< 2 Corinthians 5 >

1 For we know that—if, our earthly tent-dwelling, should be taken down, we have, a building of God, a dwelling not made by hand, age-abiding in the heavens. (aiōnios g166)
Banghangziam cile i lei inn, hi puanbuk a sia le, vantung ah mihing khut taw sak a hi ngawl Pathian i tawntung inn i nei hi, ci sia i he hi. (aiōnios g166)
2 And verily, in this, we sigh, earnestly desiring to clothe ourselves over, with our habitation which is of heaven, —
Eite sia hilei inn sung ah i om laitak in, vantung inn ah i om nop leilam hu in i tau hi:
3 Although, indeed, even clothing ourselves, we shall not be found, naked; —
Tabang ahikom in i vantung inn ah i om ciang in omna nei ngawl in i om batu hi.
4 And verily, we who are in the tent, do sigh, being weighed down, while yet we are not wishing to unclothe ourselves, but to clothe ourselves over, —in order that, what is mortal, may be swallowed up, by life.
Banghangziam cile eite hi puanbuk sung ah a omte sia vanngit pua in i tau hi: hilei inn pan i pusua nop hu hi ngawl in, thina sia nuntakna in val a, i van inn ah i om nop hang a hihi.
5 Now, he that hath wrought us for this very thing, is, God, —who hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit,
Tu in hi thu atu hong vawt Pathian hi a, Ama in eite tung ah vaukhaamna atu in Thaa hong pia zo hi.
6 Having good courage, therefore, at all times, and knowing that—remaining at home in the body, we are away from home from the Lord, —
Tua ahikom eite sia a tawntung in kimuanna i nei hi, hi pumpi sung ah i om laitak in Topa kung ah i om bua hi, ci sia i he hi:
7 By faith, are we walking, not by sight; —
Banghangziam cile muna tungtawn hi ngawl in, upna taw nungta i hihi:
8 We have good courage, however, and are well pleased—rather to be away from home, out of the body, and to come home, unto the Lord.
Pumpi sung ah om ngawl in Topa taw om tu i uk zaw hi, ci in ki muanna i nei hi.
9 Wherefore also we are ambitious—whether at home, or away from home, to be, well-pleasing unto him.
Tua ahikom hilei inn sung ah i om zong, i om bua zong in, Topa i san i hi thei natu in hanciam tawng.
10 For, we all, must needs be made manifest before the judgment seat of the Christ, that each one may get back the things done by means of the body, according to the things which he practised, whether good or corrupt.
Banghangziam cile khatsim in hi pumpi sung ah a sep a pha le a sia a sangkik tu in, Christ thukhenna tokhum mai ah i vekpi in i kilang kik cikteak tu hi.
11 Knowing, then, the fear of the Lord, we persuade, men, but, unto God, are manifest, —I hope, moreover, even in your consciences, that we are manifest:
Tua ahikom Topa i lauhuaina i he a, ngualdang i kaizawn hi; ahihang Pathian mai ah i kilang a, note i sia le pha heakna mai ah zong ka kilang uh hi, ci ka ki muangmaw hi.
12 Not again, ourselves, do we commend unto you, but as though an occasion we were giving unto you—something to boast of, in our behalf; that ye may have something suited unto them who, in appearance, are boasting, and not in heart.
Banghangziam cile note tung ah koma le koma ki pok ka hi bua uh hi, ahihang thinsung pan hi ngawl in, a puatham in a ki suangtak te na zo kik thei natu uh ahizong, kote tang in na ki suantak thei natu uh ahizong in, hunpha hongpia ka hi uh hi.
13 For, whether we have been beside ourselves, it hath been for God, or, whether we are sober-minded, it is for you.
Banghangziam cile ka thin uh a am le, Pathian atu hi: ka pil uh le, note atu a hihi.
14 For, the love of the Christ, constraineth us; —
Banghangziam cile Christ itna in hong zothaw hi; tua ahikom hibang in i ngaisun hi, mi theampo atu in mihing khat thi ahile, mi theampo thi a hihi:
15 Having judged this, —that, one, in behalf of all, died, hence, they all, died; and, in behalf of all, died he, —in order that, they who live, no longer for themselves, should live, but for him who, in their behalf, died and rose again.
Taciang Ama sia mi theampo atu thi ahile, a nungta te sia amate atu nungta nawn ngawl hi, ahihang amate atu in thi a, a thokik pa atu in nungta tu uh hi.
16 So that, we, henceforth, know, no one, after the flesh: if we have even been gaining, after the flesh, a knowledge of Christ,
Tua ahikom tu pan kipan in eite in cilesa taw in kuama i he bua hi: Christ sia cilesa taw in he i hi hang, tu in tabang in i he nawn bua hi.
17 On the contrary, now, no longer, are we gaining it. So that, if any one is in Christ, there is a new creation! the old things, have passed away, —Lo! they have become new!
Tua ahikom mi khatpo sia Christ sung ah a omle, ama sia a ki bitphua thak a hihi: a lui te bo siat a; en vun, na theampo a thak hong suak hi.
18 The all things, moreover, are of God, —who hath reconciled us unto himself, through Christ, and hath given, unto us, the reconciling ministry: —
Taciang na theampo te sia Pathian tung pan hi a, Jesus Christ tungtawn in Ama taw kilemna hong vawtsak hi, taciang kote tung kilemna nasep hong pia zo hi;
19 How that, God, was in Christ, reconciling, a world, unto himself, not reckoning, unto them, their offences, —and hath put, in us, the reconciling discourse.
Tabang in, Pathian in Christ sung ah leitung mite taw kilemna vawt a, amate khialna te sia amate tung ah suan ngawl hi; taciang kote tung ah kilemna thu hong ap zo hi.
20 In behalf of Christ, therefore, are we ambassadors, —as if God were beseeching through us: we entreat, in behalf of Christ, —be reconciled unto God!
Tua ahikom kote sia Christ i tongciin te ka hi uh hi, Pathian in kote tungtawn in note hong thum bang in, note Pathian taw kilem tu in Christ tang in kong thum uh hi.
21 Him who knew not sin, in our behalf, he made to be, sin, that we might become God’s righteousness in him.
Banghangziam cile kote sia Christ sung ah Pathian i thutang suana ka nga thei natu uh in, Pathian in mawna a he ngawl khat eite atu in mawna in vawt hi.
