Job 32
1 So these three men ceased to answere Iob, because he esteemed himselfe iust.
Hivyo hawa watu watatu walikoma kumjibu Ayubu kwasababu alikuwa ni mwenye haki katika macho yake mwenyewe.
2 Then the wrath of Elihu the sonne of Barachel the Buzite, of the familie of Ram, was kindled: his wrath, I say, was kindled against Iob, because he iustified himselfe more then God.
Ndipo iliwaka hasira ya Elihu mwana wa Barakeli Mbuzi, wa familia ya Ramu, iliwaka dhidi ya Ayubu kwa kuwa alijihesabia haki mwenyewe kuliko Mungu.
3 Also his anger was kindled against his three friends, because they could not finde an answere, and yet condemned Iob.
Hasira ya Elihu iliwaka pia kinyume cha marafiki zake watatu kwasababu hawakupata jibu kwa ajili ya Ayubu, na bado walimhukumu Ayubu.
4 (Now Elihu had wayted til Iob had spoken: for they were more ancient in yeeres then he)
Sasa Elihu alikuwa amemsubiri Ayubu ili aweze kuzungumza naye kwa kuwa watu wengine walikuwa wakubwa kuliko yeye.
5 So when Elihu saw, that there was none answere in the mouth of the three men, his wrath was kindled.
Hata hivyo, wakati Elihu alipoona ya kuwa hapakuwa na jibu katika midomo ya watu hawa watatu, hasira yake iliwaka.
6 Therefore Elihu the sonne of Barachel, the Buzite answered, and sayd, I am yong in yeres, and ye are ancient: therefore I doubted, and was afraide to shewe you mine opinion.
Ndipo Elihu mwana wa Barakeli Mbuzi alinena na kusema, “Mimi ni mdogo, na ninyi ni wazee. Hii ndio sababu nilijizuia na sikuthubutu kuzungumza mawazo yangu mwenyewe.
7 For I said, The dayes shall speake, and the multitude of yeeres shall teach wisedome.
Nilisema, “Urefu wa siku utazungumza; na wingi wa miaka utatufundisha hekima.
8 Surely there is a spirite in man, but the inspiration of the Almightie giueth vnderstanding.
Lakini kuna roho ndani ya mtu; pumzi ya Mwenye nguvu humpa yeye ufahamu.
9 Great men are not alway wise, neither doe the aged alway vnderstand iudgement.
Si tu watu wakubwa ndio wenye hekima, wala watu wazee pekee ambao hufahamu haki.
10 Therefore I say, Heare me, and I will shew also mine opinion.
Hivyo basi nakwambia wewe, “Nisikilizeni mimi; Nitakwambia pia uelewa wangu.'
11 Behold, I did waite vpon your wordes, and hearkened vnto your knowledge, whiles you sought out reasons.
Tazama, niliyasubiria maneno yenu; nilisikiliza hoja zenu wakati mlipokuwa mnafikiri juu ya kile cha kusema.
12 Yea, when I had considered you, lo, there was none of you that reproued Iob, nor answered his wordes:
Hakika, niliwajali sana ninyi, lakini, tazama, hakuna hata mmoja wenu aliyeweza kumshawishi Ayubu wala ambaye aliweza kumjibu maneno yake.
13 Lest ye should say, We haue found wisedome: for God hath cast him downe, and no man.
Iweni waangalifu msije mkasema, 'Tumepata hekima!' Mungu atakuwa amemshinda Ayubu; mtu wa kawaida hawezi akafanya hivyo.
14 Yet hath he not directed his words to me, neyther will I answere him by your wordes.
Kwa kuwa Ayubu hajasema mojamoja maneno yake juu yangu, basi sitamjibu kwa maneno yenu.
15 Then they fearing, answered no more, but left off their talke.
Hawa watu watatu wamep igwa bumbuwazi; hawawezi kuendelea kumjibu Ayubu; hawana neno zaidi la kusema.
16 When I had wayted (for they spake not, but stood still and answered no more)
Je ninapaswa kusubiria kwasababu hawazungumzi, kwa kuwa wamesimama pale kimya na wala hawajibu zaidi?
17 Then answered I in my turne, and I shewed mine opinion.
La, nitajibu pia upande wangu; Nitawaambia pia ufahamu wangu.
18 For I am full of matter, and the spirite within me compelleth me.
Kwa kuwa nimejawa na maneno mengi, roho ndani yangu inanisukuma.
19 Beholde, my belly is as the wine, which hath no vent, and like the new bottels that brast.
Tazama, kifua changu ni kama divai yenye chachu ambayo haina tundu; kama viriba vipya, kiko tayari kupasuka.
20 Therefore will I speake, that I may take breath: I will open my lippes, and will answere.
Nitazungumza ili kwamba niweze kuburudishwa; nitafungua kimya changu na kusema.
21 I will not now accept the person of man, neyther will I giue titles to man.
Sitaonesha upendeleo; wala sitatoa sifa za majina kwa mtu yeyote.
22 For I may not giue titles, lest my Maker should take me away suddenly.
Kwa kuwa sijui namna ya kutoa sifa; kama nitafanya hivyo, Muumba wangu atanikatilia mimi mbali.
