And his lord commended the unrighteous steward because he had done wisely: for the sons of this world are for their own generation wiser than the sons of the light. (aiōn g165)

that whosoever believeth may in him have eternal life. (aiōnios g166)

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life. (aiōnios g166)

Εἶπον αὐτῷ οἱ Ἰουδαῖοι, “Νῦν ἐγνώκαμεν ὅτι δαιμόνιον ἔχεις. Ἀβραὰμ ἀπέθανεν καὶ οἱ προφῆται, καὶ σὺ λέγεις, ‘Ἐάν τις τὸν λόγον μου τηρήσῃ, οὐ μὴ γεύσηται θανάτου εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα.’ (aiōn g165)
Since the world began it was never heard that any one opened the eyes of a man born blind. (aiōn g165)
Ἐκ τοῦ αἰῶνος οὐκ ἠκούσθη ὅτι ἤνοιξέν τις ὀφθαλμοὺς τυφλοῦ γεγεννημένου. (aiōn g165)
and whosoever liveth and believeth on me shall never die. Believest thou this? (aiōn g165)

He that loveth his life loseth it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal. (aiōnios g166)

The multitude therefore answered him, We have heard out of the law that the Christ abideth for ever: and how sayest thou, The Son of man must be lifted up? who is this Son of man? (aiōn g165)

And as the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of God: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed. (aiōnios g166)

to them that by patience in well-doing seek for glory and honour and incorruption, eternal life: (aiōnios g166)

that, as sin reigned in death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (aiōnios g166)

For God hath shut up all unto disobedience, that he might have mercy upon all. (eleēsē g1653)

Howbeit we speak wisdom among the perfect: yet a wisdom not of this world, nor of the rulers of this world, which are coming to nought: (aiōn g165)

but we speak God’s wisdom in a mystery, [even] the [wisdom] that hath been hidden, which God foreordained before the worlds unto our glory: (aiōn g165)

which none of the rulers of this world knoweth: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory: (aiōn g165)
ἣν οὐδεὶς τῶν ἀρχόντων τοῦ αἰῶνος τούτου ἔγνωκεν, εἰ γὰρ ἔγνωσαν, οὐκ ἂν τὸν ˚Κύριον τῆς δόξης ἐσταύρωσαν· (aiōn g165)
Let no man deceive himself. If any man thinketh that he is wise among you in this world, let him become a fool, that he may become wise. (aiōn g165)

Wherefore, if meat maketh my brother to stumble, I will eat no flesh for evermore, that I make not my brother to stumble. (aiōn g165)

and to make all men see what is the dispensation of the mystery which from all ages hath been hid in God who created all things; (aiōn g165)

but he, because he abideth for ever, hath his priesthood unchangeable. (aiōn g165)
ὁ δὲ διὰ τὸ μένειν αὐτὸν εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα, ἀπαράβατον ἔχει τὴν ἱερωσύνην. (aiōn g165)
For the law appointeth men high priests, having infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was after the law, [appointeth] a Son, perfected for evermore. (aiōn g165)

nor yet through the blood of goats and calves, but through his own blood, entered in once for all into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption. (aiōnios g166)

how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish unto God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? (aiōnios g166)

And for this cause he is the mediator of a new covenant, that a death having taken place for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first covenant, they that have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance. (aiōnios g166)

else must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once at the end of the ages hath he been manifested to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. (aiōn g165)

By faith we understand that the worlds have been framed by the word of God, so that what is seen hath not been made out of things which do appear. (aiōn g165)

Now the God of peace, who brought again from the dead the great shepherd of the sheep with the blood of the eternal covenant, [even] our Lord Jesus, (aiōnios g166)

make you perfect in every good thing to do his will, working in us that which is well-pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom [be] the glory for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)

