< Psalms 103 >

1 [A Psalm] of David. Bless the Lord, O my soul; and all [that is] within me, [bless] his holy name.
Ngen i kapinga Ieowa o lol i mar a saraui!
2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his praises:
Ngen i kapinga Ieowa, o der monokela a kotin wiawia mau ong uk!
3 who forgives all your transgressions, who heals all your diseases;
Me kotin makeki ong uk dip om karos, ap kotin kamauiala om somau kan.
4 who redeems your life from corruption; who crowns you with mercy and compassion;
Me kotin dore uk ala sang ni wasa apwal, me kotin ninie kin uk mak o kalangan;
5 who satisfies your desire with good things: [so that] your youth shall be renewed like [that] of the eagle.
Me kotin kapai uk adar ni om malar, o kotin kapulpul uk ala dueta adler.
6 The Lord executes mercy and judgment for all that are injured.
En Ieowa a wiawia me pung, o a kotin kapungala, me mi ni kalokolok sapung.
7 He made known his ways to Moses, his will to the children of Israel.
A kotin kasale ong Moses al en a meakaros, o ong men Israil a wiawia kan.
8 The Lord is compassionate and pitiful, longsuffering, and full of mercy.
Ieowa me dir en kalangan o mak, a kin kotin kanongama, o a kalangan me lapalap.
9 He will not be always angry; neither will he be wrathful for ever.
A sota kin kotin kaloke aramas ansau karos, o pil sota ongiong kokolata.
10 He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor recompensed us according to our iniquities.
A sota kotin pwain ong kitail duen dip atail, o sota depuk ong kitail duen atail sapung kan.
11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, the Lord has [so] increased his mercy toward them that fear him.
A duen ileile en lang sang sappa, iduen a mak lapalap ong ir, me kin masak i.
12 As far as the east is from the west, [so far] has he removed our transgressions from us.
Duen mas en lang o kapin lang ara doo pasang, iduen a kotin kadooana wei sang kitail dip atail.
13 As a father pities [his] children, the Lord pities them that fear him.
Duen sam amen pokepoke na seri, iduen Kot kotin kupukupura irail, me lan i.
14 For he knows our frame: remember that we are dust.
Pwe a kotin mangi, da me kitail wiaui kida, a kotin mangi, me kitail me pwel par.
15 [As for] man, his days are as grass; as a flower of the field, so shall he flourish.
Aramas amen kin rasong rä, a kin masal pasang dueta wantuka nan sap o.
16 For the wind passes over it, and it shall not be; and it shall know its place no more.
Ma kisiniang pan leler, a soer mia, o a solar asa deu a.
17 But the mercy of the Lord is from generation to generation upon them that fear him, and his righteousness to children's children;
A kalangan en Ieowa pan duedueta kokolata ong ir, me lan i, o a melel ong seri en seri kan,
18 to them that keep his covenant, and remember his commandments to do them.
Ong ir, me kin kolekol a inau, o madamadaua duen a masan kan, pwen kapwaiada.
19 The Lord has prepared his throne in the heaven; and his kingdom rules over all.
Ieowa kotin kauada mol a nanlang, o a kotin kaunda meakan karos.
20 Bless the Lord, all you his angels, mighty in strength, who perform his bidding, [ready] to listen to the voice of his words.
Kapikapinga Ieowa, komail sapwilim a tounlang kan, komail me lapalap akan ni manaman, me kin kapwaiada a masan kan, o peiki ong moat en a masan!
21 Bless the Lord, all you his hosts; [you] ministers of his that do his will.
Kapikapinga Ieowa sapwilim a pokon akan karos, o sapwilim a ladu kan, me kin kapwaiada kupur a!
22 Bless the Lord, all his works, in every place of his dominion: bless the Lord, O my soul.
Kapikapinga Ieowa sapwilim a dipisou kan ni wasa karos, me a kotin kakaun, ngen i kapinga Ieowa!
