jabneel, as far as Lakkum; and so the extensions thereof were to the Jordan;
Pea ko honau ngataʻanga naʻe fai mei Helefi, mei ʻAloni ki Seinanimi, mo ʻAtami, mo Nekepi, mo Sapinili, mo Lakumi pea ko hono ngataʻanga ʻo ia ko Sioatani:
34 and the boundary turneth westward, to Aznoth-tabor, and goeth out from thence, toward Hukkok, —and toucheth Zebulun on the south, and, Asher, it toucheth on the west, and Judah, at the Jordan towards sunrise.
Pea ʻoku afe ai ʻae ngataʻanga ki lulunga ki ʻAsinote-Tepoa, pea ʻalu mei ai ki Ukoki, pea aʻu atu ki Sepuloni ʻi he potu tonga, pea aʻu atu ki ʻAseli ʻi he potu lulunga, pea ki Siuta ʻi he Soatani ʻo hanga ki he hopoʻangalaʻā.
35 And, the fortified cities, are, —Ziddim, Zer, and Hammath, Rakkath and Chinnereth,
Pea ko e ngaahi kolo tau ko Sitimi, mo Sea, mo Hemati, mo Lakati, mo Kineloti,
36 and Adamah and Ramah, and Hazor,

37 and Kedesh and Edrei, and En-hazor,
Mo Ketesi, mo Etileli mo Eni-Hasoa,
38 and Iron and Migdal-el, Horem and Beth-anath, and Beth-shemesh, —nineteen cities, with their villages.
Mo ʻIone, mo Mikitali-Eli, mo Holemi, mo Pete-ʻAnati, mo Pete-Semesi; ko e kolo ʻe hongofulu ma hiva, mo honau ngaahi potu kakai.
39 This, is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Naphtali, by their families, —the cities, with their villages.
Ko eni ʻae tofiʻa ʻoe faʻahinga ʻoe fānau ʻa Nafitali ʻo fakatatau ki honau ngaahi faʻahinga, ko e ngaahi kolo mo e ngaahi potu kakai.
40 And, for the tribe of the sons of Dan, by their families, came out the seventh lot.
Pea naʻe hoko hono fitu ʻoe tofiʻa ki he faʻahinga ʻoe fānau ʻa Tani, ʻo fakatatau ki honau ngaahi faʻahinga.
41 And the boundary of their inheritance was, —Zorah and Eshtaol, and Ir-shemesh,
Pea ko hono ngataʻanga ʻo honau tofiʻa ko Sola, mo Esitaoli, mo Ilisemesi,
42 and Shaalabbin and Aijalon, and Ithlah,

46 and Me-jarkon, and Rakkon, —with the boundary over against Joppa.
Mo Mesakoni, mo Lakoni, mo hono ngataʻanga ʻi he ʻao ʻo Safo.
47 And, when the boundary of the sons of Dan went out beyond these, then went up the sons of Dan and fought against Leshem, and captured it, and smote it with the edge of the sword, and took possession thereof, and dwelt therein, and they called Leshem—Dan, after the name of Dan their father,
Pea ko hono ngataʻanga ʻoe tofiʻa ʻoe fānau ʻa Tani naʻe siʻi kiate kinautolu: ko ia naʻe ʻalu hake ai ʻae fānau ʻa Tani, ke tauʻi ʻa Lesemi, pea naʻa nau maʻu ia, pea taaʻi ʻaki ia ʻae mata ʻoe heletā, ʻo maʻu ia, ʻonau nofo ai, ʻo fakahingoa ʻa Lesemi, ko Tani, ʻo hangē ko e hingoa ʻo Tani ko ʻenau tamai.
48 This, is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Dan, by their families, —these cities, with their villages.
Ko eni ʻae tofiʻa ʻoe faʻahinga ʻoe fānau ʻa Tani ʻo fakatatau ki honau ngaahi faʻahinga, ko honau ngaahi kolo mo honau ngaahi potu kakai.
49 When they had made an end of distributing the land by the boundaries thereof, then gave the sons of Israel an inheritance unto Joshua son of Nun, in their midst:
Pea hili ʻenau fakaʻosi hono vahe ʻoe fonua ko e ngaahi tofiʻa ʻi honau ngaahi ngataʻanga, naʻe ʻatu ʻe he fānau ʻa ʻIsileli ʻae tofiʻa kia Siosiua ko e foha ʻo Nuni ʻiate kinautolu:
50 at the bidding of Yahweh, gave they unto him the city which he asked, even Timnath-serah, in the hill country of Ephraim, —and he built the city and dwelt therein.
‌ʻO hangē ko e folofola ʻa Sihova naʻa nau foaki kiate ia ʻae kolo naʻa ne tala, ko Timinate-Sela ʻi he moʻunga ko ʻIfalemi; pea naʻe langa ʻe ia ʻae kolo, pea nofo ai.
51 These, are the inheritances which Eleazar the priest and Joshua son of Nun and the ancestral heads distributed for inheritance to the tribes of the sons of Israel, by lot, in Shiloh, before Yahweh, at the entrance of the tent of meeting, —so they made an end of apportioning the land.
Ko eni ʻae ngaahi tofiʻa, ʻaia naʻe vahe ʻe ʻEliesa ko e taulaʻeiki, mo Siosiua ko e foha ʻo Nuni, mo e ngaahi ʻeiki ʻoe kau mātuʻa ʻoe ngaahi faʻahinga ʻoe fānau ʻa ʻIsileli, ko e tofiʻa, ʻi he talotalo ʻi Sailo, ʻi he matapā ʻoe fale fehikitaki ʻoe kakai. Pea naʻa nau fakaʻosi hono vaheʻi ʻoe fonua.