And the tongue is a fire: the world of iniquity among our members is the tongue, which defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the wheel of nature, and is set on fire by hell. (Geenna g1067)
Καὶ ἡ γλῶσσα πῦρ, ὁ κόσμος τῆς ἀδικίας· ἡ γλῶσσα καθίσταται ἐν τοῖς μέλεσιν ἡμῶν, ἡ σπιλοῦσα ὅλον τὸ σῶμα, καὶ φλογίζουσα τὸν τροχὸν τῆς γενέσεως, καὶ φλογιζομένη ὑπὸ τῆς Γεέννης. (Geenna g1067)
having been begotten again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, through the word of God, which liveth and abideth. (aiōn g165)
Ἀναγεγεννημένοι, οὐκ ἐκ σπορᾶς φθαρτῆς, ἀλλὰ ἀφθάρτου, διὰ λόγου ζῶντος ˚Θεοῦ, καὶ μένοντος. (aiōn g165)
But the word of the Lord abideth for ever. And this is the word of good tidings which was preached unto you. (aiōn g165)
τὸ δὲ ῥῆμα ˚Κυρίου μένει εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα.” Τοῦτο δέ ἐστιν τὸ ῥῆμα τὸ εὐαγγελισθὲν εἰς ὑμᾶς. (aiōn g165)
if any man speaketh, [speaking] as it were oracles of God; if any man ministereth, [ministering] as of the strength which God supplieth: that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, whose is the glory and the dominion for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
Εἴ τις λαλεῖ, ὡς λόγια ˚Θεοῦ· εἴ τις διακονεῖ, ὡς ἐξ ἰσχύος ἧς χορηγεῖ ὁ ˚Θεός, ἵνα ἐν πᾶσιν δοξάζηται ὁ ˚Θεὸς διὰ ˚Ἰησοῦ ˚Χριστοῦ, ᾧ ἐστιν ἡ δόξα καὶ τὸ κράτος εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας τῶν αἰώνων. Ἀμήν! (aiōn g165)
And the God of all grace, who called you unto his eternal glory in Christ, after that ye have suffered a little while, shall himself perfect, stablish, strengthen you. (aiōnios g166)

For if God spared not angels when they sinned, but cast them down to hell, and committed them to pits of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; (Tartaroō g5020)

But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him [be] the glory both now and for ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)

And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, [even] in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life. (aiōnios g166)

for the truth’s sake which abideth in us, and it shall be with us for ever: (aiōn g165)

And angels which kept not their own principality, but left their proper habitation, he hath kept in everlasting bonds under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. (aïdios g126)

Wild waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, for whom the blackness of darkness hath been reserved for ever. (aiōn g165)
κύματα ἄγρια θαλάσσης ἐπαφρίζοντα τὰς ἑαυτῶν αἰσχύνας, ἀστέρες πλανῆται, οἷς ὁ ζόφος τοῦ σκότους εἰς αἰῶνα τετήρηται. (aiōn g165)
keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
Ἑαυτοὺς ἐν ἀγάπῃ ˚Θεοῦ τηρήσατε, προσδεχόμενοι τὸ ἔλεος τοῦ ˚Κυρίου ἡμῶν, ˚Ἰησοῦ ˚Χριστοῦ, εἰς ζωὴν αἰώνιον. (aiōnios g166)
to the only God our Saviour, through Jesus Christ our Lord, [be] glory, majesty, dominion and power, before all time, and now, and for evermore. Amen. (aiōn g165)

and he made us [to be] a kingdom, [to be] priests unto his God and Father; to him [be] the glory and the dominion for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)

And when the living creatures shall give glory and honour and thanks to him that sitteth on the throne, to him that liveth for ever and ever, (aiōn g165)

And every created thing which is in the heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and on the sea, and all things that are in them, heard I saying, Unto him that sitteth on the throne, and unto the Lamb, [be] the blessing, and the honour, and the glory, and the dominion, for ever and ever. And I saw, and behold, a pale horse: and he that sat upon him, his name was Death; and Hades followed with him. And there was given unto them authority over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with famine, and with death, and by the wild beasts of the earth. (Hadēs g86)

saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, [be] unto our God for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)

And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star from heaven fallen unto the earth: and there was given to him the key of the pit of the abyss. (Abyssos g12)

And he opened the pit of the abyss; and there went up a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. (Abyssos g12)

