Psalms 97
1 For David, when his land is established. The Lord reigns, let the earth exult, let many islands rejoice.
Olúwa jẹ ọba, jẹ́ kí ayé kí ó yọ̀ jẹ́ kí inú ọ̀pọ̀lọpọ̀ erékùṣù kí ó dùn.
2 Cloud, and darkness are round about him; righteousness and judgement are the establishment of his throne.
Ojú ọ̀run àti òkùnkùn yíká òdodo àti ìdájọ́ ni ó ṣe ìpilẹ̀ṣẹ̀ ìtẹ́ rẹ̀.
3 Fire shall go before him, and burn up his enemies round about.
Iná ń jó níwájú rẹ̀. Ó sì ń jó àwọn ọ̀tá rẹ̀ yíkákiri.
4 His lightnings appeared to the world; the earth saw, and trembled.
Ìmọ́lẹ̀ rẹ̀ tàn ó sì kárí ayé ayé rí i ó sì wárìrì.
5 The mountains melted like wax at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.
Òkè gíga yọ́ gẹ́gẹ́ bí ìda níwájú Olúwa, níwájú Olúwa gbogbo ayé.
6 The heavens have declared his righteousness, and all the people have seen his glory.
Àwọn ọ̀run ròyìn òdodo rẹ̀, gbogbo ènìyàn sì rí ògo rẹ̀.
7 Let all that worship graven images be ashamed, who boast of their idols; worship him, all you his angels.
Gbogbo àwọn tí ń sin ère fínfín ni ojú yóò tì, àwọn tí ń fi ère gbéraga, ẹ máa sìn ín, gbogbo ẹ̀yin ọlọ́run!
8 Sion heard and rejoiced; and the daughters of Judea exulted, because of your judgements, O Lord.
Sioni gbọ́, inú rẹ̀ sì dùn inú àwọn ilé Juda sì dùn, nítorí ìdájọ́ rẹ, Olúwa.
9 For you are Lord most high over all the earth; you are greatly exalted above all gods.
Nítorí pé ìwọ, Olúwa, ni ó ga ju gbogbo ayé lọ ìwọ ni ó ga ju gbogbo òrìṣà lọ.
10 You that love the Lord, hate evil; the Lord preserves the souls of his saints; he shall deliver them from the hand of sinners.
Jẹ kí gbogbo àwọn tí ó fẹ́ Olúwa, kórìíra ibi, ó pa ọkàn àwọn ènìyàn mímọ́ rẹ̀ mọ́ ó gbà wọ́n ní ọwọ́ àwọn ènìyàn búburú.
11 Light is sprung up for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.
Ìmọ́lẹ̀ tàn sórí àwọn olódodo àti ayọ̀ nínú àlàyé ọkàn.
12 Rejoice in the Lord, you righteous; and give thanks for a remembrance of his holiness.
Ẹ yọ̀ nínú Olúwa, ẹ̀yin tí ẹ jẹ́ olódodo, kí ẹ sì yin orúkọ rẹ̀ mímọ́.
