2 Chronicles 3

1 So Salomon began to buyld the house of the Lord in Ierusalem, in mount Moriah which had bene declared vnto Dauid his father, in the place that Dauid prepared in the thresshing floore of Ornan the Iebusite.

۱ و سلیمان شروع کرد به بنا نمودن خانه خداوند در اورشلیم بر کوه موریا، جایی که (خداوند) بر پدرش داود ظاهر شده بود، جایی که داود در خرمنگاه ارنون یبوسی تعیین کرده بود.

2 And he beganne to buylde in the seconde moneth and the second day, in the fourth yeere of his reigne.

۲ و در روز دوم ماه دوم از سال چهارم سلطنت خود به بنا کردن شروع نمود.

3 And these are the measures, whereon Salomon grounded to buylde the house of God: the length of cubites after the first measure was threescore cubites, and the breadth twenty cubites:

۳ و این است اساس هایی که سلیمان برای بنا نمودن خانه خدا نهاد: طولش به ذراعها برحسب پیمایش اول شصت ذراع و عرضش بیست ذراع،

4 And the porch, that was before the length in the front of the breadth was twentie cubits, and the height was an hundreth and twentie, and he ouerlayd it within with pure golde.

۴ و طول رواقی که پیش خانه بود مطابق عرض خانه بیست ذراع، و بلندیش صد و بیست ذراع و اندرونش رابه طلای خالص پوشانید.

5 And the greater house he sieled with firre tree which he ouerlayd with good golde, and graued thereon palme trees and chaines.

۵ و خانه بزرگ را به چوب صنوبر پوشانید و آن را به زر خالص پوشانید، و بر آن درختان خرما و رشته‌ها نقش نمود.

6 And hee ouerlayde the house with precious stone for beautie: and the golde was gold of Paruaim.

۶ و خانه را به سنگهای گرانبها برای زیبایی مرصع ساخت، و طلای آن طلای فروایم بود.

7 The house, I say, the beames, postes, and walles thereof and the doores thereof ouerlayde he with gold, and graued Cherubims vpon the walles.

۷ وتیرها و آستانه‌ها و دیوارها و درهای خانه را به طلا پوشانید و بر دیوارها کروبیان نقش نمود.

8 He made also the house of the most holy place: the length thereof was in the front of the breadth of the house, twenty cubits, and the breadth thereof twentie cubites: and he ouerlayde it with the best golde, of sixe hundreth talents.

۸ و خانه قدس‌الاقداس را ساخت که طولش موافق عرض خانه بیست ذراع، و عرضش بیست ذراع بود، و آن را به زر خالص به مقدار ششصدوزنه پوشانید.

9 And the weight of the nayles was fiftie shekels of golde, and hee ouerlayde the chambers with golde.

۹ و وزن میخها پنجاه مثقال طلابود، و بالاخانه‌ها را به طلا پوشانید.

10 And in the house of the most holy place he made two Cherubims wrought like children, and ouerlayd them with golde.

۱۰ و در خانه قدس‌الاقداس دو کروبی مجسمه کاری ساخت و آنها را به طلا پوشانید.

11 And the winges of the Cherubims were twentie cubites long: the one wing was fiue cubites, reaching to the wall of the house, and the other wing fiue cubites, reaching to the wing of the other Cherub.

۱۱ و طول بالهای کروبیان بیست ذراع بود که بال یکی پنج ذراع بوده، به دیوار خانه می‌رسید و بال دیگرش پنج ذراع بوده، به بال کروبی دیگربرمی خورد.

12 Likewise the wing of ye other Cherub was fiue cubites, reaching to the wall of the house, and the other wing fiue cubites ioyning to the wing of the other Cherub.

۱۲ و بال کروبی دیگر پنج ذراع بوده، به دیوار خانه می‌رسید وبال دیگرش پنج ذراع بوده، به بال کروبی دیگر ملصق می‌شد.

13 The wings of these Cherubims were spread abroade twentie cubites: they stoode on their feete, and their faces were toward the house.

۱۳ وبالهای این کروبیان به قدر بیست ذراع پهن می‌بودو آنها بر پایهای خود ایستاده بودند، و رویهای آنها به سوی اندرون خانه می‌بود.

14 He made also the vaile of blew silke and purple, and crimosin, and fine linen, and wrought Cherubims thereon.

۱۴ و حجاب رااز آسمانجونی و ارغوان و قرمز و کتان نازک ساخت، و کروبیان بر آن نقش نمود.

15 And he made before the house two pillars of fiue and thirtie cubites hie: and the chapiter that was vpon the top of eche of them, was fiue cubites.

۱۵ و پیش خانه دو ستون ساخت که طول آنهاسی و پنج ذراع بود و تاجی که بر سر هر یکی ازآنها بود پنج ذراع بود.

16 He made also chaines for the oracle, and put them on the heads of the pillars, and made an hundreth pomegranates, and put them among the chaines.

۱۶ و رشته‌ها مثل آنهایی که در محراب بود ساخته، آنها را بر سر ستونها نهاد وصد انار ساخته، بر رشته‌ها گذاشت.

17 And he set vp the pillars before the Temple, one on the right hande and the other on the left, and called that on the right hand Iachin, and that on the left hand Boaz.

۱۷ و ستونهارا پیش هیکل یکی به‌دست راست، و دیگری به طرف چپ برپا نمود، و آن را که به طرف راست بود یاکین و آن را که به طرف چپ بود بوعز نام نهاد.