They have over them as king the angel of the abyss: his name in Hebrew is Abaddon, and in the Greek [tongue] he hath the name Apollyon. (Abyssos g12)
Ἔχουσιν ἐπʼ αὐτῶν βασιλέα, τὸν ἄγγελον τῆς Ἀβύσσου· ὄνομα αὐτῷ Ἑβραϊστὶ, Ἀβαδδών, καὶ ἐν τῇ Ἑλληνικῇ ὄνομα ἔχει, Ἀπολλύων. (Abyssos g12)
and sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created the heaven and the things that are therein, and the earth and the things that are therein, and the sea and the things that are therein, that there shall be time no longer: (aiōn g165)
καὶ ὤμοσεν ἐν τῷ ζῶντι εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας τῶν αἰώνων, “ὃς ἔκτισεν τὸν οὐρανὸν καὶ τὰ ἐν αὐτῷ, καὶ τὴν γῆν καὶ τὰ ἐν αὐτῇ, καὶ τὴν θάλασσαν καὶ τὰ ἐν αὐτῇ”, ὅτι χρόνος οὐκέτι ἔσται! (aiōn g165)
And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that cometh up out of the abyss shall make war with them, and overcome them, and kill them. (Abyssos g12)
Καὶ ὅταν τελέσωσιν τὴν μαρτυρίαν αὐτῶν, τὸ θηρίον τὸ ἀναβαῖνον ἐκ τῆς Ἀβύσσου ποιήσει μετʼ αὐτῶν πόλεμον, καὶ νικήσει αὐτοὺς, καὶ ἀποκτενεῖ αὐτούς. (Abyssos g12)
And the seventh angel sounded; and there followed great voices in heaven, and they said, The kingdom of the world is become [the kingdom] of our Lord, and of his Christ: and he shall reign for ever and ever. (aiōn g165)
Καὶ ὁ ἕβδομος ἄγγελος ἐσάλπισεν, καὶ ἐγένοντο φωναὶ μεγάλαι ἐν τῷ οὐρανῷ λέγουσαι, “Ἐγένετο ἡ βασιλεία τοῦ κόσμου τοῦ ˚Κυρίου ἡμῶν καὶ τοῦ ˚Χριστοῦ αὐτοῦ, καὶ βασιλεύσει εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας τῶν αἰώνων.” (aiōn g165)
And I saw another angel flying in mid heaven, having an eternal gospel to proclaim unto them that dwell on the earth, and unto every nation and tribe and tongue and people; (aiōnios g166)
Καὶ εἶδον ἄλλον ἄγγελον πετόμενον ἐν μεσουρανήματι, ἔχοντα εὐαγγέλιον αἰώνιον εὐαγγελίσαι ἐπὶ τοὺς κατοικοῦντας ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς, καὶ ἐπὶ πᾶν ἔθνος, καὶ φυλὴν, καὶ γλῶσσαν, καὶ λαόν, (aiōnios g166)
and the smoke of their torment goeth up for ever and ever; and they have no rest day and night, they that worship the beast and his image, and whoso receiveth the mark of his name. (aiōn g165)
Καὶ ὁ καπνὸς τοῦ βασανισμοῦ αὐτῶν εἰς αἰῶνας αἰώνων ἀναβαίνει, καὶ οὐκ ἔχουσιν ἀνάπαυσιν, ἡμέρας καὶ νυκτός, οἱ προσκυνοῦντες τὸ θηρίον καὶ τὴν εἰκόνα αὐτοῦ, καὶ εἴ τις λαμβάνει τὸ χάραγμα τοῦ ὀνόματος αὐτοῦ.” (aiōn g165)
And one of the four living creatures gave unto the seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever. (aiōn g165)
Καὶ ἓν ἐκ τῶν τεσσάρων ζῴων ἔδωκεν τοῖς ἑπτὰ ἀγγέλοις ἑπτὰ φιάλας χρυσᾶς, γεμούσας τοῦ θυμοῦ τοῦ ˚Θεοῦ, τοῦ ζῶντος εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας τῶν αἰώνων. (aiōn g165)
The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and is about to come up out of the abyss, and to go into perdition. And they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, [they] whose name hath not been written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast, how that he was, and is not, and shall come. And a second time they say, Hallelujah. And her smoke goeth up for ever and ever. (aiōn g165)
Καὶ δεύτερον εἴρηκαν, “Ἁλληλουϊά! Καὶ ‘ὁ καπνὸς αὐτῆς ἀναβαίνει εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας τῶν αἰώνων’.” (aiōn g165)
And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand. (Abyssos g12)

and cast him into the abyss, and shut [it], and sealed [it] over him, that he should deceive the nations no more, until the thousand years should be finished: after this he must be loosed for a little time. (Abyssos g12)
καὶ ἔβαλεν αὐτὸν εἰς τὴν Ἄβυσσον, καὶ ἔκλεισεν καὶ ἐσφράγισεν ἐπάνω αὐτοῦ, ἵνα μὴ πλανήσῃ ἔτι τὰ ἔθνη, ἄχρι τελεσθῇ τὰ χίλια ἔτη· μετὰ ταῦτα, δεῖ αὐτὸν λυθῆναι μικρὸν χρόνον. (Abyssos g12)
And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and Hades gave up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. (Hadēs g86)

And there shall be night no more; and they need no light of lamp, neither light of sun; for the Lord God shall give them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever. (aiōn g165)
Καὶ νὺξ οὐκ ἔσται ἔτι, καὶ οὐκ ἔχουσιν χρείαν φωτὸς λύχνου καὶ φωτὸς ἡλίου, ὅτι ˚Κύριος ὁ ˚Θεὸς φωτίσει ἐπʼ αὐτούς, καὶ βασιλεύσουσιν εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας τῶν αἰώνων. (aiōn g165)
