Psalms 43

1 Vindicate me, O God, and plead my case against an ungodly nation; deliver me from deceitful and unjust men.

၁အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်အမှု၌ တရားဆုံးဖြတ် တော်မူပါ။ ကရုဏာမရှိသော လူမျိုးတဘက်ကနေ၍ အကျွန်ုပ်အမှုကို စောင့်တော်မူပါ။ သစ္စာမရှိ၊ မတရား သောသူ၏လက်မှ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်လွှတ်တော်မူပါ။

2 For You are the God of my refuge. Why have You rejected me? Why must I walk in sorrow because of the enemy’s oppression?

၂ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ခိုလှုံရာ ဘုရား ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုအဘယ်ကြောင့် စွန့်ပစ်တော်မူ သနည်း။ ရန်သူညှဉ်းဆဲနှိပ်စက်ခြင်းကိုခံရ၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ကြမ်းတမ်းသော အဝတ်ကိုဝတ်လျက် အဘယ် ကြောင့် နေရပါသနည်း။

3 Send out Your light and Your truth; let them lead me. Let them bring me to Your holy mountain, and to the place where You dwell.

၃အလင်းတော်နှင့်သစ္စာတော်ကို စေလွှတ်တော်မူ ပါ။ သူတို့သည် လမ်းပြ၍ သန့်ရှင်းသောတောင်တော်သို့၎င်း၊ တဲတော်သို့၎င်း အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ပို့ဆောင်ပါစေသော။

4 Then I will go to the altar of God, to God, my greatest joy. I will praise You with the harp, O God, my God.

၄သို့ပြုလျှင် ဘုရားသခင်၏ ယဇ်ပလ္လင်သို့၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ဝမ်းမြောက်ရွှင်လန်းရာ ဘုရားသခင်ထံတော် သို့၎င်း အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ရောက်လာ၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို စောင်းတီးလျက် ချီးမွမ်းထောမနာပြုပါမည်ဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ဘုရား။

5 Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why the unease within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise Him, my Savior and my God.

၅အိုငါ့ဝိညာဉ်၊ သင်သည်အဘယ်ကြောင့် ညှိုးငယ် သနည်း။ ငါ့အထဲမှာအဘယ်ကြောင့် မငြိမ်မဝပ်ရှိသ နည်း။ ဘုရားသခင်ကို မြော်လင့်လျက်နေလော့။ ငါ့ကို ကယ်တင်တော်မူသောအရှင်၊ ငါကိုးကွယ်သောဘုရား သခင်၏ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ငါချီးမွမ်းထောမနာ ပြုရလေအံ့ သတည်း။
