1 Pakai hi iti loupia hitam, ichangei a pachat dinga lom hitam, iPathen’u chu akhopia acheng’in alhangtheng’a atou in ahi!
GREAT is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness.
2 Hichehi asang’in ahoilamdang’e. Leiset pumpi’n mu ding atup un athanom cheh ui. Lhangtheng Zion molhoi hi leng thupipa chenna khopi ahi!
Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.
3 Pathen amatah chu Jerusalem indan sung’a chun acheng’in ahi Amatah hi avengbit’a pang ahi akilang doh e.
God is known in her palaces for a refuge.
4 Vannoi mite lengho akigom’un hiche khopi dounan ahin nokhum’un ahi.
For, lo, the kings were assembled, they passed by together.
5 Ahinla amahon amuchet phat’un atangchot jeng’un atijauvin ajammang gamtauve.
They saw it, and so they marvelled; they were troubled, and hasted away.
6 Amaho chu tijatnan numei naonei hon hahsatna atobang’in akithingleu jeng’un ahi.
Fear took hold upon them there, and pain, as of a woman in travail.
7 Ahin nang’in Tarshishte kong thupitah ho solam huijin asuhset bang’in nasuse tan ahi.
Thou breakest the ships of Tarshish with an east wind.
8 Keihon hiche khopi loupina chu kanajaovin tunvang Pathen hatchungnung khopi chu keiho tah’in kamuchen tauvin ahi. Hiche hi iPathen’u khopi ahi; Aman tonsot'a ahoi doh dig ahi.
As we have heard, so have we seen in the city of the Lord of hosts, in the city of our God: God will establish it for ever. (Selah)
9 O Pathen, na houin theng sunga nangma kavahchoi lai un nami ngailut na longlou chu kagel jing ui.
We have thought of thy lovingkindness, O God, in the midst of thy temple.
10 O Pathen namin ja dia kilom tah ahibang in leiset kolmong geija vahchoi naum ding ahi. Najet lam ban thahat chu galjona a dimset ahi.
According to thy name, O God, so is thy praise unto the ends of the earth: thy right hand is full of righteousness.
11 Zion mol’a mipiho kipah uhen. Judah khopiho nathutan dihjeh hin kipah uhen.
Let mount Zion rejoice, let the daughters of Judah be glad, because of thy judgments.
12 Vo Pathen mite cheuvin Zion khopi gakholchen’un akimvel’a kijot uvin ainsangho jong gasim’un.
Walk about Zion, and go round about her: tell the towers thereof.
13 Akhopi jouse jong gachon uvin lang akulpi bang nasa taho jong melchih’un, chule nang hon nason nachilhah teu naseipeh thei diu ahi.
Mark ye well her bulwarks, consider her palaces; that ye may tell it to the generation following.
14 Ajeh chu Amahi hitobang mong Pathen ahi. Amahi tonsot tonsot geija dinga ipathen’u ahin Aman ithi tokah uva eipui hoi diu ahi.
For this God is our God for ever and ever: he will be our guide even unto death.
