1 Te phoeiah miknoek a len vaan ah tueng. Huta loh khomik te a bai tih a kho te hla a tloeng thil. A lu ah aisi hlainit aka om rhuisam te a khuem.
And a great sign was seen in heaven: a A woman clothed with the sun, and with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars.
2 Bungvawn la om tih cacun bungtloh neh aka tlo bangla pang.
And she was with child; and she gave a cry, in the pains of childbirth.
3 Vaan ah miknoek a tloe tueng coeng. Tuihnam a len a ling la ke. A lu parhih, ki parha neh a lu ah lukhuem parhih a khueh.
And there was seen another sign in heaven; a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his heads seven crowns.
4 A mai loh vaan kah aisi hlop thum te a hlan tih lai la a hlak. Te vaengah tuihnam tah thang tom nu hmaiah pai. A thang vaengah a ca dolh pah ham te.
And his tail was pulling a third part of the stars of heaven down to the earth, and the dragon took his place before the woman who was about to give birth, so that when the birth had taken place he might put an end to her child.
5 Te vaengah ca tongpa a cun. Anih tah thi conghol neh namtom boeih dawndah ham cai coeng. A ca te Pathen taeng neh a ngolkhoel taengla a poelyoe.
And she gave birth to a son, a male child, who was to have rule over all the nations with a rod of iron: and her child was taken up to God and to his high seat.
6 Te dongah huta tah khosoek la rhaelrham. Te ah te Pathen lamloh a rhoekbah pah hmuen a khueh. Te ah ni anih te khohnin thawngkhat yahnih sawmrhuk a khut eh.
And the woman went in flight to the waste land, where she has a place made ready by God, so that there they may give her food a thousand, two hundred and sixty days.
7 Te vaengah vaan ah caem thoo tih Maikhael neh a puencawn rhoek loh tuihnam te a tloek. Tuihnam neh a puencawn rhoek long khaw a tloek uh van dae noeng uh pawh.
And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels going out to the fight with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels made war,
8 Vaan ah a hmuen hmu voel pawh.
And they were overcome, and there was no more place for them in heaven.
9 Te dongah tuihnam puei, khosuen kah rhul tah a voeih coeng. Te tah rhaithae neh Satan la a khue. Te long te lunglai boeih a rhaithi dongah diklai la a voeih. Te vaengah a puencawn rhoek tah amah neh a voeih.
And the great dragon was forced down, the old snake, who is named the Evil One and Satan, by whom all the earth is turned from the right way; he was forced down to the earth, and his angels were forced down with him.
10 Te vaengah vaan ah ol ue ka yaak tih, “Khangnah, thaomnah, mamih kah Pathen ram neh Khrih kah saithainah tah ha pai coeng. Mamih manuca rhoek kah paelnaehkung tah a voeih coeng. Anih loh amih te mamih kah Pathen hmaiah khoyin khothaih a paelnaeh.
And a great voice in heaven came to my ears, saying, Now is come the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ: because he who says evil against our brothers before our God day and night is forced down.
11 Tedae amih manuca rhoek tah tuca thii, amamih kah laipainah olka, rhangneh Satan te a noeng uh. Te dongah a duek duela hinglu te lungnah pawh.
And they overcame him through the blood of the Lamb and the word of their witness; and loving not their lives they freely gave themselves up to death.
12 Te dongah vaan neh a khuiah aka rhaeh rhoek loh uum tangloeng saeh. Anunae diklai neh tuitunli aih te. A thae loh a tue a yool a khueh te a ming dongah nangmih taengla thinsanah muep han khuen tih ha suntla coeng,” a ti.
Be glad then, O heavens, and you who are in them. But there is trouble for the earth and the sea: because the Evil One has come down to you, being very angry, having the knowledge that he has but a short time.
13 Tuihnam loh diklai la a tlak te a ming vaengah tongpa aka cun huta te a hnaemtaek.
And when the dragon saw that he was forced down to the earth, he made cruel attacks on the woman who gave birth to the male child.
14 Tedae khosoek kah amah hmuen la ding sak ham huta te atha phae a len panit a paek coeng. Rhul hmai lamloh a nong phoeiah te ah te a kum bal kum bal kum langboeng khaw a khut.
And there were given to the woman two wings of a great eagle, so that she might go in flight into the waste land, to her place, where she is given food for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the snake.
15 Te vaengah rhul loh a ka lamkah tui te huta hnukah tuiva bangla a phuh tih, anih te yo sak ham a saii.
And the snake sent out of his mouth after the woman a river of water, so that she might be taken away by the stream.
16 Tedae diklai loh huta te a bom. Te dongah diklai loh a ka a ang tih tuihnam loh a ka lamkah a phuh tuiva te a dolh pah.
And the earth gave help to the woman, and with open mouth took up the river which the dragon sent out of his mouth.
17 Tuihnam te khaw huta soah kosi a hong tih a tiingan a hoei rhoek, Pathen kah olpaek aka khoem tih Jesuh kah olphong aka khueh rhoek te caem la saii ham cet.
And the dragon was angry with the woman and went away to make war on the rest of her seed, who keep the orders of God, and the witness of Jesus:
