So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase.

可见栽种的,算不得什么,浇灌的,也算不得什么;只在那叫他生长的 神。

Tako niti je što onaj tko sadi ni onaj tko zalijeva, nego Bog koji daje rasti.

માટે સિંચનાર પણ કોઈ નથી; અને રોપનાર કોઈ નથી; વૃદ્ધિ આપનાર ઈશ્વર તે જ સર્વસ્વ છે.

תפקידו של הזורע או של המשקה אינו החשוב ביותר; תפקידו של אלוהים הוא החשוב ביותר, כי הוא מצמיח ומגדל.
על כן הנטע איננו מאומה והמשקה איננו מאומה כי אם האלהים המצמיח׃
इसलिए न तो लगानेवाला कुछ है, और न सींचनेवाला, परन्तु परमेश्वर जो बढ़ानेवाला है।

Jadi yang penting adalah Allah, sebab Dialah yang menumbuhkan. Yang menanam dan yang menyiram tidak penting;
Jadi pelayan yang menanam ataupun menyiram tidaklah penting. Allah yang memberikan pertumbuhanlah yang paling penting!
Karena itu yang penting bukanlah yang menanam atau yang menyiram, melainkan Allah yang memberi pertumbuhan.
Karena itu, pelayan yang menanam ataupun yang menyiram tidaklah penting. Hanya Allah yang penting, karena Dialah yang membuat bibit itu bisa bertumbuh.
