Hebreohanon 3

1 Busa, mga igsoong balaan, kauban sa langitnong pagtawag, palandungi si Jesus, ang Apostol ug ang Labaw nga Pari sa atong pagsugid.

Wherfore holy brethren partakers of the celestiall callinge cosyder the embasseatour and hye prest of oure profession Christ Iesus

2 Siya matinud-anon sa Dios, nga nagpili kaniya, sama nga si Moises matinud-anon usab sa tanan nga panimalay sa Dios.

which was faythfull to him that made him even as was Moses in all his housse.

3 Kay si Jesus giila nga takos sa labi pang dako nga himaya kaysa kang Moises, tungod kay ang usa nga nagtukod sa usa ka balay labaw nga gipasidunggan kaysa balay.

And this man was counted worthy of more glory then Moses: In as moche as he which hath prepared the housse hath most honoure in the housse.

4 Kay ang matag balay gitukod pinaagi sa usa ka tawo, apan ang usa nga nagtukod sa tanang butang mao ang Dios.

Every housse is prepared of some man. But he that ordeyned all thinges is god.

5 Si Moises nagmatinud-anon gayod ingon nga usa ka sulugoon sa tibuok panimalay sa Dios, nga nagpamatuod mahitungod sa mga butang nga mahimong isulti sa umaabot.

And Moses verely was faythfull in all his housse as a minister to beare witnes of tho thinges which shuld be spoken afterwarde.

6 Apan si Cristo mao ang Anak nga gipiyalan sa panimalay sa Dios. Kita mao ang iyang balay kung atong kuptan pag-ayo ang atong pagsalig ug garbo sa pagsalig.

But Christ as a sonne hath rule over the housse whose housse are we so that we hold fast the confydence and the reioysynge of that hope vnto the ende.

7 Busa, sama kini sa giingon sa Balaang Espiritu, “Karon, kung madungog ninyo ang iyang tingog,

Wherfore as the holy goost sayth: to daye if ye shall heare his voyce

8 Ayaw pagahia ang inyong mga kasingkasing sama sa gibuhat nga pagsupak sa mga Israelita, sa panahon sa pagsulay didto sa kamingawan.

harden not youre hertes after the rebellyon in the daye of temptacion in the wildernes

9 Nahitabo kini sa dihang ang inyong mga katigulangan misupak pinaagi sa pagsulay kanako, ug nakita nila ang akong mga buhat sulod sa 40 ka tuig.

where youre fathers tempted me proved me and sawe my workes xl. yeare longe.

10 Busa ako wala mahimuot niana nga kaliwatan. Ako miingon, 'Kanunay silang mahisalaag diha sa ilang mga kasingkasing, ug wala sila masayod sa akong mga paagi.'

Wherfore I was greved wt ye generacio and sayde. They erre ever in their hertes: they verely have not knowe my wayes

11 Sama kini sa akong gipanumpa sa akong kasuko: dili gayod sila makasulod sa akong kapahulayan.”

so that I sware in my wrathe that they shuld not enter into my rest.

12 Pagbantay, mga igsoon, aron nga walay daotan nga dili matinuohon nga kasingkasing sa bisan kinsa kaninyo, usa ka kasingkasing nga mobiya gikan sa buhi nga Dios.

Take hede brethren that therbe in none of you an evyll herte in vnbeleve that he shuld departe from ye lyvynge god:

13 Hinuon, dasiga ang usag-usa matag adlaw, samtang gitawag pa kini nga karong adlawa, aron nga walay usa taliwala kaninyo ang magmagahi pinaagi sa pagkamalimbongon sa sala.

but exhorte one another dayly whill is it called to daye lest eny of you wexe harde herted thorow ye deceytfullnesse of sinne

14 Kay kita mahimong kauban ni Cristo kung lig-on kita nga magkupot sa atong pagsalig kaniya gikan sa sinugdanan hangtod sa kataposan.

We are partetakers of Christ yf we kepe sure vnto the ende the fyrst substance

15 Mahitungod niini giingon kini, “Karon adlawa, kung maminaw kamo sa iyang tingog, ayaw pagahia ang inyong mga kasingkasing, sama sa pagsupak nga gibuhat sa mga Israelita.”

so longe as it is sayd: to daye yf ye heare his voyce harde not youre hertes as when ye rebelled.

16 Kinsa ba kini nga nakadungog sa Dios ug nagsupak? Dili ba mao man kadtong tanan nga gipangulohan ni Moises pagawas sa Ehipto?

For some whe they hearde rebelled: howbe it not all yt ca out of Egypt vnder Moses.

17 Ug kang kinsa man nasuko ang Dios sulod sa 40 ka tuig? Dili ba mao man kadtong nakasala, nga ang mga patay nga lawas nahimutang sa kamingawan?

But with who was he despleased. xl. yeares? Was he not displeased with them that synned: whose carkases were overthorwen in the desert?

18 Kang kinsa man nanumpa ang Dios nga dili sila makasulod sa iyang kapahulayan, kung dili niadtong nagpasupilon kaniya?

To whom sware he that they shuld not enter into his rest: but vnto them that beleved not?

19 Makita nato nga sila dili makahimo sa pagsulod sa iyang papahulayan tungod sa pagkawalay pagtuo.

And we se that they coulde not enter in because of vnbeleve.
