Hebrews 13
1 Let brotherly love abide.
El amor de la hermandad permanezca entre vosotros.
2 Be not forgetful of hospitality; for by it some have unawares entertained angels.
De la hospitalidad no os olvidéis; porque por esta algunos hospedaron ángeles sin saberlo.
3 Remember prisoners, as bound with [them]; those that are evil-treated, as being yourselves also in [the] body.
Acordáos de los que están en cadenas, como si estuvieseis con ellos encadenados; y de los trabajados, como siendo también vosotros mismos en el cuerpo.
4 [Let] marriage [be held] every way in honour, and the bed [be] undefiled; for fornicators and adulterers will God judge.
Honorable es en todos el matrimonio, y la cama sin mancha; mas a los fornicarios, y a los adúlteros juzgará Dios.
5 [Let your] conversation [be] without love of money, satisfied with [your] present circumstances; for he has said, I will not leave thee, neither will I forsake thee.
Sean las costumbres vuestras sin avaricia, contentos de lo presente; porque él mismo ha dicho: No te dejaré, ni tampoco te desampararé:
6 So that, taking courage, we may say, The Lord [is] my helper, and I will not be afraid: what will man do unto me?
De tal manera que digamos confiadamente: El Señor es mi ayudador: no temeré lo que me pueda hacer hombre.
7 Remember your leaders who have spoken to you the word of God; and considering the issue of their conversation, imitate their faith.
Acordáos de vuestros pastores, que os han hablado la palabra de Dios: la fe de los cuales imitád, considerando cual haya sido la salida de su conversación.
Jesu Cristo el mismo ayer, y hoy, y por los siglos. (aiōn g165)
9 Be not carried away with various and strange doctrines; for [it is] good that the heart be confirmed with grace, not meats; those who have walked in which have not been profited by [them].
No seáis llevados de acá para allá por doctrinas diversas y extrañas; porque buena cosa es que el corazón sea afirmado por la gracia, no por viandas, que nunca aprovecharon a los que anduvieron en ellas.
10 We have an altar of which they have no right to eat who serve the tabernacle;
Tenemos un altar del cual no tienen facultad de comer los que sirven al tabernáculo.
11 for of those beasts whose blood is carried [as sacrifices for sin] into the [holy of] holies by the high priest, of these the bodies are burned outside the camp.
Porque de los animales, la sangre de los cuales es metida por el pecado en el santuario por el sumo sacerdote, los cuerpos son quemados fuera del real.
12 Wherefore also Jesus, that he might sanctify the people by his own blood, suffered without the gate:
Por lo cual Jesús también, para santificar al pueblo por su propia sangre, padeció fuera de la puerta.
13 therefore let us go forth to him without the camp, bearing his reproach:
Salgamos pues a él fuera del real, llevando su baldón.
14 for we have not here an abiding city, but we seek the coming one.
Porque no tenemos aquí ciudad permaneciente, mas buscamos la por venir.
15 By him therefore let us offer [the] sacrifice of praise continually to God, that is, [the] fruit of [the] lips confessing his name.
Así que ofrezcamos por medio de él a Dios siempre sacrificio de alabanza, es a saber, fruto de labios que confiesan a su nombre.
16 But of doing good and communicating [of your substance] be not forgetful, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
Empero del bien hacer, y de la comunicación no os olvidéis; porque de tales sacrificios se agrada Dios.
17 Obey your leaders, and be submissive; for they watch over your souls as those that shall give account; that they may do this with joy, and not groaning, for this [would be] unprofitable for you.
Obedecéd a vuestros pastores, y sujetáos a ellos; porque ellos velan por vuestras almas, como aquellos que han de dar la cuenta; para que lo hagan con alegría, y no gimiendo; porque esto no os es útil.
18 Pray for us: for we persuade ourselves that we have a good conscience, in all things desirous to walk rightly.
Orád por nosotros; porque confiamos que tenemos buena conciencia, deseando de comportarnos bien en todo.
19 But I much more beseech [you] to do this, that I may the more quickly be restored to you.
Y más os ruego que lo hagáis así; para que yo os sea más presto restituido.
20 But the God of peace, who brought again from among [the] dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, in [the power of the] blood of [the] eternal covenant, (aiōnios g166)
Y el Dios de paz, que retrajo de entre los muertos a nuestro Señor Jesu Cristo, al gran Pastor de las ovejas, por la sangre del concierto eterno, (aiōnios g166)
21 perfect you in every good work to the doing of his will, doing in you what is pleasing before him through Jesus Christ; to whom [be] glory for the ages of ages. Amen. (aiōn g165)
Os haga aptos en toda obra buena para que hagáis su voluntad, haciendo él en vosotros lo que es agradable delante de él por Jesu Cristo: al cual es gloria por siglos de siglos. Amén. (aiōn g165)
22 But I beseech you, brethren, bear the word of exhortation, for it is but in few words that I have written to you.
Ruégoos empero, hermanos, que suportéis esta palabra de exhortación, porque os he escrito brevemente.
23 Know that our brother Timotheus is set at liberty; with whom, if he should come soon, I will see you.
Sabéd que nuestro hermano Timoteo es suelto, con el cual, si viniere más presto, he de veros.
24 Salute all your leaders, and all the saints. They from Italy salute you.
Saludád a todos vuestros pastores, y a todos los santos. Los de Italia os saludan.
25 Grace [be] with you all. Amen.
La gracia sea con todos vosotros. Amén. Fue escrita a los Hebreos desde Italia por Timoteo.
