2 Te vaengah ol ue la pang tih, “Tim coeng Babylon puei te tim coeng. Te dongah rhaithae rhoek kah khosaknah hmuen neh rhalawt mueihla boeih kah thongim, rhalawt vathawt boeih kah thongim, rhalawt satlung neh hmuhuet koi boeih kah thongim la poeh coeng.
And he cried out in (a mighty *N(k)O*) voice (loud *K*) saying: Fallen Fallen is Babylon the great And she has become a habitation (of demons *N(k)O*) and a prison of every spirit unclean and a prison of every bird unclean (and a prison of every creature unclean *NO*) and hated,
3 A Cukhalnah thinsa misurtui te namtom boeih loh a ok uh tih diklai manghai rhoek tah anih taengah cukhalh uh. A thaomnah neh pangdoknah lamkah diklai hnoyoi rhoek loh a khueh tawn uh,” a ti.
For of the wine of the wrath of the sexual immorality of her (they have drunk *N(k)O*) all the nations, and the kings of the earth with her committed sexual immorality, and the merchants of the earth through the power of the sensuality of her were enriched.

do give back to her as also she has rendered (to you *k*) and do pay back double (to her *k*) (the *no*) twofold according to the works of her. In the cup which she has mixed, do mix to her double.
7 Amah tah muep thangpom uh tih pang a dok. Anih te heyet tah phaepnah neh ngueknah pae uh. A thinko ah tah, “Boeinu’ la ka ngol tih nuhmai la ka om pawh. Te dongah ngueknah ka ming loeng loeng mahpawh,” a ti.
So much as she has glorified herself and lived in luxury, so much do give to her torment and misery, because in the heart of herself she says that I sit [as] a queen and a widow never I am and mourning certainly not shall I see.
8 Te dongah a lucik tah khohnin pakhat ah dueknah, ngueknah, khokha la ha pawk vetih hmai neh a hoeh ni. Boeipa Pathen aka tlung loh anih te lai a tloek thil coeng.
Because of this in one day will come the plagues of her, death and misery and famine, and with fire she will be burned up, because mighty [is the] Lord God the [One] (having judged *N(k)O*) her.
9 Te dongah a taengah cukhalh neh pang aka dok diklai manghai rhoek loh a ung kah hmaikhu te a hmuh uh vaengah anih ham rhap uh vetih a rhaengsae uh ni.
And (they will weep *N(k)O*) ([for] her *k*) and they will wail for her the kings of the earth the [ones who] with her having committed sexual immorality and having lived luxuriously, when they may see the smoke of the burning of her
10 A phaepnah te rhihnah neh hoei pai uh vetih, “Anunae, anunae, kho puei Babylon kho tlung te khonoek pakhat neh nang kah laitloeknah ha pawk ca,” a ti uh.
from afar standing because of the fear of the torment of her saying: Woe woe you who [are] the city great Babylon the city strong! For (in *k*) one hour has come the judgment of you.
11 Diklai hnoyoi rhoek tah rhap uh tih a soah nguek uh. Amih kah hnopai te a lai pah voel pawt dongah.
And the merchants of the earth (weep *NK(o)*) and (they mourn *NK(o)*) for (her, *N(k)O*) because the cargo of them no [one] buys no longer no longer
12 Hnopai te sui neh ngun khaw, lung vang neh laitha khaw, hnithen neh daidi hni, puu a nukyum, thing botui neh vueino hno cungkuem boeih khaw, thing then tubael boeih khaw, rhohum khaw, thi khaw, lungbok khaw,
cargo of gold and of silver and of stone precious and (of pearls *N(k)O*) and (of fine linen [things] *N(k)O*) and (of purple cloth *NK(o)*) and of silk and of scarlet and all wood citron and every article of ivory and every article of wood most precious and of bronze and of iron and of marble
13 Thingsa khaw, anhoi khaw, bo-ul khaw, botui khaw, hmueihtui khaw, misurtui khaw, situi khaw, vaidam khaw, cang khaw, saelhung khaw, tu khaw, marhang khaw, leng khaw, pumsa rhoek khaw, hlang mueihla khaw lai uh voel pawh.
and cinnamon (and spice *NO*) and incense and myrrh and frankincense and wine and oil and finest flour and wheat and cattle and sheep and of horses and of chariots and of slaves and souls of men.
14 Na hinglu kah hoehhamnah na thaih hmin te khaw nang lamkah khum coeng. A kuel a pang neh a cim thik boeih khaw nang lamloh poci coeng. Te rhoek te phoe loengloeng voel mahpawh.
