حِزْقِيال 15

١ 1 وَأَوْحَى إِلَيَّ الرَّبُّ بِكَلِمَتِهِ قَائِلاً:

and to be word LORD to(wards) me to/for to say

٢ 2 «يَاابْنَ آدَمَ، بِمَاذَا يَفْضُلُ عُودُ الْكَرْمِ عَلَى كُلِّ عُودٍ آخَرَ أَوْ عَلَى غُصْنٍ مِنْ أَغْصَانِ شَجَرِ الْغَابَةِ؟

son: child man what? to be tree: wood [the] vine from all tree: wood [the] branch which to be in/on/with tree [the] wood

٣ 3 أَيُؤْخَذُ مِنْهُ قَضِيبٌ لِيُصْنَعَ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ مَا؟ أَوْ يَخْتَارُونَ مِنْهُ وَتَداً يُعَلَّقُ عَلَيْهِ إِنَاءٌ؟

to take: take from him tree: wood to/for to make to/for work if: surely yes to take: take from him peg to/for to hang upon him all article/utensil

٤ 4 إِنَّمَا يُطْرَحُ وَقُوداً لِلنَّارِ فَتَلْتَهِمُ النَّارُ طَرَفَيْهِ وَتَجْعَلُ وَسَطَهُ فَحْماً، أَيَصْلُحُ بَعْدُ لِشَيْءٍ؟

behold to/for fire to give: give to/for food [obj] two end his to eat [the] fire and midst his to scorch to prosper to/for work

٥ 5 فَإِنْ كَانَ وَهُوَ سَلِيمٌ لَمْ يَصْلُحْ لِعَمَلٍ مَا، فَكَمْ بِالأَحْرَى بَعْدَ أَنِ الْتَهَمَتْهُ النِّيرَانُ وَاحْتَرَقَ؟ أَيَصْلُحُ بَعْدُ لِصُنْعِ شَيْءٍ؟

behold in/on/with to be he unblemished: complete not to make: do to/for work also for fire to eat him and to scorch and to make: do still to/for work

٦ 6 لِذَلِكَ يَقُولُ السَّيِّدُ الرَّبُّ، كَمَا جَعَلْتُ عُودَ الْكَرْمِ مِنْ بَيْنِ أَشْجَارِ الْغَابَةِ وَقُوداً لِلنَّارِ، هَكَذَا أَجْعَلُ أَهْلَ أُورُشَلِيمَ حَطَباً لَهَا.

to/for so thus to say Lord YHWH/God like/as as which tree: wood [the] vine in/on/with tree [the] wood which to give: give him to/for fire to/for food so to give: give [obj] to dwell Jerusalem

٧ 7 وَأَنْقَلِبُ عَلَيْهِمْ حَتَّى إِذَا خَرَجُوا مِنْ نَارٍ تَلْتَهِمُهُمْ نَارٌ أُخْرَى، فَتُدْرِكُونَ أَنِّي أَنَا الرَّبُّ حِينَ أَنْقَلِبُ عَلَيْكُمْ.

and to give: put [obj] face my in/on/with them from [the] fire to come out: come and [the] fire to eat them and to know for I LORD in/on/with to set: make I [obj] face my in/on/with them

٨ 8 وَأَجْعَلُ الأَرْضَ مُقْفِرَةً لأَنَّهُمْ خَانُوا عَهْدِي يَقُولُ السَّيِّدُ الرَّبُّ».

and to give: make [obj] [the] land: country/planet devastation because be unfaithful unfaithfulness utterance Lord YHWH/God
