Izaiáš 65

1 Dal jsem se najíti těm, kteříž se na mne neptávali, nalezen jsem od těch, kteříž mne nehledali, a národu, kterýž se nenazýval jménem mým, řekl jsem: Teď jsem, teď jsem.

I have bene sought of them that asked not: I was found of them that sought me not: I sayd, Beholde me, beholde me, vnto a nation that called not vpon my Name.

2 Rozprostíral jsem ruce své na každý den k lidu zpurnému, kteříž chodí cestou nedobrou za myšlénkami svými,

I haue spred out mine handes all the day vnto a rebellious people, which walked in a way that was not good, euen after their owne imaginations:

3 K lidu, kteříž zjevně popouzejí mne ustavičně, obětujíce v zahradách, a kadíce na cihlách,

A people that prouoked me euer vnto my face: that sacrificeth in gardens, and burneth incense vpon brickes.

4 Kteříž sedají při hrobích, a při svých modlách nocují, kteříž jedí maso sviňské, a polívku nečistého z nádob svých,

Which remaine among the graues, and lodge in the desarts, which eate swines flesh, and the broth of things polluted are in their vessels.

5 Říkajíce: Táhni preč, nepřistupuj ke mně, nebo světější jsem nežli ty. Tiť jsou dymem v chřípích mých a ohněm hořícím přes celý den.

Which say, Stand apart, come not neere to me: for I am holier then thou: these are a smoke in my wrath and a fire that burneth all the day.

6 Aj, zapsáno jest to přede mnou: Nebuduť mlčeti, nýbrž nahradím a odplatím do lůna jejich,

Beholde, it is written before me: I wil not keepe silence, but will render it and recompense it into their bosome.

7 Za nepravosti vaše, a spolu za nepravosti otců vašich, praví Hospodin, kteříž kadívali na horách, a na pahrbcích v lehkost uvodili mne; pročež odměřím za dílo jejich předešlé do lůna jejich.

Your iniquities and the iniquities of your fathers shalbe together (sayth the Lord) which haue burnt incense vpon the mountaines, and blasphemed me vpon the hilles: therefore wil I measure their olde worke into their bosome.

8 Takto praví Hospodin: Jako někdo nalezna víno v hroznu, i řekl by: Nekaz ho, proto že požehnání jest v něm, tak i já učiním pro služebníky své, že nevyhladím všech těchto.

Thus sayth the Lord, As the wine is found in the cluster, and one sayth, Destroy it not, for a blessing is in it, so will I doe for my seruants sakes, that I may not destroy them whole.

9 Nebo vyvedu z Jákoba símě, a z Judy toho, kterýž by dědičně obdržel hory mé, i budou ji dědičně držeti vyvolení moji, a služebníci moji bydliti budou tam.

But I will bring a seede out of Iaakob, and out of Iudah, that shall inherit my mountaine: and mine elect shall inherit it, and my seruants shall dwell there.

10 Lid pak můj, kteříž by mne hledali, budou míti Sáron za pastviště ovcím, a údolí Achor za odpočivadlo skotům.

And Sharon shalbe a sheepefolde, and the valley of Achor shalbe a resting place for the cattell of my people, that haue sought me.

11 Ale vás, kteříž opouštíte Hospodina, kteříž se zapomínáte na horu svatosti mé, kteříž strojíte vojsku tomu stůl, a kteříž vykonáváte tomu počtu oběti,

But ye are they that haue forsaken the Lord and forgotten mine holy Mountaine, and haue prepared a table for the multitude, and furnish the drinke offerings vnto the number.

12 Vás, pravím, sečtu pod meč, tak že všickni vy k zabití na kolena padati budete, proto že, když jsem volal, neohlásili jste se, mluvil jsem, a neslyšeli jste, ale činili jste to, což zlého jest před očima mýma, a to, čehož neoblibuji, vyvolili jste.

Therefore wil I number you to the sword, and all you shall bowe downe to the slaughter, because I called, and ye did not answere: I spake, and ye heard not, but did euil in my sight, and did chuse that thing which I would not.