And the ripe fruit of you of the desire of the soul are departed from you, and all the sumptuous things and the splendid things (were destroyed *N(k)O*) from you, and no longer no longer certainly not them (they will find. *N(K)(o)*)
15 Anih lamkah aka khuehtawn hnoyoi rhoek tah a phaepnah te rhihnah neh a hla lamkah pai uh vetih a rhah neh nguek uh ni.
The merchants of these things which having been enriched from her from afar will stand because of the fear of the torment of her weeping and mourning,
16 Anunae, anunae, khopuei khotung aih., hnithen, daidi neh a nukyum aka bai, sui, lungto lungvang, laitha neh aka thoeihcam uh aih.
(and *k*) saying: Woe woe you who [are] the city great, which having been clothed with fine linen and purple and scarlet and adorned with (gold [things] *N(k)O*) and with stone precious and (with pearl! *N(K)O*)
17 Khuehtawn heyet loh khonoek pakhat ah a poeih mai,” a ti uh. Sangpho boei boeih neh hmuen tom la aka hlaikan sangpho hlang rhoek khaw, tuitunli kah a saii boeih long khaw a hla lamkah pai uh.
Since in one hour has been brought to desolation so great wealth. And every shipmaster and every [one] who on (a place *NO*) (of the *k*) (sailing *N(k)O*) (the multitudes *K*) and sailors and as many as the sea trade by at a distance stood
18 Anih a ung kah hmaikhu te a hmuh uh vaengah pang uh tih, “kho puei te metlam phek a om?” a ti uh.
and (were crying out *NK(o)*) (seeing *N(k)O*) the smoke of the burning of her saying; What [is] like as the city great?
19 A lu ah lainaeng khaw a phul uh tih pang uh. Rhap uh tih nguek uh. Anunae, anunae kho puei aih te, a khohrhang lamloh tuitunli ah sangpho aka khueh boeih loh a khuehtawn uh te khonoek pakhat loh a poeih mai,” a ti uh.
And they cast dust upon the heads of them and (they were crying out *NK(o)*) weeping and mourning (and *o*) saying: Woe woe the city great, in which were enriched all those having ships in the sea through the wealth of her! Since in one hour she has been desolated.
20 Vaan neh, hlangcim rhoek neh, caeltueih rhoek neh, tonghma rhoek aw anih te uum laeh. Nangmih kah laitloeknah te anih soah Pathen loh lai a tloek coeng.
do rejoice over (her, *N(k)O*) O heaven and you saints (and *no*) you apostles and you prophets, because did judge God the judgment for you against her.
21 Te phoeiah puencawn aka tlung pakhat loh phaklung len bang lungto te a phil tih tuitunli la a voeih. Babylon kho puei tah kuthlahnah neh a voeih pai vetih koep phoe voel mahpawh.
And took up one angel a mighty stone like (a millstone *N(k)O*) great and cast [it] into the sea saying: Thus with violence will be cast down Babylon the great city and certainly not may be found any longer.
22 Rhotoeng tum rhoek, lamcawn rhoek, phavit tum rhoek, oluengkung rhoek kah ol khaw na khuiah na ya voel bal mahpawh. Kutthai boeih khaw na khuiah bungkhutnah hmuh voel bal mahpawh. Phaklung ol khaw na khuiah na ya voel bal mahpawh.
And sound of harpists and musicians and flute players and trumpeters certainly not may be heard in you any longer, And any craftsmen of any craft certainly not may be found in you any longer, and [the] sound of a millstone certainly not may be heard in you any longer,
23 Hmaiim a vangnah khaw na khuiah vang voel bal mahpawh. Yulokung neh vasakung kah ol khaw na khuiah na ya voel bal mahpawh. Na rhunsi khuehnah lamloh namtom boeih a rhaithi dongah na hnoyoi rhoek te diklai hlanglen la om uh.
And [the] light of lamp certainly not may shine in you any longer, and [the] voice of a bridegroom and a bride certainly not may be heard in you any longer, for the merchants of you were the great ones of the earth, because by the sorcery of you were deceived all the nations.
24 Tedae a ah tonghma rhoek, hlangcim rhoek neh diklai hmankah a ngawn uh boeih kah a thii te a hmuh coeng.
And in her ([the] blood *N(k)O*) of prophets and of saints was found and of all those slain on the earth.