13 A protož takto dí Panovník Hospodin: Aj, služebníci moji jísti budou, vy pak hlad trpěti budete: aj, služebníci moji píti budou, vy pak žízniti budete; aj, služebníci moji veseliti se budou, vy pak zahanbeni budete.

Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Beholde, my seruants shall eate, and ye shalbe hungrie: beholde, my seruants shall drinke, and ye shall be thirstie: beholde, my seruants shall reioyce, and ye shalbe ashamed.

14 Aj, služebníci moji prozpěvovati budou pro radost srdce, vy pak křičeti budete pro bolest srdce, a pro setření ducha kvíliti budete,

Beholde, my seruants shall sing for ioye of heart, and ye shall crye for sorow of heart, and shall howle for vexation of minde.

15 A zanecháte jména svého k proklínání vyvoleným mým, když vás pomorduje Panovník Hospodin, služebníky pak své nazůve jménem jiným.

And ye shall leaue your name as a curse vnto my chosen: for the Lord God shall slay you and call his seruants by another name.

16 Ten, kterýž bude sobě požehnání dávati na zemi, požehnání dávati sobě bude v Bohu pravém, a kdož přisahati bude na zemi, přisahati bude skrze Boha pravého; v zapomenutí zajisté dána budou ta ssoužení první, a budou skryta od očí mých.

He that shall blesse in the earth, shall blesse himselfe in the true God, and he that sweareth in the earth, shall sweare by the true God: for the former troubles are forgotten, and shall surely hide themselues from mine eyes.

17 Nebo aj, já stvořím nebesa nová a zemi novou, a nebudou připomínány první věci, aniž vstoupí na srdce.

For lo, I will create newe heauens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembred nor come into minde.

18 Anobrž radujte se a veselte se na věky věků z toho, což já stvořím; nebo aj, já stvořím Jeruzalém k plésání, a lid jeho k radosti.

But be you glad and reioyce for euer in the things that I shall create: for beholde, I will create Ierusalem, as a reioycing and her people as a ioye,

19 I já plésati budu v Jeruzalémě, a radovati se v lidu svém, aniž se více bude slýchati v něm hlasu pláče, aneb hlasu křiku.

And I wil reioyce in Ierusalem, and ioye in my people, and the voyce of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voyce of crying.

20 Nebude tam více žádného v věku dětinském, ani starce, kterýž by dnů svých nevyplnil; nebo dítě ve stu letech umře, hříšníku pak, by došel i sta let, zlořečeno bude.

There shall be no more there a childe of yeeres, nor an olde man that hath not filled his dayes: for he that shall be an hundreth yeeres old, shall dye as a yong man: but the sinner being an hundreth yeeres olde shall be accursed.

21 Nastavějí též domů, a bydliti budou v nich, i vinice štěpovati budou, a jísti budou ovoce jejich.

And they shall build houses and inhabite them, and they shall plant vineyards, and eate the fruite of them.

22 Nebudou stavěti tak, aby jiný bydlil, nebudou štěpovati, aby jiný jedl; nebo jako dnové dřeva budou dnové lidu mého, a díla rukou svých do zvetšení užívati budou vyvolení moji.

They shall not build, and another inhabite: they shall not plant, and another eate: for as the dayes of the tree are the dayes of my people, and mine elect shall inioye in olde age the worke of their handes.

23 Nebudouť pracovati nadarmo, aniž ploditi budou k strachu; nebo budou símě požehnaných od Hospodina, i potomkové jejich s nimi.

They shall not labour in vaine, nor bring forth in feare: for they are the seede of the blessed of the Lord, and their buds with them.

24 Nadto stane se, že prvé než volati budou, já se ohlásím; ještě mluviti budou, a já vyslyším.

Yea, before they call, I will answere, and whiles they speake, I will heare.

25 Vlk s beránkem budou se pásti spolu, a lev jako vůl bude jísti plevy, hadu pak za pokrm bude prach. Neuškodíť, aniž zahubí na vší mé hoře svaté, praví Hospodin.

The wolfe and the lambe shall feede together, and the lyon shall eate strawe like the bullocke: and to the serpent dust shall be his meate. They shall no more hurt nor destroy in all mine holy Mountaine, saith the Lord.
